Objective To investigate the therapeudc effect of treating lung mbereulosis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 152 patients with lung tuberculosis aging from 25 to 35 years were randomly recruited into 2 groups. Western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine were applied to each group respectively. Observe the therapeutic effects after the treatment. Results The group treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was significantly better than the group treated with western medicine in terms of therapeutic effect speaking, with P＜0.05. Conclusion The therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has good effect in treating lung tuberculosis.

Objective: To discuss the morphologic diagnosis value of CTA technical on myocardial bridge-wall coronary artery. Methods: Three hundred and seventy seven patients suspected MB-MCA and with CTA and CAG inspection voluntary in cardiology clinic or hospital were analyzed, and the occurrence of type MB-MCA and MCA MB length and degree of stenosis were recorded, the results were analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results:103 cases of 377 were diagnosed as final MB-MCA, and there were 110 MB-MCA in total. CTA and CAG checked by means of two kinds of shallow and deep in the model type MB-MCA diagnostic analysis were compared through Kappa analysis, the Kappa value were 0.803 and 1.000. Two methods had a good consistency in the diagnosis of MB-MCA;There were statistically significant in CTA and CAG two kinds of examination methods in the diagnosis of superficial in type (t=-5.149)and deep in the type MB (t=-2.457, P=0.024)(P<0.05). Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT angiography CTA technology has good consistency with CAG in MB-MCA diagnosis, can achieve complementary advantages, can combine their respective advantages MB-MCA to improve the diagnostic accuracy for clinical richer diagnostic information.

Objective To explore undergraduate nursing students’psychological feelings during the internship, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of clinical nursing teaching measures. Methods The phenomenological research methods in qualitative study were adopted in this paper and 15 undergraduate nursing students were done with unstructured interview. In order to extract the theme, the obtained information were analyzed and organized with phenomenological analysis. Results Using the generic analytical method we got four topics about psychological feeling that influenced undergraduate nursing students. The low professional identity, mental depression, limited capacity cannot meet the needs of patients and the teacher was too busy to care of undergraduate nursing students that influence the practice enthusiasm. Conclusion The care managers and teachers should take various measures to improve the quality of nursing students and their theoretical and technical skills, develop a reasonable plan to improve the mental health status of undergraduate nursing students and the quality of clinical nursing practice can be improved.

Objective The effect of angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) on cardiac hypertrophy were studied in SD rat with different ages. Methods Cardiocyte and cardiac fibroblasts in neonatal SD rat group and 12 months SD rat group were cultured in vitro. In each ages group, control MEM, angⅡ, angⅡantagonist(Losartan) and angⅡ+losartan were administrated respectively. 3 H leu incorporation into cardiocyte and 3 H TdR incorporation into cardiac fibroblasts were measured in neonatal rat group and 12 month rat group. Objective To analyze the reasons causing false positive results of white blood cells (WBC) detected by AVE‐763B automatic urine analyzer .Methods WBC positive samples ,detected by AVE‐763B automatic urine analyzer ,were re‐inspected by microscope .Results In the 740 positive samples ,224 cases were false positive ,the false‐positive rate was 30 .2% ,among which 145 cases could be correctly classified by using image analysis ,and the false‐positive rate reduced to 10 .7% .Conclusion Many fac‐tors could cause false positive results .To improve the accuracy of AVE‐763B urine analyzer ,re‐inspect should be performed .

OBJECTIVE:To prepare redox-responsive pluronic F127 micelles with high drug-loading efficiency. METHODS:The thiol derivative F127-SH with strong hydrophobicity was synthesized by introducing tert-butyl methacrylate and cysteamine to the hydrophobic segments of F127. Paclitaxel (PTX)-loaded redox-responsive pluronic F127 micelles with high drug-loading effi-ciency(F127-SS/PTX)were prepared by film-hydration method as well as oxidation reaction of thiol groups. The diameter,encap-sulation efficiency and drug-loading amount were detected,and the change of diameter and drug release behavior of micelles were investaged under reducing environment or non-reducing environment. RESULTS:Mean diameter of F127-SS/PTX micelles was about(77.87±1.79)nm,and encapsulation efficiency and drug-loading amount were(92.73±2.35)% and(16.25±0.99)%,re-spectively. The diameter of the micelles increased rapidly and drug release rate of PTX increased significantly in the presence of 10 mmol/L dithiothreitol. CONCLUSIONS:The redox-responsive pluronic F127 micelles with high drug-loading efficiency are pre-pared successfully.

Objective To inevestigate the changes of the responses by changing the parameters in the neural response tetemety(NRT).Methods In this project,twenty patients who were implanted in Nucleus C124M were measured the electrically evoked compound action potential(ECAP)using the NRT system.It was expected to observe the changes of the responses by changing the parameters in the NRT 2.04 software.Results It was found that the parameters that made great influences to the responses were current level,stimulate pulse width,gain,delay and masker advance.Conclusion The parameters that made great influences to the record time were stimulate rate and number of sweeps.

AIM:To investigate the protective effects and mechanism of mesenchymal stem cells on renal tubule cells treated by cisplatin.METHODS:The mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)were separated from mouse bone marrow.The necrosis and apoptosis rate of renal tubule cells induced by cisplatin were detected by flow cytometry.After co-culture with MSCs,the above changes of renal tubule cells were detected.RESULTS:In co-culture system,the apoptotic rates of renal tubule cell were decreased obviously and the cell number increased obviously.CONCLUSION:The MSCs protect the renal tubule cells from apoptosis induced by cisplatin.This effect may be related with the paracrine effects of MSCs.
