Objective To explore the effects of parent-adolescent conflict and cohesion on relational aggression among junior students. Methods Parent-adolescent Conflict Questionnaires,Parent-adolescent Cohesion Questionnaires, and the Relational Aggression Questionnaires were used in investigating 392 junior students. Results The level of relational aggression of junior students was low (22.52±5.15).There was no differences between relational aggression of male students (22.93± 5.43) and female students (22.00± 4.73) (P> 0.05),and of grade 1 students(22.72±5.14)and grade 2 students(22.64±5.67),grade 3 students(21.93±4.22) (P>0.05).The students' relational aggression showed a significantly positive correlation with frequency and intensity of parent-adolescent conflict(r=0.269,r=0.307,r=0.268,r=0.271,P<0.01),and negative correlation with father-adolescent cohesion(r=-0.171,P<0.01).Parent-adolescent cohesion was negative predictor of relational aggression(β=-0.123,P<0.05),and the intensity of parent-adolescent conflict was positive predictor(β=0.301,P<0.01).Conclusion Parent-adolescent conflict and cohesion have significant effect on relational aggression among junior students.
2.Sexual knowledge, attitude and associated factors among primary and middle school students
Chinese Journal of School Health 2019;40(4):515-518
Objective:
To understand the awareness of sexual knowledge among primary and secondary school students, as well as their attitudes towards school sex education and to provide a reference for school-based sex education.
Methods:
A total of 5 531 primary and secondary school students were selected from Beijing, Chongqing, Heilongjiang (Harbin and Jiamusi) and Hubei (Wuhan and Xiaogan) by stratified cluster sampling and were investigated with self-reported questionnaire.
Results:
Sex-related knowledge scored 62.33±19.35, with a pass rate of 61.9%, and the excellent rate 17.5%. Sexual knowledge of junior high school students scored 64.30±19.07, with the pass rate of 64.7%, and the excellent rate 22.0%. A large proportion of primary students reported unaware of pubertal growth and HIV/AIDS-related knowledge, and a large proportion of junior high students unaware of reproductive physiology. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed region, grade, gender, and suburban areas were related to the level of sexual knowledge(P<0.05). More than 76.0% primary students and 85.9% middle school students agreed on the importance of school sexuality education. 59.7% of primary school students and 73.3% of junior high school students hoped to include school sexuality education in compulsory education courses; 59.8% of primary school students and 68.3% of junior high school students felt that school sexuality education should be equipped with specialized teachers.
Conclusion
Chinese primary and secondary school students are lack of sexual knowledge. As students have strong wills to get more information on sexual knowledge, schools should provide them with more comprehensive and effective sex education through appropriate courses and activities.

Hyperkalemia is one of the common ion metabolism disorders in clinical practice. Hyperkalemia is defined as serum potassium higher than 5.0 mmol/L according to the guidelines at home and abroad. Acute severe hyperkalemia can cause serious consequences, such as flaccid paralysis, fatal arrhythmia, and even cardiac arrest. The use of renin-angiotensin- aldosterone system inhibitors, β-blockers and diuretics, low-sodium and high-potassium diets, and the presence of related comorbidities increase the occurrence of hyperkalemia. Hyperkalemia risk exist in all clinical departments, but there is a lack of a standardization in the management of multi- department cooperation in hospital. Therefore, a number of domestic nephrology and cardiology department experts have discussed a management model for multi-department cooperation in hyperkalemia, formulating the management standard on hospital evaluation, early warning, diagnosis and treatment, and process. This can promote each department to more effectively participate in nosocomial hyperkalemia diagnosis and treatment, as well as the long-term management of chronic hyperkalemia, improving the quality of hyperkalemia management in hospital.

Objective:To compare and validate the diagnostic performance of the Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System (O-RADS ) and the ADNEX model in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian-adnexal lesions. Methods:A total of 275 patients who underwent surgery for ovarian-adnexal lesions at Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively collected. The clinical, pathological aud ultrasound dates of the patients were collected.Statistical methods, including chi-square tests and ROC curve analysis, were employed to assess the diagnostic performance of O-RADS and the ADNEX model for ovarian-adnexal lesions. Results:Among the 275 patients included in this study, 127 (46.2%) had benign lesions, and 148 (53.8%) had malignant lesions.Based on the O-RADS classification, 46 cases (16.7%) were O-RADS 2, 50 cases (18.2%) were O-RADS 3, 66 cases (24.0%) were O-RADS 4, and 113 cases (41.1%) were O-RADS 5. The malignancy rates for O-RADS 2, O-RADS 3, O-RADS 4, and O-RADS 5 were 0%, 0.08%, 56.06%, and 94.7%, respectively. ROC curve analysis for malignant ovarian-adnexal lesions yielded an area under ROC curve of 0.93(95% CI=0.90-0.96) for O-RADS and 0.94(95% CI=0.91-0.97) for the ADNEX model. Using O-RADS ≥4 and ADNEX model ≥10% as cutoff values, there was no significant difference in sensitivity between the two methods( P=0.740), but O-RADS exhibited higher specificity compared to the ADNEX model (72.4% vs 56.7%, P=0.044). Conclusions:When O-RADS ≥4 and the ADNEX model ≥10% are used as cutoff values, both methods demonstrate excellent diagnostic performance for malignant ovarian-adnexal lesions, with O-RADS exhibiting higher specificity.
