1.Morphologic diagnosis analysis of CTA technical on myocardial bridge-wall coronary artery

Objective: To discuss the morphologic diagnosis value of CTA technical on myocardial bridge-wall coronary artery. Methods: Three hundred and seventy seven patients suspected MB-MCA and with CTA and CAG inspection voluntary in cardiology clinic or hospital were analyzed, and the occurrence of type MB-MCA and MCA MB length and degree of stenosis were recorded, the results were analyzed using SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results:103 cases of 377 were diagnosed as final MB-MCA, and there were 110 MB-MCA in total. CTA and CAG checked by means of two kinds of shallow and deep in the model type MB-MCA diagnostic analysis were compared through Kappa analysis, the Kappa value were 0.803 and 1.000. Two methods had a good consistency in the diagnosis of MB-MCA;There were statistically significant in CTA and CAG two kinds of examination methods in the diagnosis of superficial in type (t=-5.149)and deep in the type MB (t=-2.457, P=0.024)(P<0.05). Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT angiography CTA technology has good consistency with CAG in MB-MCA diagnosis, can achieve complementary advantages, can combine their respective advantages MB-MCA to improve the diagnostic accuracy for clinical richer diagnostic information.

3.Clinical assessment of combination serum miR-21 and CA199 for pancreatic cancer diagnosis

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum miR-21 andCA199 for pancreatic cancer,and aim to provide a potential diagnostic method for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer in clinical practice.Methods Detect the levels of CA199 and the relative expression of miR-21 in 134 pancreatic cancer patients,97 benign pancreatic disease patients and 106 healthy subjects from January 2014 to December 2015 in Clinical Laboratory of 263 Clinical Department of Army General Hospital,Evaluate the diagnostic value of single and combined detection of CA199 for pancreatic cancer.The diagnostic values were evaluated by receiver operating characteristic curve,sensitivity and specificity.The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was compared by the z-score test.Results Compared with healthy control group,CA199 and miR-21 in benign pancreatic disease group and pancreatic cancer group showed significantly increased.Compared with benign pancreatic disease group,CA199 and miR-21 alsoshowed significantly increased in pancreatic cancer group.For discriminating the healthy control group and pancreatic cancer group,the sensitivity and specificity were 77.61%and 69.81%respectively when combination CA199 and miR-21.The AUC of combination CA199 and miR-21 was0.85,it showed significantly higher when compared with CA199 and miR-21 alone(P=0.021,P=0.036).For discriminating the benign pancreatic disease group and pancreatic cancer group,the sensitivity and specificity were 69.40%and 65.98%respectively when combination CA199 and miR-21.The AUC of combination CA199 and miR-21 was 0.78,it showed significantly higher when compared with CA199 and miR-21 alone(P=0.017,P=0.023).Conclusions miR-21 showed certain diagnostic value for pancreatic cancer.Combined with CA199,miR-21 may provide a potential assistant diagnostic method for the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.

6.The Preliminary Study on the Correlation among the Musical Ability,Auditory Ability and Speech Intelligibility in Children with Artificial Hearing Devices

Objective The aim of this study is to study the musical ability,auditory ability and speech intelli-gibility and their relationship in children with artificial hearing devices,and to provide clinical evidence for the hear-ing and speech rehabilitation for children with hearing loss.Methods A total of 27 children (14 boys and 13 girls) with prelingual sensorineural hearing loss from Zibo participated in this study.Their hearing levels were from mod-erate to profound.Their chronological ages at evaluation ranged from 9 to 95 months with a mean of 42 months. Their chronological ages at intervention ranged from 1 to 72 months with a mean of 26 months.Their hearing ages at evaluation ranged from 1 to 60 months with a mean of 16 months.They all wore bilateral aids.Musical Ears, CAP and SIR were used to evaluate their musical ability,auditory ability and speech intelligibility,respectively.A linear and regression analysis was done in the statistic procedure.Results The means and standard deviations of the scores of musical ability,auditory ability,and speech intelligibility were 27.1±16.7,4.4±1.9,2.8±1.4,respec-tively.The scores of musical ability and auditory ability were significantly correlated (r= 0.856,P<0.001).The scores of musical ability and speech intelligibility were also significantly related (r= 0.827,P<0.001).Conclusion The musical ability is closely related to auditory ability in children with bilateral aided hearing.The musical ability is also closely related to speech ability for this group of children.
7.Value of ultrasound-guided steroids injection for the treatment of plantar fasciitis

ObjectiveTo detect the value of ultrasound-guided steroids injection for the treatment of plantar fasciitis.MethodsThirty-eight physical therapy ineffective plantar fasciitis patients were enrolled in this study, and randomly divided into ultrasound-guided and palpation-guided groups. Pain intensity was measured using a visual analog scale (VAS) and plantar fasciitis were evaluated by high frequency ultrasound including assessment of the thickness before injection and at 4 weeks, 12 weeks post injection.ResultsThirty-eight patients who received either ultrasound guided or palpation-guided injection had significantly lower visual analog scale scores and lower plantar fascia thickness (bothP<0.01) at 4 weeks, 12 weeks post injection. The differences in plantar fascia thickness, VAS score between the two groups before, and at the 4 weeks follow-up were not statistically significant [2.52±0.77vs 2.68±0.82,P>0.05; (4.56±0.25) mmvs (4.72±0.38) mm, P>0.05]. However, the ultrasound guided group had lower mean visual analog scale score (1.47±0.77vs 2.37±0.68,P<0.01) and lower mean plantar fascia thickness [(4.02±0.24) mmvs (4.53±0.35) mm,P<0.01] than the palpation-guided group at 12 weeks post injection. The calcification of the plantar fascia at 12 weeks post injection in ultrasound guided group was completely disappeared or significantly decreased.ConclusionUltrasound-guided injection for treating plantar fasciitis is more accurate and effective than palpation-guided injection, and is of great clinical value for both patients and doctors.
8.Effectiveness of ultrasound-guided subacromial bursa injection of betamethasone combined with hyaluronate in treatment of subacromial bursitis

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness of ultrasound-guided (US-guided) subacromial bursa injection of betamethasone combined with hyaluronate for treatment of subacromial bursitis.MethodsA total of 72 patients who were diagnosed as subacromial bursitis by ultrasound and then decided to performed US-guided subacromial bursa injection were randomly divided into two groups. The study group was treated with compound betamethasone suspension followed by sodium hyaluronate, and the control group was treated only with compound betamethasone suspension. Visual analogue score (VAS) and the shoulder active abduction range of motion (AAROM) score were observed before treatment, 1 week and 4 weeks post-treatment during 1 month's followed-up.ResultsThere were signifi cantly decreased in VAS score and increased in AAROM score at 1 week and 4 weeks post treatment for both groups (bothP<0.05). There was no difference of both VAS score and AAROM score between the two groups at 1 week post treatment (bothP>0.05). But at 4 weeks post treatment, the VAS score of the study group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group (2.08±1.95vs 3.14±2.0,P<0.05), while the AAROM score of the study group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group (7.12±2.10vs 6.11±1.93,P<0.05). ConclusionsUltrasound-guided subacromial bursa injection of betamethasone combined with hyaluronate is effective in treating subacromial bursitis. It produces better pain and active abduction functional improvement than betamethasone at a short-term follow-up.
9.Bulk culture of Helicobacter pylori-specific CD4+T cells in vitro for identification of Th epitopes

Objective To screen an optimum method for in vitro culture of Helicobacter pylori-spe-cific CD4+T cells and apply it to immunodominant Th epitopes screening .Methods PBMCs were isolated from subjects positive for Helicobacter pylori infection and were stimulated with HpaA recombinant protein . Various induction conditions including serum containing mediums , concentrations of antigen and time were screened to obtain an optimum method for in vitro culture of Helicobacter pylori-specific CD4+T cells.The cells were harvested and stimulated using HpaA synthesized overlapping peptide pool .The percentage of an-tigen-specific CD4+T cells was evaluated by intercellular cytokine staining of interferon-γand the results were compared under different conditions .The possible immunodominant Th epitopes were screened by using synthetic overlapping peptides .Results Antigen-specific CD4+T cells were well cultured in RPMI 1640 culture medium containing human AB serum in comparison with those cultured in fetal bovine serum based medium.The highest percentage of antigen-specific CD4+T cells was achieved when stimulated with HpaA recombinant protein at the concentration of 0.2 μmol/L.CD4+T cells in response to the stimulation of 0.2μmol/L of HpaA recombinant protein was observed on the ninth day after culture and its peak was reached on the fifteenth day .A possible immunodominant Th epitope ( HpaA220-237 ) was screened in subjects with He-licobacter pylori-infection by using synthetic overlapping peptides .Conclusion Helicobacter pylori-specific CD4+T cells were successfully cultured in vitro by using RPMI 1640 culture medium containing human AB serum and stimulated with 0.2 μmol/L of HpaA recombinant protein for fifteen consecutive days .This cul-ture method could be applied to immunodominant Th epitopes screening and provide evidences for further in -vestigation on the development of Helicobacter pylori epitope-based vaccine .
