Objective:To investigate the effect of doctor-nurse-patient collaborative nursing mode on long-term self-management ability and cardiovascular events of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods:Totally 160 patients who received PCI from the department of cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College were randomly assigned to control group ( n=80) and experimental group ( n=80). The traditional nursing model was adopted in the control group. However, the nursing mode of doctor-nurse-patient collaborative was adopted in experimental group. The self-management ability and cardiovascular events in patients after PCI at 6 months and 12 months in two groups were both measured by chronic disease management software, self-behavioral management scale, Minnesota Living Scale, self-made medical care work assessment scale and self-made satisfaction questionnaire. Results:The rates of adverse habits management, symptom management, emotional cognition, emergency management, disease knowledge management, general life management, and therapy compliance management in the experimental groups, 6 months after operation, were 96.3%(77/80), 73.8%(59/80), 80.0%(64/80), 91.3%(73/80), 85.0%(68/80), 81.3%(65/80), respectively. In the control group, the above indexes were 85.0%(68/80), 56.3%(45/80), 62.5%(50/80), 75%(60/80), 75%(60/80), 65%(52/80). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ 2 value was 5.375-7.530, P<0.05). In the experimental group, 12 months after PCI, the rates of the above indexes were 91.3%(73/80), 78.8%(63/80), 82.5%(66/80), 93.8% (75/80), 87.5%(70/80), 86.3%(69/80), 93.8%(75/80). While, the ratios in the control group were 77.5%(62/80), 52.5%(42/80), 66.3%(53/80), 78.8%(63/80), 66.3%(53/80), 65.0%(52/80), 75.0%(60/80), there was significantly difference between two groups ( χ 2 value was 5.542-12.218, P<0.05). Furthermore, there were 12 and 38 cases of cardiovascular events at 6 months and 12 months after operation, and 28 and 60 cases in the control group, respectively. Meanwhile, the number of re-hospitalizations events in experimental group were 13, and 27 in the control group, after 12 months operation, there was significantly difference between two groups( χ 2 value was 8.533,12.745, 6.533, P<0.05). The quality of life scores and medical work quality score in the experimental group in different months were 31.26±8.39 (6 months), 26.39±4.76 (12 months), 77.44±8.21 (6 months) and 71.50±5.73(12 months), respectively. However, the scores in the control group were 40.51±8.38, 35.39±4.89, 65.90±5.62, 63.55±5.62, there was significant difference between two groups ( t value was -10.373-11.804, P<0.01). And the overall satisfaction of patients in the experimental group [96.3%(77/80)] was significantly higher than the control group [85.0% (68/80)]. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ 2 value was 5.959, P<0.05). Conclusion:The doctor-nurse-patient collaborative nursing mode can improve the long-term self-management ability, reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events and the number of re-hospitalizations in patients after PCI, and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.

BACKGROUNDTo study etiology of clinically diagnosed non A-E hepatitis.

METHODSHBV, TTV, human parvovirus B19, SENV DNA were detected by nested polymerase chain reactions (nPCR), while HGV, HCV RNA were tested by reverse transcription nested polymerase chain reactions (RT-nPCR).

RESULTSOf 60 patients with clinically diagnosed non A-E hepatitis, 30 (50.0%) were HBV DNA positive alone, 10 (16.7%) HBV and TTV DNA positive, 6 (10.0%) HBV and B19 DNA positive; 1 (1.7%) HBV, SENV DNA and HCV RNA positive, 1 (1.7%) HCV RNA positive alone, 1 (1.7%) HCV RNA and B19 DNA positive, 2 (3.3%) B19 DNA positive alone, 1 (1.7%) TTV DNA positive alone, and the remaining 8 (13.3%) negative for all viruses. All the 60 patients were HGV RNA negative. There were no differences in serum biochemical markers of hepatitis B patients with or without TTV or B19 virus infection.

CONCLUSIONSHBV is a major etiologic agent for the clinically diagnosed non A-E hepatitis. HGV, TTV, B19 and SEBV may not be associated with nonA-E hepatitis.

Objective　To explore the correlation between CT value of infarcted vessel and the effect of vascular recanalization in acute ischemic stroke.Methods　Fifty-eight patients with acute cerebral arterial trunk occlusion treated by endovascular therapy in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2020 were collected.The CT value of the infarcted vessel was measured on the plain and enhanced CT images while diagnosis,and the CT value of the contralateral or adjacent unobstructed main vessel was measured as a reference.Patients with better recanalization of occluded vessels after treatment were set as group A,and patients with unsatisfactory recanalization of occluded vessels were set as group B.The relationship between the CT value of the occluded vessel and the recanalization of the vessel was analyzed.Results　The average time from onset to thrombolysis was about 153 min.After treatment,the plain scan CT value of vascular occlusion position was compared between Group A and Group B ［(60.78±11.03) HU vs (32.20±7.17) HU,P<0.05］,and the CT value of nonoccluded vascular lumen was compared ［(42.53±6.92) HU vs (42.45±3.75) HU,P>0.05］.Conclusion　In patients with acute ischemic stroke,the recanalization effect of occluded vessel is better in patients with higher CT value at the site of vascular occlusion.

Objective:To construct medical students' employment quality evaluation index system based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP), for providing basis to scientific and objective evaluation of medical students' employment quality.Methods:Two rounds of consultation with 21 experts were conducted to construct medical students' employment quality index and evaluation standard by Delphi method, and the weight of each index and evaluation standard determined by AHP. Excel 2007 and SPSS 21.0 were used to analyze the results of expert consultation. The enumeration data were expressed as frequency and percentage. The mean and coefficient of variation were used to describe the importance scores of experts on indicators at all levels. The positive coefficient, authority coefficient and coordination degree of experts were calculated, and the Kendall coordination coefficient ( W) test was carried out. Yaahp 6.0 is used to analyze the pairwise comparison matrix in the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the indicator. Results:The authority of expert consultation was ranged from 0.77 to 0.94, and the positive coefficient of experts was 100.00%. The evaluation system of medical students' employment quality was determined, which involved 3 first-class indexes, 9 second-class indexes and 35 third-class indexes, and the weight coefficients of each index were calculated by AHP.Conclusion:The evaluation index system of medical students' employment quality is reasonable, which can be used to provide reference standard for medical students' employment quality evaluation, and has certain application value.

Objective: To investigate the mental health status of the synthetic drug addicts and explore the characteristic changes of mental health and related factors. Methods: Totally 182 synthetic drug addicts were recruited as research subjects by the cross-sectional study. We used the general situation questionnaire, Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90), Adult Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) to explore the effects of demographic sociology indicators, clinical indicators, personality characteristics, and coping styles on psychological health among the synthetic drug addicts. Results: The total scores and each dimension of SCL-90 in synthetic drug addicts were significantly higher than domestic norm (P<0.05). Main influencing factors of the mental health in synthetic drug addicts were gender (t=-3.70, P<0.01), monthly salary (t=3.28, P<0.01), duration of using synthetic drug (t=3.03, P<0.01), detoxification times (t=2.66, P<0.01), personality characteristics (t=5.00-13.89, P<0.01) and coping styles (t=-8.80-8.75, P<0.01). Conclusion The synthetic drug addicts have poor mental health and obvious psychological problems, which are related to gender, monthly salary, duration of using synthetic drug, detoxification times, personality characteristics and coping styles.
