Objective To discuss the accuracy of 3DSS three-dimensional scanning system, which was used to reconstruct the 3D digital model of unilateral orbital defect patients. Methods By using 3DSS spectrometer on the case of patients with unilateral orbital defect, the related scan dates of facial structure were collected, and the reconstructed digital models were processed wax pattern by SLS prototyping machine. Results The digital solid model of three-dimensional reconstruction was smooth and complete, and border over the natural. The designed resin prosthesis can be inosculated with the orbital defect tightly and symmetrically. Conclusion To adopt the system can be successfully completed unilateral orbital defect restoration design and production, and ultimately satisfied the clinical requirement of prosthesis production.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2017;38(2):127-130
Three kinds of biomedical materials of stomatology were introduced, including metal materials, polymers and non-metal bio composites. The literatures related to stomatology biomedical materials from 2008 to 2015 were collected in PubMed medical literature retrieval service system, and then statistical method was used to analyze the literature number, the numbers of literatures on different materials as well as the nations distribution.Composite, intelligent and functional materials were pointed out to be taking the place of metal materials, and thus might extend their clinical application in the future.

Objective To measure the diameter of optic nerve sheath by ultrasonography to evaluate the change of intracranial pressure(ICP)in prone position ventilation, and to provide basis for prone position ventilation in patients with increased intracranial pressure (ICH). Methods A total of 58 patients with mechanical ventilation were treated with prospective clinical study from 2016.05.01 to 2017.05.01. The patients were treated with different PEEP and different positions(supine position and prone position),and detected optic nerve sheath diameter(ONSD)behind 3 mm of eye 3 mm by bedside ultrasound. The cause inducing increase of ICP was studied through the changes of ONSD and the data was analyzed by the paired t test. Results Prone position had a significant effect on patients with increased intracranial pressure. PEEP had a significant effect on MAP,Ppeak, Pplat, but had no effect on increased intracranial pressure. Conclusions Prone position ventilation significantly affect the ONSD. Therefore ,it weighs the pros and cons when patients with intracranial hypertension were received prone position ventilation.

Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2020;36(2):116-119
Objective:
To explore the association between thyroid hormones and visceral fat area(VFA) in the patients with type 2 diabetes.
Methods:
A total of 729 patients with type 2 diabetes, who joined National Metabolic Management Center(MMC) through Ningbo First Hospital from March, 2018 to July, 2019, were enrolled in this study. Blood tests were taken to assess their thyroid hormones and biochemical indexes. VFA and subcutaneous fat area(SFA) were obtained through bioelectrical impedance analysis. Statistics were later analyzed by
