1.Endovascular treatment of lower extremity atherosclerosis obliterans
International Journal of Surgery 2011;38(12):822-824
Atherosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity artery mainly involve the aorto-lliac artery,femoral-popliteal artery and below-knee arteries. At present the major treatment of the disease is endovascular treatment.Due to anatomical differences between the three arteries, the principles and effect of endovascular treatment are different. The endovascular treatment of iliac- femoral lesions, because of its patency rate not lower than surgery, has become the preferred way.On account of the high incidence of femoral- popliteal lesions and the dissatisfaction for patency rate, the endovascular treatment of femoral-popliteal lesions has become a hot research.Endovascular therapy in the below-knee arteries is still in the exploration, currently a small balloon-based.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(11):-
[Objective]To evaluate the surgical effect of posterior correction and instrumentation on the treatment of congenital kyphoscolosis deformity. [Methods]From july 2002 to august 2007,there were 15 congenital kyphoscoliotic patients, which included 8 males and 7 females with an average age of 11.6 years. The average Cobb’s angle of scoliosis was 78?(35?~156?),the average Cobb’s angle of kyphosis was 25?(15?~38?).For the 9 kyphoscolsis patients with hemivertebra, hemivertebra resection and intervertebral fusion and fixation with pedicle screw instrument system were used,Luque’s systems was used in 2 cases, for the 3 cases accompanied with Chiari malformation and/or syringomyelia and 1 case with neurofibroma, posterior correction and long segmental pedicle screw fixation were performed and the compensative curve was included in the instrumentation level.[Results]The operation time was 3.5~7.5 h (average,5.5 h ),the blood loss was 300~2 100 ml (mean,850 ml);the average follow-up was 43 months (10~82 months),and the radiographs taken from standing posteroanterior position and lateral side showed that the mean Cobb’s angle of scoliosis was corrected from preoperative 78? to postoperative 28?(11?~38?),with a correction rate of 64%.Postoperatively ,the angle of kyphosis was improved from the preoperative 25? to 16?( 7?~33?),with a correction rate of 36%.Solid fusion was achieved in all 15 cases of patients. But significant blood loss occurred in the operative procedure of neurofibroma. And long term follow-up showed 3 cases of rod fracture,1 case of crankshaft phenomenon.[Conclusion]The congenital kyphoscolosis deformity is a kind of complex syndrome concerning skeleton-muscle-nerve system, aim to different cause, strategy of treatment should be individualized. The posterior hemivertebral resection and correction is a safe and effective method for the prepubertal children with the congenital hemivertebrae deformity.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
After the mice had been injected im203HgCl2 185 kBq/mouse, they were injected ip with chelating agents. There were 15 chelating agents of 3 types,of which the effect of eliminate mercury of pyridoxine derivative, benzenesul-fonate cysteine and sodium dimercaptosuccinate ( DMS-Na) were better than the others. The urine excretion of 208Hg was increased and the ratio were 4.6,11.5 and 22 respectively in comparison with the control group. The minimum 203Hg content in organs of mice was in the DMS-Na group, the next was the benzenesulfonate cysteine group, but there no significant difference between these 2groups.

Objective To study the relationship between the expression of matrix metallopro-teinase- 2(MMP- 2) and the clinical pathological characteristics of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Irnmunohistochemistry technique (ABC) was used to detect the expression and location ofMMP- 2 in the tissue of 43 cases with laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. ResultsThe positive ex-pression rate of the MMP - 2 protein was 29(67.4% ) among the 43 laryngeal tumor tissues. It was sig-nificantly related to metastasis of the cervical lymph nodes (P<0.05). MMP- 2 was immunolocalizedon the membranes and intracytoplasm of metastatic cluster tumor cells or the tumor cells adjacent to thebasement membrane. ConclusionThese results suggest that MMP- 2 plays an important role in thetumor invasion and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.

Objective To summarize the experience in diagnosis and treatment of popliteal vein entrapment syndrome (PVES). Methods A total of 57 patients with PVES were selected from the Department of Vascular Surgery in Xinxiang Central Hospital from March 2009 to October 2015. Of which 43 patients were severe stenosis of popliteal vein (stenosis degree>90%), and another 14 cases were with stenosis less than 90%. All the patients underwent ascending venography of low limb to confirm the clinical classification after admission. Forty-three cases with severe stenosis of the popliteal vein were treated with releasing popliteal vein of entrapment and stripping varicose veins. The static pressure and dynamic pressure of popliteal vein and foot dorsal vein were measured before and after operation. Another 14 patients were treated with medical circulation driven sock and medical therapy. Results The degrees of popliteal vein stenosis were more than 75% in all patients. The patients were divided into bove-knee stenosis (n=9), knee stenosis (n=18), and below-knee stenosis (n=30) according to the different parts of stenosis. Forty-three patients treated with surgery showed relief of leg swelling and pain, and ulcer healing. And the imaging examination showed that there were no obvious compression and stenosis of popliteal vein, and vascular filling was well. The static pressure and dynamic pressure of the popliteal vein and dorsal vein were lower than those before surgery (P<0.05). The lower limb swelling and pain were relieved, and varicose veins of lower limbs were no longer continued to increase in 14 patients with conservative treatment. Conclusion PVES is easy to be misdiagnosed, which should be paid attention to, and satisfactory clinical results can be achieved by releasing popliteal vein of compression combined with stripping varicose veins in patients with serious symptoms .

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
In present study, animal model of cardiac hypertrophy induced by abdominal aortic stenosis was utilized, and the lysosomes were investigated by electron microscopy and ultrastructural cytochemistry. The results showed that while cardiac hypertrophy developed, lysosomes participate in apparent remolding of cardiac muscle cells; in the late stage of cardiac hypertrophy, a great deal of autophagocytoses were viewed in some muscle cells which may result in irreversible cell damage.
