Objective: To evaluate effects of tRA on activity and content of UCP in rat brown adipose tissue mitochondria. Methods: The rats were divided into tRA treatment and control groups using 3H GTP binded UCP in mitochondria. Radioactivity was measured by liquid aglimmer instrument, the dissociation constant( K d)and maximal binding( B max )was determined from Scathard plot. Results: In tRA treatment rat, B max increased by 1.48 fold, K d remained unchanged, rat body weight loss and brown fat weight decreased, white fat became rosiness. Conclusion: tRA can increase concentration of UCP in brown adipose tissue mitochondria, but do not change its activity,it also can increase fat consumption, produce UCP from white adipose tissue. [

To investigate the role of H-fas oncogene in the early stages of human breast carcinogenesis. Methods Thirty cases of human breast cancer, 36 epithelial hyperplasia of usual type and 31 atypical hyperplasia were employed to detect H-ras gene codon 12 mutations by PCR-RFLP and PCR-SSCP assays, and to detect the expression of H-ras protein by immunohistochemistry method. ResultsExpression of H-ras protein were found in 73.3 % (22/30) of breast cancer and 48.4 % (15/31 ) of atypical hyperplasia. No H-ras protein expression was observed in hyperplasia of usual type. All tested sarnples of breast cancer and hyperplsia showed no mutations of H-ras gene codon 12. ConclusionOverexpression of H-ras protein is involved in early stages of breast carcinogenesis, but mutations of H-ras gene codon 12 is rarely present in the stage.

Objective To discuss the effect of mind map combined with physical care in the prevention and treatment of stroke for elderly patients with hypertensionin community. Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly patients with hypertension from March to September 2015 who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study. According to random numbers generated by the computer, patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 50 cases respectively. The two groups were followed up routinely. Patients in the intervention group were guided by the mind map combined with physical care. The mind map was made and designed to assess the patient's constitution. Individualized health guidance was developed according to the patient's physique identification. The intervention time was 24 weeks. The self-management behavior, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, biased syndrome, and stroke morbidity before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results Before the intervention, there were no significant differences in self-management behavior, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, biased syndrome and stroke morbidity between the two groups (P>0.05). After the intervention, dietetic adjust and nursing, sports health, emotion transfer, daily life transfer, regularly blood pressure checking in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group; and the scores of self-management behavior increased compared with those before the intervention; BMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and biased syndrome score were significantly lower than those in the control group and before the intervention; Control rate of blood pressure was 78% in the intervention group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (46%) (P<0.05). The incidence of stroke was 20% in the intervention group, which was lower than that in the control group (40%), with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions Mind map combined with physical care can improve the self-management behavior of patients with hypertension in the community, and reduce diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure and biased syndrome. However, the effect in the prevention of stroke requires further investigations.

Objective To systematically summarize the effect of flipped classroom (FC) in physiotherapy teaching. Methods The following electronic bibliographic databases were searched from inception to June, 2021: CENTRAL, Medline, EMBASE, CINAHL plus, Academic Search Premier, Teacher Reference Center, ERIC, and Education Research. Original researches about FC for physiotherapy teaching were searched. The researches were screened, selected, extracted and assessed independently by two researchers, and, systematically reviewed. Results and Conclusion A total of 1 307 literatures were retrieved, and seven studies involving at least 770 student participants were finally included, which published mainly from 2013 to 2019. The subjects were students majored in physiotherapy, and the primary outcome index was exam results. FC teaching model generally can improve students' written test scores and enhance their high-level thinking ability. Students and teachers generally hold a positive attitude towards the FC teaching model.
