Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2010;26(11):801-804
Disease bio-banks are an important strategic resource for medicine development. Such a bank with complete information and high information sharing enhances the competitiveness of medicine and promote the development of translational medicine. The present development of such banks is found with such setbacks as weak government leadership and standardization, as well as lack of a sharing mechanism. Therefore medical institutions should strengthen their standardization and informationization of disease bio-banks, which deserve sufficient government policy support and guidance. These efforts will help preserve our rich clinical resources, in addition to their integration and sharing for medicine advancement.

ObjectiveTo explore the best treatment method of cerebral artery dissection. Methods This study included eight patients who were definitely diagnosed as cerebral artery dissection by the cerebral angiography in our department of neurology during Oct.2009 and Nov.2011.They were all treated by the anticoagulation or anti-platelet methods. Some patients received the stent therapy. All patients' were followed for at least three months. The treatment effect was assessed by NIHSS,mRS and by the cerebral angiography.ResultsSix patients had carotid artery dissection,2 had vertebral artery dissection.Four patients were given anticoagulant therapy and the other 4 were given anti-platelet therapy. The reexamination by angiography 10-14 days after admission showed that in 3 patients, the stenosis was aggravated or the infarction occurred. They were diagnosed as having repeated transient ischemic attack (TIA) during pharmacotherapy and received stents for treatment. There was no TIA and cerebral infarction in the follow-up period after individualized therapy.Mean NIHSS scores of 8 patients between pre and post treatment were 5.9,1.6 respectively. Mean mRS scores pre and post treatment were 2.5,0.9respectively.Conclusion The treatment for patients with cerebral artery dissection should be individuated. The patients in acute stage should get anticoagulation,anti-platelet therapy and angiography re-examination.According to the clinical manifestation and cerebral angiography, the next step for the treatment should be done.

OBJECTIVE To invest igate the correlation between fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) and lung function in artemisia argyi allergy patients. Whether the course of disease and rhinitis score are correlated with FeNO and lung function. METHODS A total of 88 patients with mugwort pollen allergy, who visited the hospital between August and September 2017 and August and September 2018, the results of their FeNO and Pulmonary ventilation function, were included in this study. RESULTS Compared with patients with a duration of 9 years or more, FeNO and FEV1% of patients with a duration of 5 years were significantly different(P =0.004, P =0.032), and FeNO increased with the extension of the duration, while FEV1% decreased gradually. FeNO was negatively correlated with FEF25%-75%pred and FEV1%, while there was no correlation with FEV1%pred. Rhinitis score was positively correlated with FeNO. There was no correlation with FEV1%pred, FEV1%, FEF25%-75%pred. CONCLUSION With the development of mugwort pollen allergy, the probability of airflow limitation is also increased. To some extent, FeNO can predict the changes of airway function early, and can be used as a monitoring indicator for asthma prediction.FeNO value can reflect the degree of inflammation of the body, and can be used in the auxiliary diagnosis of the severity of allergic rhinitis patients.
