Objective To investigate relationship between serum uric acid, blood lipids and blood pressure in obesity children.Methods 71 obese volunteers were selected as obesity group and 30 normal volunteers who matched obese volunteers in age and sex as control group from 13 702 children in Xiangtan city by sampling survey. Their body mass index(BMI), systolic and diastolic blood pressure(SBP,DBP),serum uric acid(UA), high-sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and blood lipids were checked respectively. Objective To evaluate the incremental value of 131I SPECT/CT over 131I whole body scan (WBS) in the patients with DTC.Methods A total of 97 patients with DTC (31 males,66 females,mean age:44.1 years,age range:17 to 74 years) were retrospectively reviewed.All subjects underwent 131I WBS and SPECT/CT after 131I treatment.The images were interpreted by 2 experienced nuclear medicine physicians.The final diagnosis was based on the pathologic findings and clinical follow-up.The diagnostic accuracies between 131I WBS and 131I SPECT/CT were compared using x2 test with SPSS 13.0.Results 131I WBS detected 175 lesions (128 neck and 47 distant lesions),while 131I SPECT/CT found 176 lesions (128 neck and 48 distant lesions).Out of the 176 lesions,78 were confirmed as benign and 95 as malignant,including 51 lesions in thyroid bed,67 cervical lymph nodes or local residual lesions,7 lesions related to local physiological uptake,30 distant metastases and 18 distant foci due to physiological uptake.The other 3 lesions were still in follow-up.The sensitivity and specificity of 131 I WBS was 73.7％ (70/95) and 78.2％ (61/78),respectively.The accuracy of 131I WBS (106/173,61.3％) was lower than that of 131I SPECT/CT (171/173,98.8％; x2=72.3,P＜0.05).131I SPECT/CT corrected the diagnosis of 131I WBS in 67 lesions,including 37 local lesions (37/128,28.9％) and 30 (30/48,62.5％) distant metastases.The sources of error for the 67 lesions were due to wrong location (n =27) or wrong characterization (n =40).Compared with 131I WBS,131I SPECT/CT changed the location in 27 lesions,clinical staging in 8 cases and therapeutic strategy in 14 cases.Conclusions 131 I SPECT/CT could improve the differentiation of malignant local lesions from residual thyroid,of distant metastatic lymph node,lung or bone lesions from physiological uptake.Such incremental values would be valuable to the management of DTC patients compared with WBS.

Objective To compare the sensitivity of fluorescent quantitation polymerase chain reaction (fluorescent quantitation method) and gene‐chips typing method(gene‐chips method) in the detection of human papillomavirus(HPV) ,and to analyse differ‐ences and clinical significance .Methods A total of 246 women were selected as subjects ,among them ,111 cases of cervical exfolia‐ted cells and 135 cases of cervical tissues were collected and detected .15 kinds of high‐risk HPV genetypes were detected in all sub‐jects by using fluorescent quantitation method and gene‐chips method respectively ,and the detection results were compared . Results The sensitivity of the fluorescent quantitation method in detecting HPV was 55 .28% and that of the gene‐chips method was 55 .69% ,there was no statistically significant difference in sensitivity between the two methods (P>0 .05) .The two methods had relative high conformance(κ=0 .745) .The positive rate of HPV infection was increased with the progression of cervical dis‐ease .Conclusion The fluorescent quantitation method and the gene‐chips method have a relative high conformance ,and both with high sensitivity in detecting HPV .The severity degree of cervical cytological and histological changes may be positively correlated with HPV infection .

One confirmed diagnosiscase of severe human infection by avian influenza H7N9 admitted to intensive care unit (ICU) of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University on January 12th, 2017 was reported. The patient was treated with the sepsis bundle, and recovered finally, including a series of comprehensive treatments, such as respiratory support, circulation support, antiviral, anti-inflammation, immunization enhancement, critical nursing, fluid management, nutritional support and treatment of complications. The critical patient was admitted on January 27th, and the treatment was successful. It has important significance to rescue the severe human infection from avian influenza H7N9 by the sepsis bundle.

Objective To establish a method focusing on regulation of CNN3 gene in the rat hippocampus and help to explore the role of CNN3 gene played in the brain physiology and pathology.Methods One cDNA sequence and three shRNAs targeting CNN3 gene were designed and synthesized.The recombinant lentivirus-mediated expressing and three short hairpin RNA ( shRNA) vectors targeting CNN3 gene in the rats were constructed with engineering technology.All recombinant vectors were intravenously injected into rats hippocampi guided by stereotaxic apparatus.Western blot was performed to explore the best shRNA and to study the changes of CNN3 gene in the rat hippocampus after transfection with the silence and over-expressed vectors.Results The lentivirus-mediated vector expressing CNN3-OE and three shRNA vectors targeting CNN3 gene were successfully constructed.Within eight weeks after transfection, the vectors of CNN3-OE and three CNN3-shRNAs changed the expression of CNN3 gene in the rat hippocampus, in particular, all the protein levels of calponin-3 encoded by CNN3 gene were significantly down-regulated along with the time, with the highest inhibitory rate of 73.6%in the CNN3-shRNA2 group.Significant up-regulation of calponin-3 protein level by 93.88%, was found only on the 14th day after transfection.Conclusions Lentivirus-mediated vectors of CNN3-OE and CNN3-shRNAs may regulate in vivo the CNN3 gene level in the local brain region of rats via stereotactic injection.The study lays a foundation for disease prevention and treatment in the future.

The optimum decoction condition obtained was: adding water (12 times as much as medicine), decocting twice 1.5 hours each time, merging the filtrate, concentrating the merged filtrate into extract with a relative density of 1.20 (measured at 85℃), then adding alcohol slowly, and making the concentration of alcohol in the fluidextract come to 80%. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and feasible.

Objective To compare the genotype distribution of HPV in cervical cells of natural crowd and tissues of cervical in‐traepithelial neoplasia(CINⅢ grade) and cervical carcinomas patients .Methods PCR and gene‐chip technology were utilized for the genotype detection of 23 kinds of HPV in cell specimens from 1 047 women of natural crowd (normal group) and tissue specimens from 173 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(precancerosis group) and 133 cases of patients with cervical carcinoma (cervical carcinoma group) .Results There were 109 ,159 and 121 cases of HPV positive specimens respectively in normal group ,precancer‐osis group and cervical carcinoma group ,and the HPV infection rates were 10 .41% (109/1 047) ,91 .91% (159/173) and 90 .98%(121/133) ,respectively .Conclusion PCR and gene‐chip technology can be used to detect HPV genotypes in cervical cells and cer‐vical tissues specimens .

Objective To systematically review ICU-nurse lightly sedated patients, in order to provide evidence for sedation. Methods Databases were searched including The Cochrane Library, Joanna Briggs Institute Library, PubMed, EMbase, Ovid, ELSEVIER CMB, CNKI and WANFAN from inception to May 2018, to collect qualitative studies in the experience of ICU nurses lightly sedated patients. The quality of included studies was evaluated according to JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies in Australia. The results were integrated by integrating methods. Results A total of seven studies were included. Thirty-five complete findings were grouped according to their similarities to form six categories. These categories resulted in two synthesized findings: Despite the complexity and unknowns of care, critical care nurses were slowly accepting the fact and try to cope with; there were some barriers on the implementation of sedation, there should have a multi-party collaboration. Conclusions the heath management system should pay more attention to implementing light sedation strategies, ICU-nurses should be given support, guidance and encouragement.

Objective To summarize the experience of patient positing,port placements setting and robot cart docking in pediatric robot-assisted laparoscopic upper urinary tract operations.Methods From March 2017 to December 2017,140 robot-assisted laparoscopic upper urinary tract procedures were performed in our institution,including 110 cases of pyeloplasty,15 upper pole heminephroureterectomy,12 simple nephrectomy and 3 adrenalectomy.There were 103 males and 37 females with a range age from 1 month to 18 years.The assistant surgeon was adjacent to the instrument nurse,and patients were placed in a supine position with 60°-80° inclination and keep the legs low to the body.Room setup and patient positioning were similar to the traditional laparoscopic surgery.Semi-hidden incision technique was used in 140 patients:the camera port was placed umbilicus,two additional arm ports (one 5 mm and one 8 mm) were placed under direct vision,the 8 mm arm port was placed on the line of a Pfannenstiel incision and the 5 mm arm port was placed below the Xiphoid along the midline.Finally,a 3 or 5 mm assistant port was placed approximately 3 cm lateral to the inferior arm port,the line of a Pfannenstiel incision.Results The average time was (11.5 ± 3.2) min (10.5-16.5 min) from skin incision to robot cart docking completed.All surgeries were successfully completed without open conversion.One patient required an additional assist port for severe adhesion after the previously open surgery,there was no injury to other viscera.Average operative time was (146.9 ± 48.7)min (78-259 min) and average post-operative hospitalization time was (5.7 ± 1.4) d(4-10 d),respectively.There was no visual scar on abdominal 6 weeks postoperatively,and all parents made comments about their satisfaction with the cosmetic appearance.All operations got complete success at a mean follow up of 6 (1-9) months.Conclusions A good room setup,patient positioning and the semi-hidden incision technique port placements are maintaining the safety of the patient,avoiding compression injuries,allowing maximum mobility of the robotic arms,and facilitating a smooth and efficient surgery,and improving post-operative recovery.
