Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2021;20(2):193-195
Objective:To verify the effects of microlecture based on robot carrier on standardized residency training of orthopedics. Methods:Sixty orthopedic residents from our hospital were divided into two groups according to different training methods. One was control group ( n = 30), receiving regular training methods, and the other one was experimental group ( n = 30), receiving additional microlecture based on robot carrier besides regular training methods. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared after the training in orthopedics department. SPSS 20.0 was used for t test. Results:There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in theoretical tests results [(88.63±10.24) vs. (87.85±9.62), P > 0.05]. The operation test scores in experimental group (92.12±7.52) were significantly better than that in control group (85.35±8.12), with statistical significance ( P < 0.05). The satisfaction scores for teaching in experimental group (90.00%) was significantly higher than that in control group (70.00%) ( P < 0.05). Conclusion:Microlecture based on robot carrier could enhance abilities of skills operation for orthopedic residents during the standardized residency training and improve their satisfaction for the teaching effect.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(04):-
With the development of medical sciences, the concept of prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke is being updated continuously. However, there are still some gaps between the available evidence and clinical practice in its strategies of prevention and treatment. The article performs evidence-based analysis for the available evidence in the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke in accordance with the scientific levels of evidence classification so as to narrow the gaps between the evidence in this field and clinical practice.

Objective To study the ultrastructural changes of hypertrophic scars and animal wound healing models induced by radionuclide 90 Sr exposure and to get the most effective dosage and time in the prevention and treatment of scars. Methods The clinical hypertrophic scars and animal wound models were exposed using 90 Sr applicator in this study. The exposure doses were 200 800 cGy and 200 4 000 cGy. Then the fibroblastic ultrastructure of the tissues from the experimental and control groups were observed with transmission electron microscope. Results Compared with the control groups, capillaries and fibroblasts obviously increased in small and medium doses (200 600 cGy) groups and fibroblastic function was activated. The fibroblasts decreased and fibroblastic function was inhibited in large dose (800 2 000 cGy) groups. Conclusions Small and medium dose of 90 Sr can accelerate wound healing, and can therefore be used in the treatment of early wounds (2 3 days after wounded) ; large dose of 90 Sr can prevent scars from hyperplasia, and can be used in the wounds of the first week after operation; 1 000 2 000 cGy 90 Sr can cure the old hypertrophic scars or keloids; It is useless that 90 Sr exposes before operation for prevention of scars. The most effective method to prevent scars from hyperplasia is large dose of 90 Sr exposure after operation.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1996;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the optimal beam tube potential for amorphous silicon/cesium iodide flat panel digital chest radiography(indirect DR). Methods(1)60 healthy adults were undergone digital posteroanterior(PA) chest radiography at 80,100,150 kV respectively. The images quality of these three were compared by 5 independent observers.Several normal anatomy parts of the chest and the overall impression of the images were evaluated;(2)PA chest exposures of the anthropomorphic chest phantom to produce a constant ESDs(entrance skin doses) and exit dose were made using tube potential at 80,100,120,150 kV.The simulated chest nodules were scored. Results The quality of the adult chest radiography and the manifestation of the simulated chest nodules were superior at the lower tube voltages. The contrast of the images were best at 80 kV,while the appearance of the images look like that of the low potential radiography. Conclusion The optimal tube potential for chest DR is considered to be 80~100 kVp,while the high KV technique is no longer suitable for digital equipment.

OBJECTIVE:To observe effect and safety of continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) combined with differ ent doses of xuebijing sepsis patients with acute kidney injury (AKI).METHODS:One hundred and four patients diagnosed as sepsis complicated with AKI were collected from ICU of our hospital during Jun.2012 to Aug.2015.They were divided into small-dose group,medium-dose group,large-dose group and control group according to random number table, with 26 cases in each group.Four groups received routine treatment.Small-dose group was given Xuebijing injection 50 mL added into 0.9% Sodium chlo ride injection (NS) 100 mL,ivgtt,bid;medium-dose group was given Xuebijing injection 100 mL added into NS 100 mL,ivgtt,bid;large-dose group was given Xuebijing injection 100 mL added into NS 100 mL,ivgtt, qid. All patients were treated for 1 week. The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP were observed in 4 groups before and after treatment;renal function indexes as BUN,SCr and CysC,blood coagulation function indexes as PT,APTT and Fib were also observed as well as APACHE Ⅱ score and Marshall score. The occurrence of ADR were recorded during treatment.RESULTS:Ninety-five cases meeting the criteria were finally included in the study after 9 cases withdrew from the study, and there were 23,24,25,23 cases in small-dose group,medium-dose group,large-dose group and control group, respectively. Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in above indexes among 4 groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,PT and APTT,APACHE Ⅱ score and Marshall score in 4 groups were all decreased significantly, while the serum levels of BUN,SCr,CysC and Fib were increased significantly;the improvement of above indexes in small-dose group,medium-dose group and large-dose group were all better than in control group, and the large-dose group was significantly better than the small-dose group and medium-dose group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).There was no statistical signifi cance in the incidence of ADR among 4 groups (P> 0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Large-dose xuebijing combined with CRRT can effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction in sepsis patients with AKI,improves renal function and coagulation function, and dose not increase the risk of ADR.

Objective The aim of the study was to examine the influence of clonidine and ketorolac pretreatment on cytokine response to abdominal surgery. Methods Twenty patients scheduled for upper-abdominal surgery were randomly allocated to two equal groups: (1) pre-emptive analgesia group: patients received oral clonidine 4?g/kg and ketorolac 10mg 1h before surgery and (2) control group: patients received placebo. Blood samples were taken 24h before surgery , 20min after induction of anesthesia (before surgery), 90min after induction (during surgery), and 0,1,2,4,6 and 24h after surgery for determination of serum tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF-?), interleukin-1?(IL-1?),interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) concentrations. Results (1) In the control group, serum IL-6 concentration increased significantly during surgery and peaked at 2h after skin closure. In contrast serum IL-6 concentration in pre-emptive analgesia group increased significantly when the skin was closed and peaked at 4h after skin closure. IL-6 production in the pre-emptive analgesia group was less than that in control group at 0,1 and 2h after surgery(P
