Objective To investigate the efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen combined with pinaverium bromide in the treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome. Methods A total of 64 patients with irritable bowel syndrome from October 2014 to October 2015 in department of gastroenterology of Zhuji People’s Hospital were collected and randomly divided into two groups, with 32 cases in each group.Patients in control group received with pinaverium bromide by oral, patients in combination group received flupentixol and melitracen by oral on the basis of control group.The gastrointestinal symptom rating scale (GSRS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) score and clinical efficacy pre-and post-treatment were compared between two groups.Results Compared with pre-treatment, the main symptoms score in two groups decreased significantly (P<0.05); compared with control group, the main symptoms score in combination group decreased significantly(P <0.05).Compared with pre-treatment, the SAS and SDS scores decreased significantly(P <0.05); compared with control group, the SAS and SDS scores in combination group decreased significantly ( P <0.05 ) .There was no significant difference in total efficacy between control group and combination group ( 93.75%vs.81.25%, χ2 =1.237,P=0.266).There was no adverse event in two groups during treatment.Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen combined with pinaverium bromide could significantly improve the anxiety and depression in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome, which could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.

Timing of puberty showed a dramatic decrease in the past decades,and it depends on the gene,nutrition,environment,social economics,and so on.Childhood obesity affects both the timing of puberty and sex hormone levels.However,the influence of obesity on the timing of puberty has gender differences.Current studies show that childhood obesity accelerates the onset of puberty in girls,but it still has controversy in boys.Mechanisms of concrete have not clear,may be related to the subjectivity of standard of male sexual development and the correlation of body mass index as a substitute for male obesity is poor.Through literature review at home and abroad,this article will explain the influence of obesity on the timing of puberty,sex hormone levels and its gender differences,further explore the possible mechanisms of body fat participate in starting the gonad axis,and provide new research direction on the switch for the gonad axis.

Objective To explore the relationship between subclinical hypercortisolism (SH) and osteoprosis.Methods MEDLINE,BIOSIS Previews,High Wire Wanfang Database,and Vip Database were retrieved for articles about the relations of SH and osteoporosis.Searches were limited to Chinese/English-language publications.The clinical outcomes evaluated in this study included bone mineral density,biochemical markers of bone turnover,prevalence of osteoporosis,and incidence of fracture.Meta-analysis was carried out by RevMan5 among articles suitable for the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results Fifteen studies were included,containing 6retrospective studies,6 prospective studies,and 3 intervention studies.Retrospective studies suggested that bone mineral density level in subclinical hypercortisolism group (SH + group) was significantly lower than that in the nonsubclinical hypercortisolism group (SH-group),meta-analysis of prospective studies showed that the level of bone mineral density at lumbar spine and femoral neck was significantly lower in SH+ group than that in the SH-group(all P＜0.01).Both retrospective studies and prospective studies showed no significant difference between the biochemical markers of bone turnover in both SH+ and SH-groups.Data from intervention studies showed that the prognosis in SH patients with surgical intervention was not improved.Conclusions SH reduces bone mineral density at lumbar spine and femoral neck,and increases the prevalence of osteoporosis and incidence of fracture.Whether surgical intervention is beneficial in SH patients remains uncertain.

Objective:To investigate the impact on the level of serum IL-8 and IL-18 by Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Helicobacter pylori were assessed by 14-Curea breath test in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.All patients were divided into Hp positive group and Hp negative group on the basis of 14-C urea breath test results.The Hp positive group were divided into anti-helicobacter pylori group and control group.The level of ESR,serum C reactive protein (CRP), RF,IL-8 and IL-18 were measured in all patients before and after 12 weeks of treament.And the number of joint swelling,joint pain/tenderness,morning stiffness time, hands grip strength were recorded before and after 12 weeks treatment.Results: 12 weeks after treatment,the effective rate in the Hp negative group and the anti-helicobacter pylori group was higher than that in the control group (84.09%vs 62.50%,χ2=5.41,81.25% vs 62.50%,χ2=4.17,P<0.05).The clinical symptoms significantly improved and the levels of ESR, C-reactive protein, RF, IL-8 and IL-18 significantly reduced in the three groups ( P<0.05 ) .The clinical symptoms improved more obviously in the Hp negative group and the anti-helicobacter pylori group than that in the control group.The levels of ESR,C-reactive protein,IL-8 and IL-18 in the Hp negative group and the anti-helicobacter pylori group was lower than that in the control group.While there was no significantly difference in the level of RF in the three groups.Conclusion:From a certain extent ,Hp eradication therapy can improve the clinical curative effect of rheumatoid arthritis.

Objective To develop a new single-tube polymerase chain reaction amplification (ST Amp) protocol for the efficient sequencing-based typing (SBT) of human leukocyte antigen DRB1(HLA-DRB1).Methods A set of 7 group-specific exonic 5′ amplification primers and a single generic 3′ primer were included together in a single PCR mix to facilitate a single PCR amplification per sample for HLA-DRB1 typing.Results All samples were successfully typed, the typing result was accurate and repeatable.Conclusion ST Amp technique has resulted in the ability to perform high-resolution, high-specificity and high-throughput HLA-DRB1 typing by DNA sequencing.

Translationally controlled tumor protein (TCTP)is a small protein highly conserved in a variety of eukaryotic species.TCTP is overexpressed in various tumor cells and has been implicated in the regu-lation of cellular processes including apoptosis,DNA repair and drug resistance.By reviewing the recent pro-gress of TCTP research,TCTP is becoming an important regulator of DNA repair and a new molecular target for tumor therapy.

Objective To explore the methods of therapy in lung cancer patients with bone metastases, and evaluate the effects and side effects of Strontium-89 palliative therapy in lung cancer patients with bone metastases. Methods About 56 cases of bronchiogenic cancer patients with bone metastases who did not receive any radiotherapy, according to 1.48×10~7 Bq/person/time, using standard intravenous injection ~(89)Sr as treatment. Follow-up 6 months, assess according to the following parameters: pain and frequency of pain were given quantized value and got pain score, using T test for comparing the pain score. According to before and after treatment bone imaging showed the size of focus and change of the number, upgrade focus therapy effect. Examine (CEA) and (NSE), using T test for changes before and after treatment. Using T test for changes of LEU and platelet after treatment. Results After treatment for 6 months, for 77 % patients are alleviating pain (43/56), the pain went off of 13 patents, account for 23 percent of the total. The pain score from 7.3±3.6 before treatment decrease to 5.3±3.4 after treatment, dropping obviously. After treatment, the focus regressed in 14 cases, decreased in 5 cases, total efficiency is 34 %. Before and after treatment, CEA from (33.64±18.15)μg/L obviously decreased to (t=4.26, P<0.01) to (21.36±11.65) μg/L, NSE from (27.16±10.12) μg/L obviously decreased to (t=4.26, P<0.05) to (12.56±4.23) μg/L. After treatment, LEU and platelet decreased to the lowest, LEU decreased about 27.9 %, platelet decreased about 19.7 %, after 3 months,normal rate of blood picture is 75 %(42/56). Conclusion The method of strontium-89 palliative therapy in lung cancer patients with bone metastases is good, safe and has little side effects, it can improve the quality of patients life.

ObjectiveTo investigate the feasibility and superiority of video-assisted minithoracotomy surgery (VAMT) in treatment of adolescent patients with primary spontaneous pneumothorax. MethodsThe clinical data of 103 adolescent patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were analyzed retrospectively. VAMTS was performed in 56 cases and video-assisted thoracoseopic surgery(VATS) was performed in 47 cases. complications Statistical analysis were undergoing in middle-operation, post-operation and ambi-operation in the two groups were analyzed. ResultsNo statistically significant difference were found in blood loss ,operating time,pain grade, out-of-bed activity time, antibiotics use time,chest drainage time,hospital day pulmonary infection between the two groups( all P ＞0.05 ). The cost of hospitalization was lower in VAMTS group compare to VATS group ( P ＜ 0.05). ConclusionVAMT in treatment of adolescent patients with primary spontaneous pneumothorax had the advantage of simple performance, reliable effectiveness, practical,lower cost of hospitalization fee.

The serum TSH levels of 107 infants with subclinical hypothyroidism (SH) were > 20 mIU/L after 1-8 check-up, along with FT4, TT4, within low normal range. After given small dosage L-T4, for 4 weeks, blood TSH level obviously descended while FT4, TT4, ascended (all P <0.01). Seven cases of thyroid hypogenesis and 7 strumas were found by ultrasonography. It seems appropriate to use dosage of 3-4 μg·kg·-1·d-1 L-T4 in treating SH.
