Objective:To assess the method and the curative effect of percutaneous puncture aspiration and sclerosing treatment of renal cyst under CT-guidance.Methods:58 renal cysts in 45cases diagnosed with ultrasonography or CT were treated with repeated sclerotherapy by percutaneous puncture aspiration and 99.7% ethanol injection.A 18～21G gauge aspiration needle was used for all patients;the amount of administration of ethanol was 25%～30% of the aspirated amount of cyst fluid.Its effect was reviewed and analyzed every four months after operation.Results:The puncture was completed in 53 cysts one time.The patients followed up three months to one year,35 renal cysts in 25 patients disappeared;18 renal cysts in 15 patients reduced in size;and 5 renal cysts in 5 patients had no change.The effective rate was 91.3%.The disappearance rate was 60.3%.There were no serious complications.Conclusion:The sclerosing treatment percutaneous puncture aspiration of renal cyst under CT-guidance is a safe and effective method,and it is of significant value in application.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Tiaoxie Wan(Chinese medicine for regulating the metabolic functions)on the metabolic syndrome.Methods Under the condition without changing their original treatment,the 62 metabolic syndrome patients were administered Tiaoxie Wan for oral taking in succession for 2 months.The blood lipid,glycolated hemoglobin(HbA1C),fasting insulin(FINS),insulin action index(IAI),body mass index(BMI),and the clinical effect of main symptoms were observed.Results After treatment,the symptoms such as dizziness,dry mouth,constipation,abdominal distention,and hot temper with irritability were significantly relieved,the total effective rate was all above 85%.The BMI,blood lipid,and HbA1C were significantly decreased,while the FINS and IAI were significantly increased(P

From the rhizome of Smilax stans Maxim., nine compounds were isolated and their structures were determined to be friedelin, diosgenin, 3, 5, 4'-trihydroxy stilbene, 3, 5, 3',4' -tetrahydroxy stilbene, n-butanol- O-?- D-fructopyranoside, sitosterol-3-O-?- D-glucoside,dioscin, methyl protodioscin and pseudo protodioscin on the basis of chemical,spectral methods and comparison with authentic samples.

A case of multiple injuries caused by severe crushing and followed by multiple system organ failure(MSOF)succeded in salvaging was reported. During the course of admission many severe complications occurred, such as shock, acute renal failure, respiratory failure, cardiac insufficiency, bacterial and mycotic septicemia, severe anemia, hypoproteinemia and wound infection. Posttraumatic course was serious, eventful and complicated. According to the treatment of this case authors emphysize as follows: (1) A rescue group including personnel of different professional skill should be established rapidly as soon as possible. (2) Prevention of infection is the basic treatment of MSOF.The most important thing is radical drainage of the wound and removed of the devitaliged tissue. Heavy dose, most effecfive, low-nephrotoxic drugs should be given for control of infection. (3) Maintain normal heart and lung function espescially improving in ventilation and increasing of blood content of 02.Pay attention to the in tra-chcal O2 positive pressure. (4) Hemodialysis should be carried out before occurrance of obvious symptoms and signs of acute renal failuue.(5) Nutritional support.

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic valuation of multilayer spiral CT pulmonary angiography in pulmonary embolism. Methods:A retrospective analysis 22 cases of pulmonary embolism were performed by 16 slice spiral CT diagnosis, The volume data of all cases were reconstructed for image post-processing with multi-plane reconstruction, maximum intensity projection and volume rendering. Results: Pulmonary embolism in patients with 22 cases, pulmonary artery and its branches remobilization of 22 cases were demonstrated well by MSCTA. Conclusion:The 16 slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism in a safe, rapid, high sensitivity, reliable diagnosis advantages, has been used as first choice of imaging diagnosis of pulmonary embolism diagnosis methods. It is worthy of wide clinical application.

OBJECTIVE:To observe the efficacy and safety of weifuchun tablet combined with rabeprazole enteric-coated tablet in the treatment of chronic gastritis with reflux esophagitis. METHODS:894 gastritis patients with reflux esophagitis were random-ly divided into control group (407 cases) and observation group (487 cases). Control group was given 10 mg Rabeprazole enter-ic-coated tablet,once a day;observation group was additionally given 1 440 mg Weifuchun tablet,orally,3 times a day. The treat-ment course for both groups was 4-8 weeks. Clinical efficacy,microscopic examination grading,total symptom scores,self-rating anxiety scores(SAS),self-rating depression scores(SDS),quality of life scale score(QOLS),Memorial University of Newfound-land Scale of Happiness score(MUNSH) of reflux esophagitis before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed. RESULTS:The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the microscopic examina-tion grading,symptom scores,SAS,SDS,QOLS and MUNSH scores between 2 groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the micro-scopic examination grading cases in 2 groups were significantly superior to before,observation group was superior to control group,total symptom scores,SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than before,observation group was lower than control group,QOLS and MUNSH scores were significantly higher than before,observation group was higher than control group,the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05 of P<0.01). And there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reac-tions between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Weifuchun tablet combined with rabeprazole enteric-coated tablet has better efficacy than only rabeprazole in the treatment of chronic gastritis with reflux esophagitis,it can relieve clinical symptoms of pa-tients,with better safety.
