The paper introduces the acquirement of endocrinology information at home and abroad on Internet from six aspects, inclu-ding major research institutions and its periodicals, main -stream publications, teaching materials, clinical experience materials, major search engine and search skills for medical resources, in order to provide reference for medical staffs finding endocrinology resources.

Objective To discuss the clinical methods and curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis ( MIPPO) technique applied in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis was applied on 14 patients with humeral fracture underwent the MIPPO operation in our department from April 2012 to March 2013. There were 8 males and 6 females, with their ages ranging from 28 to 64 years. Results Fourteen cases were followed up for 2 months to 12 months (an average of 6 months) . Their incisions got primary healing. The fracture segments got satisfactory reduction with good apposition and alignment radiologically, and the radial never function recovered well. UCLA score concluded as excellent in 13 cases and good in 1 case. Conclusion MIPPO is a safe and effective treatment for the humeral fracture with the benefits of less invasion, fewer complications and higher union rate.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions (ADR) in children's hospital. METHODS:The clinical drug use and ADR of 3 653 children during 2006～2008 in our hospital were analyzed statistically by designing a child medication registration form. RESULTS:The incidence of 498 ADR cases was about 13.63%; ADR were mostly occurred in 1～3 year-old children(36.14%); 71.29% were caused by intravenously; 66.87% were induced by antibiotics; ADR were more common in spring and winter. CONCLUSION:The drugs have a dual nature. Moreover,children belong to a special group. The measures such as strictly mastering clinical indications,reducing irrational drug use,sufficient therapy and avoiding or reducing the occurrence of ADR can guarantee children grow healthily.

To implement the effective docking and optimization of a new community comprehensive management information system and cardiocerebrovascular disease-related auxiliary system for a communitybased information platform for intelligent chronic disease management.The cooperation of community team and a distinct division of labors were enforced according to standard operating procedures.This mode of patient-centered medical home (PCMH) could offer scientific and effective management,promote the rational classification of medical and two-way referral systems and improve service efficiency and management capabilities for the goals of achieving a reasonable allocation of medical resources and saving medical costs.

High expression of Fightless I (FLII) is associated to multiple tumors. Based on our previous study that FLII might be involved in the nuclear export, we assessed the possible interaction of FLII with the nuclear envelop associating proteins Importin β and Nup88. We first constructed GST-FLII, GST-LRR recombinant plasmids and transformed them into the Rosetta strain to produce GST-FLII, GST-LRR fusion protein. After purification of these proteins, GST-pull down, as well as co-immunoprecipitation, were used to test the interaction of FLII with Importin β and Nup88. FLII interacted with Importin β and Nup88, and FLII LRR domain is responsible for these interactions. Thus, FLII may play a role in nuclear export through interaction with Importin β and Nup88.

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the concentration determination of voriconazole in human plasma.METHODS:Plasma samples were precipitated with acetonitrile.Using ketoconazole as internal standard,HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Dionex U-3000 Dimonsil C18 column with mobile phase consisted of triethylamine-glacial acetic acid-water mixed solution (1 ∶ 1∶98,V/V/V,pH was about 4.0)-acetonitrile (40∶60,V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 255 nm.The column temperature was 40 ℃,and sample size was 20 μL.RESULTS:The linear range of voriconazole was 0.2-20.0 μg/mL.The limits of quantification was 0.2 μg/mL,and the minimum detection limit was 0.03 μg/mL.RSDs of inter-day and intra-day were lower than 10％.The method recoveries were 92.06％-106.26％ (RSD＜5％,n=5),and extraction recoveries were 75.62 ％-90.59 ％ (RSD ＜ 5 ％,n=5).The plasma concentration of voriconazole in 10 children ranged 0.22-4.90 μg/mL (n =10).CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,rapid,specific and can be used for drug monitoring of voriconazole.

Trousseau′s syndrome(TS) is a complication of cancer-associated thrombosis caused by hypercoagulability. A 58-years female patient admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University on October 2020 and diagnosed with Trousseau′s syndrome was reported. This was a patient with pancreatic malignant tumor. On the second day of admission, the mouth angle was distorted and the speech was vague. Craniocerebral MR showed multiple DWI high signals in the brain parenchyma, and brain MR enhancement showed no abnormal enhancement in the brain parenchyma. The patient was considered to be Trousseau′s syndrome. Using "Trousseau′s syndrome" and "cerebral infarction" as key words, the relevant literature was searched in CNKI, Wanfang and PubMed databases from January 2011 to June 2021, total of 76 cases of Trousseau′s syndrome complicated with cerebral infarction were reported in the literature. Among 77 cases (including one in this study) 36 were males and 41 were females, with a median age of 63 years old. The most common tumor type was lung adenocarcinoma (24 cases, 31.2 %). The mean D-dimer level was (17.3±12.8) mg/L, Craniocerebral CT or MRI showed that 57 cases (74.0 %) had bilateral multiple lesions; and 56 cases received anticoagulant therapy. A total of 68 patients were followed up, with a median survival time of 90 days, and one year overall survival rate was 32.6 %. The study indicates that for cerebral infarction with significantly elevated D-dimer level and multiple vascular involvement, malignant tumors should be considered.

Objective To explore the clinical effects of transvaginal acupoint injection in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain induced by pelvic floor myofascitis. Methods All 80 patients with pelvic floor myofascitis were randomly assigned to an observation group and a control group, with 40 patients in each group. The observation group was given the treatment of transvaginal pain spot injection, and the control group was given transvaginal non-pain spot injection. Changes of clinical symptoms, signs, pain scores and other indices before the treatment, 1 week and 2 weeks after the treatment between the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results Comparison of pain scores between the treatment group and the control group before the treatment was not significantly different (P>0.05); pain scores after the treatment in the two groups were significantly lower compared to those before the treatment, and the differences in the two groups were both significant (P<0.01). The curative effects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Transvaginal acupoint injection is able to significantly alleviate chronic pelvic pain induced by pelvic floor myofascitis, but accurate pain spot injection is required.

PURPOSE: The aim of this study is to explore signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) expression in breast cancer and to analyze the detailed mechanism that STAT3 contributes to the progression of breast cancer. METHODS: We retrospectively analyzed the clinicopathologic characteristics and overall survival (OS) of 140 breast cancer patients after curative surgery, and detected STAT3 expression, phosphorylated STAT3 (pSTAT3) expression, Ki-67 expression, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-C and -D expression in breast cancer tissues, and adjacent nontumor tissues. Survival analysis and relationship analysis were adopted for demonstrated the important mechanism of STAT3 contribution to progression of breast cancer. RESULTS: STAT3 expression, pSTAT3 expression, Ki-67 expression, VEGF-C expression, and VEGF-D expression in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent nontumor tissues, respectively. With survival analysis, only number of lymph node metastasis (N stage) was identified as the independent predictors of the OS of breast cancer patients. Besides, we demonstrated there was the most prominent correlation between STAT3 expression and lymph node metastasis in breast cancer tissues by using the multinominal regression method. CONCLUSION: STAT3, a poor survival biomarker potential association with lymph node metastasis, was suitable for predication the OS of breast cancer patients after curative resection.

Objective To investigate the health-seeking behavior and related factors among hypertensive and diabetic patients contracting medical service in Beijing Fangzhuang Community Health Service Center.Methods By using stratified random sampling method, 830 contracted hypertensive and diabetic patients were selected in the study.A face to face questionnaire survey was conducted in Fangzhuang Community Health Service Center from November 2016 to January 2017.Total 800 questionnaires were completed, and the medical behavior and influencing factors of patients were analyzed.Results The first-contact rate of community for hypertensive and diabetic patients was 73.0%(584/800).The reasons for choosing community service were: near home(86.3%,690/800), shorter waiting time(71.4%, 571/800)and trust in doctors(50.3%, 402/800); while the reasons for not choosing community service were less drug varieties(76.1%, 609/800), poor facilities(32.1%,257/800)and lower technical level(11.4%, 91/800).Its influencing factors were: frequent need of accompanying for visit(χ2=5.719, P=0.012),family income(χ2=4.540,P=0.021),awareness of service scopes(χ2=64.668,P=0.000),purpose of service(χ2=19.234,P=0.000),frequency of doctor contact(χ2=9.367, P=0.001), the awareness of referral(χ2=5.736,P =0.011).Conclusion The community health service centers should take the advantage of easy access, short waiting time and patients′trust,at the same time should improve the service conditions and quality,so as to increase the first-contact rate for patients contracting medical service.
