Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of diffusion weighted imaging and 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy for the neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods:37 cases of patients with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy admitted in our hospital were selected as the study group, another 40 healthy neonates were selected as the control group, both groups of neonates underwent diffusion-weighted imaging and 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy, ordinary MR1 and diffusion weighted imaging findings of neonates in the study group were observed, the neonatal cerebral metabolic compounds relative concentration were observed and compared between two groups. Results:The detection rate of diffusion-weighted imaging was significantly higher compared with the ordinary MRI (P<0.05).The relative ratio of brain metabolic compounds NAA/Cr of study group were obviously lower than those of the control group, while the Cho/Cr,MI/Cr,Glu-Glr/Cr,Lac/Cr were significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion:Diffusion weighted imaging combined with 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy could improve the diagnostic accuracy of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, the analysis of the concentrations of brain metabolic compounds could contribute to evaluate the severity of HIE.

Objective To analyze the echocardiographic findings , associated anomalies and chromosomal characteristics in fetuses with pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect ( PA/VSD ) . Methods T he echocardiographic data and follow‐up materials were retrospectively reviewed in 30 256 fetuses from December 2012 to M arch 2018 in the consultation center of fetal heart disease in maternal‐fetal medicine in Anzhen hospital . Of all the fetuses ,59 cases ( 0 .19% ) had PA/VSD . T he echocardiographic findings ,associated anomalies and chromosomal characteristics were retrospectively analyzed in all the 59 fetuses with PA/VSD . Based on w hether the presence of the native pulmonary arteries and the major aortopulmonary collateral arteries ( M APCAs) or not ,the PA‐VSD was classified into type A ,type B ,and type C . Results A large ventricular defect was demonstrated in five‐chamber view with 61 .7% of the mean ratio of the aortic overriding . O ther fetal echocardiographic features of all the 59 fetuses with PA/VSD included :the right aortic arch ( n =19 ) ,reversal flow in the ductus arteriosus ( n =40 ) ,M APCAs ( n =24) . T he classification of the PA/VSD included :type A ( n =35) ,type B ( n =5) and type C ( n =19) . Associated anomalies :persistent left superior vena cava ( n = 13 ) ,anomalous pulmonary vein connection ( n=5 ) ,complete atrioventricular septal defect ( n = 5 ) ; single umbilical artery ( n = 3 ) ,right atrial isomerism ( n =3) . Of all the 30 cases performed chromosomal test ,3 cases had aneuploidy and 7 cases had microdeletion of chromosome . Conclusions The fetal echocardiographic findings of the PA/VSD are characteristic . For prenatal diagnosis of PA/VSD ,the type of PA/VSD should be defined and chromosomal test should be performed ,w hich can be helpful for prenatal consulting .

Objective:To systematically evaluate and integrate the qualitative research of the practical experience and practical difficulties of advance care planning (ACP), so as to provide a reference for subsequent clinical nurses to better carry out ACP.Methods:PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database were collected the qualitative research on the practical experience and practical difficulties of nurses′advance care planing, and the search time was the database establishment until August 1, 2022. Literature quality evaluation was conducted by the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) (2016), and the results were summarized using Meta integration method. Results:A total of 13 studies were included, and 39 studies were summarized into 11 new categories, forming 4 integrated results: nurses′ cognition of ACP practice, emotional experience of nurses′ ACP practice, personal factors that hinder ACP practice, and external environmental factors that hinder ACP practice. Conclusions:In ACP practice, nurses should be actively guided to have positive cognitive and emotional experience to improve their competence in ACP practice. At the same time, government departments should be united to support, integrate hospitals, society and other forces to formulate coping strategies against obstacles, so as to promote the development and practice of ACP.

Cullin-RING ligases (CRLs) recognize and interact with substrates for ubiquitination and degradation, and can be targeted for disease treatment when the abnormal expression of substrates involves pathologic processes. Phosphorylation, either of substrates or receptors of CRLs, can alter their interaction. Phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination and proteasome degradation influence various cellular processes and can contribute to the occurrence of various diseases, most often tumorigenesis. These processes have the potential to be used for tumor intervention through the regulation of the activities of related kinases, along with the regulation of the stability of specific oncoproteins and tumor suppressors. This review describes the mechanisms and biological functions of crosstalk between phosphorylation and ubiquitination, and most importantly its influence on tumorigenesis, to provide new directions and strategies for tumor therapy.
