Objective:To explore the cognition of undergraduates on advance directives in a medical universi -ty, and to analyze the affect factors on cognition status of advance directives .Method: Total 594 undergraduates were selected by stratified cluster random sampling and this study conducted a face to face interview using self -de-signed questionnaire .Results: The cognitive status on advance directives was poor .This study found the inde-pendent variables of the gender , religion, the self-reported health, the average monthly living expenditure , the survival time and quality choice and the type of health insurance were the effect factors (P<0.05).Conclusion:the undergraduates′cognitive status on advance directives was poor in this medical university , and we need adopt relevant measures to improve the cognitive of undergraduates on advance directives .

Objective: To investigate the association between rs4458044 site of corticotropin releasing hormone receptor 1 (CRHR1) polymorphism and persistent pulmonary hypertension of the newborn (PPHN). Methods: Eighty-five blood specimens were collected from newborns with PPHN in Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University between March 2012 and March 2018, and 50 blood specimens were collected from healthy newborns as controls.The basic clinical data, clinical laboratory results, distribution of CRHR1 (rs4458044) polymorphism were retrospectively analyzed by t-test and χ² test. Results: No significant difference existed in gender, gestational age, birth weight and 1 minute Apgar score between newborns with PPHN and the normal controls (all P>0.05). Significant difference existed in auxiliary ventilation time and maximum oxygenation index between newborns with PPHN and the normal controls (all P<0.05). Gene frequency of CRHR1 (rs4458044) GG, CG and CC gene types in newborns with PPHN and controls was 2.35%, 43.53%, 54.12% and 50.00%, 38.00%, 12.00%, respectively.The CG/CC gene type was significantly higher in newborns with PPHN than the normal controls (P<0.05). The CG/CC gene type newborns had a higher risk for getting PPHN than GG gene type newborns (GG gene type as reference, CG gene type OR=24.34, 95%CI: 5.20-113.87, P=0.00; CC gene type OR=95.83, 95%CI: 17.99-510.49, P=0.00). Auxiliary ventilation time and maximum oxygenation index of newborns carrying C allele were higher than those without carrying C allele. Conclusion CRHR1 (rs4458044) polymorphism is closely associated with PPHNs.

Objective: To explore the positive rate of intrinsic factor antibody (IFAb) and level of vitamin B₁₂ (VitB₁₂) in normal physical examination population and the possible relation between IFAb, VitB12 and sex, age, number of RBC, HGB and MCV. Methods: A total of 1 427 people who came to Peking Union Medical Colleague Hospital (PUMCH) for physical examination were enrolled. There were 758 males with average age of (52.5±14.5) years-old and 669 females with average age of (50.3±14.3) year-old. Beckman DxI800 automatic biochemical-immune analyzer and corollary reagents were used to analyze the level of serum IFAb and VitB₁₂. The results in different sex, age were documented and their correlation with the value of whole blood cell count was tested later on. Results: Among the 1 427 normal subjects, 66 (4.63%) were positive for IFAb. The positive rate for IFAb in the population≥40 years-old was higher than those<40 years-old (5.66% vs 1.48%, χ²=7.46, P=0.006). The deficiency rate of VitB₁₂ in the population<40 years-old, 40-59 years-old and ≥60 years-old was 2.22%, 2.51% and 5.50%, respectively (χ²=8.55, P=0.014). There were no difference between people with different sex in the positive rate of IFAb (5.15% for males and 4.04% for females, χ²=0.99, P=0.320) or in the deficiency rate of VitB₁2 (3.83% for males and 2.69% for females, χ²=1.44, P=0.230). The results of multiple linear regression showed that HGB level of IFAb positive subjects was 3.05 g/L lower on average than those of IFAb negative, but IFAb had no effect on both RBC and MCV. There was no correlation between VitB₁2 deficiency and HGB, RBC and MCV. Conclusion The positive rate of IFAb and deficiency rate of VitB₁2 increase as age increases. But the presence of VitB₁₂ deficiency is later than the positive findings of IFAb. IFAb showed some effects on the level of HGB, which may compensate the limitations of VitB₁₂ detection to some extent. It is necessary to check the IFAb and level of VitB₁₂ in people with middle or old ages.

OBJECTIVE：To prepare Imperatorin ultradeformable liposomes gel （IMP-UDLs-Gel），and to evaluate its quality. METHODS：Based on single factor test ，using 12 h accumulative penetration amount （Q12h）as evaluation index ，the proportion of carbomer 940，glycerol and propyl glycol in formulation of IMP-UDLs-Gel were investigated by orthogonal test. The optimal formulation was screened. The quality of IMP-UDLs-Gel prepared with the optimal formulation was evaluated. RESULTS ：The optimal formulation of IMP-UDLs-Gel included carbomer 940 proportion of 1％，glycerol proportion of 15％ and propyl glycol proportion of 10％. Q12 h of IMP-UDLs-Gel was （11.543±0.241）μg/cm2；the appearance was milky white and translucent ；the particle size was （93.13±1.68）nm，PDI was 0.268±0.012，Zeta potential was （－24.96±1.99）mV；pH was 7.32±0.03； viscosity was （45.37±1.27）g·s；steady flow was （0.727±0.002）μg·h/cm2，lag time was （4.358±0.175）h，apparent permeability coefficient was 1.392×10－3 cm/h，and it has good physical and optical stability. CONCLUSIONS ：The preparation method is stable and feasible ，and the prepared IMP-UDLs-Gel has good adhesion ，stability and transdermal property.
