Improvement of pharmaceutical qualification examination system is important for systematic and professional development of pharmaceutical industry.Korea has set up the pharmaceutical qualification examination system including pharmacy education eligibility test and pharmacist state examination.Pharmacy education eligibility test aims to select talents to get 2+4 years' pharmacy higher education and the competitiveness showed a trend of increase implemented since 2010.The candidates always major in engineering/natural/agriculture,chemistry,biology,humanistic society and ect,during preparatory course.While average pass rate of'pharmacist state examination was only 73.7％,which act as the passport to becoming a pharmacist of Korea,showed high difficulty compared to physicians and nurses.The pharmaceutical professional talents selection system in Korea was established through the difficult and sustainable pharmacy qualification examination system,and achieved the systematic,professional development of pharmaceutical industry,which can be used for reference for China.

Objective In order to standardize plantation and get bumper crops cultivation technique of Abrus cantoniensis Hance (a general term: "Herba Abri"). Methods To cultivate A. cantonients guiding by the instructive rules of productive quality and standard of management of Chinese medicinal materials, productive A. cantoniensis under good agriculture practice (GAP) promulgated by State Administration of Food and Drug. Results Comparing to production under non-GAP, the content of extract and flavones was higher, while the content of pesticide residue and heavy metal was lower under GAP. Conclusion Plantation of A. cantoniensis under GAP through choosing soil strictly, selecting seeds, optimizing pollution-free environment and friendly fertilizer and agriculture chemical, the harmful heavy metal and residues of pesticides amount in crude medicinal materials could be controled effectively so that the quality and output of A. cantoniensis could be improved.

Objective To investigate the best time of the mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) transplantation after myocardial infarction(MI),in order to provide prophase experimental basis for treatment of the diseases correlating to cadiocyte necrosis by cells transplantation.Methods Thirty New Zealand big-ears albino rabbits,which aging were older than or equal to 36 months were selected(a 36-month rabbit is the advanced age rabbit,equaling a person 60 years old).Model of MI was made by ligating anterior descending branch.The model rabbits were randomly divided into six groups(control group,1 d group,1-week group,2-week group,3-week group;and 4-week group,n=5).200 ?L cells after marked were drawed and injected in multiple positions of myocardium after MI in 1 d group,1-week group,2-week group,3-week group and 4-week group separately.The rabbits in control group were injected with saline of equal quantity.The cardiac functional parameters,blood flow rate of atrioventricular valve and the hemodynamics at eighth week in various groups were measured.Results Compared with control group,the treatment of MSCs transplantation for MI improved the heart function.The cardiac functional parameters,blood flow rate of atrioventricular valve and the hemodynamics in 1 d group was higher than those in control group(P0.05).The cardiac functional parameters,blood flow rate of atrioventricular valve and the hemodynamics in 1-week,2-weeks and 3-weeks groups were better than those in 1 d group(P0.05).Conclusion In the condition of the same cell-density but the different time of MI,the transplantation time window is 1 d-3 weeks after MI,which is advantageous to the amelioration of heart function,the best time of transplantation was 1-3 weeks after MI.

According to the characteristics of postgraduates of clinical medicine and features of radiology and based on traditional teaching, picture archiving and communicating system (PACS), tutorial system, lecture and modernized tests with the help of problem-based learning (PBL) were ap-plied so that the effect of students' rotation internship was improved.

Objective To study the effect of preconditioning hyperbaric oxygenation on skin flap is-ehaemia tolerance. Methods 18 male SD rats were divided into the control and HBO preconditioning groups. In control group, an extended epigastrie adipocutaneous flap was raised, based on the right su-perficial epigastric artery and vein. 3-hours flap ischemia was induced by clamping the pedicle vessels with microvascular clamp. At the end of ischemia induction, the clamp was removed and the flap was sutured back. Rats in HBO preconditioning group were treated with HBO two days before operation. Flap surger-y began 1 hour after the last HBO treatment. The operation was the same as the control group. On the fifth postoperative day, the condition of the flap was recorded with transparent paper. Mean flap necrosis area was calculated with Acrobat software. Data were analyzed with SPSS software. Results The aver-age designed flap area was (51.59±6.62)cm2 and (52.71±2.05)cm2 in the control group and the HBO preconditioning group. The average flap survival area was (7.38±2.49)cm2 and (15.82±5.95)cm2. The difference was significant between the control and HBO preconditioning groups (t= 4. 14, P<0.01) in average flap survival area. Conclusion HBO preconditioning can rise flap ischaemia tolerance and enhance flap survival.

Objective To investigate the application value of modified early warning score (MEWS) for assessment of patients in pre hospital first aid.Methods For patients with MEWS method in 3 478 cases of pre hospital first aid,scored in 0-4,5-9 and ≥ 10 points.Analysis of the relationship between the distribution and severity in patients with different grades,and tracing the fate and the condition of patients after admission.Results In MEWS patients with low 0-4 points was divided into pre hospital first aid,accounted for 69.18％ (2 406/3 478),severe cases accounted for 2.58％ (62/2 406); MEWS 5-9 accounted for 21.54％ (749/3 478),severe patients increased to 37.92％ (284/749); MEWS ≥ 10 points accounted for only 9.29％ (323/3 478),severe patients increased to 87.00％ (281/323).MEWS scores higher ratio in patients with severe more,MEWS 5-9 points,severe patients with MEWS ≥ 10 points 0-4 critical patients proportion (P ＜ 0.01).MEWS 5-9 points,≥ 10 points patients admitted to a specialist ward and intensive care units treatment compared with MEWS 0-4 points patients increased significandy (P ＜ 0.01),the mortality rate was also significandy increased (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The MEWS method in pre hospital first aid to early warning of potential in critically ill patients,the higher score,the more serious condition,the higher mortality rate.

Objective To assess the relationship between serum vitamin D and autoimmune thyroid disease.Methods Subjects included total 520 persons receiving regular health examination,and serum calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone (PTH),thyroid peroxidase autoantibody (TPOAb) and 25-dihydroxy vitamin Ds was measured.The incidence of 25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 deficiency (≤30 μ g/L)was observed.The relationship between 25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 deficiency and autoimmune thyroid disease was analyzed.Results The serum 25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 of all the subjects was (24.47 ± 7.21) μ g/L,and the incidence of 25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 deficiency (≤30 μg/L) was 61.15％ (318/520),and the positive rate of TPOAb was 21.54％ (112/520).The proportion of TPOAb ＞ 50 kU/L or ＞ 100 kU/L in subjects with 25-dihydroxy vitamin D3≤30 μ g/L was higher than that in subjects with 25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 ＞ 30 μg/L [25.79％(82/318) vs.19.80％(40/202) and 9.43％(30/318) vs.4.46％(9/202)],and there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The relationship between 25-dihydroxy vitamin D3 and TPOAb was assessed and showed significant inverse correlation (r =-0.13,P ＜0.05).Conclusions Vitamin D deficiency is very common in the population,and autoimmune thyroid disease is related with vitamin D deficiency,which may has impact on the body's immune regulation.Specific mechanism and whether vitamin D supplementation can intervene and treat autoimmune thyroid disease need further study.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of near-total laryngectomy on the treatment of advanced laryngeal and hypopharyngeal carcinoma. METHODS Thirty patients with laryngeal carcinoma(T3N0～T3N1 17cases,T4N0～T4N1 13cases) and nine with hypopharyngeal carcinoma(T3N0～T3N1 6cases,T4N0～T4N1 3cases) were treated with near-total laryngectomy from May 1995 to March 2003 according to Peaeson modifying method of Tangpingzhang. Concurrent neck dissection were performed in sixteen patients. RESULTS The speech function was obtained in 36 cases (92.3 %) and good swallowing function was obtained in 38 cases(97.4%). Three year survival rates were 73.3% (22/30) in laryngeal carcinoma and 55.6 %(5/9)in hypopharyngeal carcinoma and five year survival rate in laryngeal carcinoma was 61.1%(11/18) . Local recurrence rate was only 2.56 %. CONCLUSION Near-total laryngectomy and speech rehabilitation can be used in most cases that might be treated with total laryngectomy in the past. It can provide satisfying survival rate, good swallowing and speech function.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of acupuncture integrated Traditional Chinese and West-ern medicine in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods A total of 64 cases patients were divided into the control group of 32 cases and the treatment group of 32 cases. The control group were treated with western medicine,while the treatment group were treated with Traditonal Chinese medicine and acupuncture based on the method of con-trol group treated. Compared efficacy of two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. The recovery of facial nerve function of the two groups and the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups were compared after 4 weeks. Results Control group total effective rate was 71.88%,the improvement rate of the facial muscles was 75.00%,while treatment group in turntotal effective rate was 87.50%, the improvement rate of the facial muscles was 84.38%. Compared the two groups,the treatment group was significantly higher.There was significantly statistical difference compared with the con-trol group (P<0.05). Conclution The efficacy of acupuncture Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than single western medicine in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.
