1.Promoting effects of beta-carotene from Dunaliella Salina on learning and memory in rats and mice

The effects of ?-carotene from Dunaliella salina(?-C) at three doses(12.5,25 and 50 mg?kg~(-1),ip) on learning and memory in rats and mice were studied by using step-down test and Y-maze test.In step-down tests,?-C at all three tested doses had significant effects on normal mice,and could remarkably antagonize the memory impairment induced by scopolamine and 20 % alcohol,but could not antagonize the impairment induced by sodium nitrite.As the same result,?-C at three tested doses administration had significant effects on rats in Y-maze tests.These results suggested that ?-C as an antioxidant could improve the ability of learning and memory in rats and mice.
2.Evaluation effect of three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging on left ventricular systolic function in patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction

Objective: To explore evaluation effect of three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging (3D-STI) on left ventricular systolic function in patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction (AAMI).Methods: A total of 40 AAMI patients and 40 healthy subjects were enrolled as AAMI group and healthy control group respectively.Left ventricular longitudinal strain (LS), radial strain (RS), circumferential strain (CS), area of strain (AS), general longitudinal strain (GLS), general radial strain (GRS), general circumferential strain (GCS) and general area of strain (GAS) were measured, compared and analyzed between two groups for 3D-STI technique.Results: Compared with healthy control group, there were significant reductions in left ventricular LS of 12/17 segment, RS and AS of 10/17 segment, and CS of 9/17 segment in AAMI group, P<0.05 or <0.01;for general strain values, compared with healthy control group, there were significant reductions in GLS[(19.59±3.52) vs.(9.25±2.16)], GRS[(36.73±4.83) vs.(25.26±5.19)], GCS[(22.63±4.38) vs.(15.15±3.98)], GAS[(32.87±4.41) vs.(21.73±3.84)]in AAMI group, P<0.01 all.Conclusion: The three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging can accurately detect segmental myocardial strains of left ventricular systolic function in patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction.It can be used as a quantitative measure for clinical evaluation of these patients′ condition.
3.Study on Bioequivalence of Compound Fluamine Tablets in Healthy Volunteers

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the bioequivalence of compound fluamine tablets with commercial fluamine tablets and glibenclamide tablets(R).METHODS:HPLC method was used to determine the plasma drug time-concentrations of flu?amine and glibenclamide separately.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated and analysed with variance and two-one side t-test.RESULTS:The T 1/2 ,T max ,C max and AUC 0~24 for fluamine of test and reference formulation were(7.969?0.713)h and(8.103?0.596)h;(1.889?0.214)h and(1.876?0.207)h;(2.001?0.368)?g/ml and(1.962?0.416)?g/ml;(10.706?1.424)(?g?h)/ml and(10.624?1.317)(?g?h)/ml respectively.F was(100.97?7.73)%.The T 1/2 ,T max ,and AUC 0~24 for glibenclamide of test and reference formulation were(6.536?0.890)h and(6.629?0.563)h;(4.038?0.309)h and(4.056?0.338)h;(98.026?22.790)ng/ml and(97.507?20.529)ng/ml;(510.702?135.818)(ng?h)/ml and(499.452?111.328)(ng?h)/ml,respectively,and F was(102.066?12.405)%.CONCLUSION:The statistical analysis showed that com?pound fluamine tablets and commercial fluamine tablets and glibenclamide tablets were bioequivalent.

Objective:To provide the references for the dieting of sportsman.Methods:divided 24 mice into three groups-still group,training group,and medicine-taking group.Then the blood was draun from eye socket to test ALT,AST.LDH and BUN,Glue and Hb value through the out-running experiment.Results:The mice in the medicine-taking group appear to last the sporting ability,with the improved time of 24.43%,and the change of hepatin,blood sugar and testosterone were less than thasein the other two groups.Conclusion:Excessive movement can lead to the level of testosterone down,while the distilled things from burdock can help sportsman's testosterone up,then to increase the storage of hepatin and the ability of sporting.
6.Clinical effect of selective uterine artery embolization in obstetrics and gynecology postoperative bleeding

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of selective uterine artery embolization in obstetrics and gynecology postoperative bleeding.Methods The clinical data of 19 patients with obstetrics and gynecology postoperative bleeding undergoing selective uterine artery embolization were analyzed retrospectively,including 15 cases of cesarean and 4 cases of uterectomy.Results Nineteen patients were uterine artery bleeding.All patients were diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and embolization were disposable success.No complications such as organ necrosis or visceral dysfunction occurred.Conclusions DSA has advantages of minimally invasive,significant effect,less adverse reaction,quick recovery and easier to be accepted by the patients in diagnosis and interventional treatment of postoperative bleeding in obstetrics and gynecology.Selective uterine artery embolization has a wide range of application and development prospect in the field of obstetrics and gynecology.
7.Simultaneous determination of evodiamine and rutaecarpine of compound Wuzhuyu ointment by HPLC

Objective To establish a method for the determination of evodiamine and rutaecarpine of compound wuzhuyu ointment.Methods HPLC method was used with Agilent HC-C18(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) column and the mobile phase being acetonitrile-0.08% ocane sutfonic acid sodium(41:59).The flow rate was 0.8 ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the UV detector was set at 225 nm.Results The linear ranges of evodiamine and rutaecarpine were 0.62~ 12.40 μg/ml (r=0.9997) and 0.24~4.8 0 μg/ml (r=0.9996),respectively.The average recovery of evodiamine and rutaecarpine was 97.9% and 98.0%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,repeatable and accurate.It can be applied in quantitative determination of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in compound Wuzhuyu ointment.
8.The correlation between white blood cells count of EPS and semen quality

Objective To analyze the correlation between the content of visible components of EPS ,and to investigate the rela‐tionship between the main parameters of semen and EPS .Methods On the basis of white blood cell count of EPS ,the patients were divided into group A (inflammatory patients ,n=189) and group B (non‐inflammatory patients ,n=94) .The density ,(a+b) activi‐ty and survival rate of sperm were detected by CASA .Results There was no linear correlation between the number of white blood cells and lecithin bodies or red blood cells .Compared with group B ,the sperm density and (a+b) level of sperm activity and surviv‐al rates of semen were significantly decreased in group A (P<0 .05 or P<0 .01) .Conclusion The number of white blood cells of EPS could affect sperm quality of the patients .
9.Expression of neurofilament protein and synaptophysin in the developing spinal cord of human embryo

Objective To investigate the neurofilament protein (NF) and synaptophysin(SYN) distribution in the developing stage of human embryonic spinal cord and their clinical significance . Methods Totally 16 of human embryos, aged from 2 to 4 months were used in this study .Immunohistochemical staining was uesd to detect the expression and distribution of NF and SYN in the spinal cord .Results At the second month stage , NF expression was weakly positive in only the marginal layer on both sides of the spinal cord .At 3-4 months, NF expression was positive or strong positive in the spinal cord center crack before and after the middle of partition and cortex .In the ependymal layer of the lateral part of the expression of NF positive nerve fibers were seen in the gray matter .From 2 to 4 month-age, all visible SYN positive expressions distributed in the spinal cord .With the increase of gestational age , SYN positive expression in the spinal cord staining intensity value was increased first , and then decreased .The number of positive values increased month by month . Conclusion NF and SYN both take part in the regulation of human embryonic spinal cord tissue growth .
10.Determination of Paeonol and Imperatorin in Cangzhi Nose Spray by HPLC

OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for determination of paeonol and imperatorin in Cangzhi nose spray. METHODS:HPLC system consisted of ODS C 18 column(150mm?4.6mm,5?m)methanol-water(6∶4)mixture as mobile phase,with detection wavelength at310nm,flow rate1.0ml/min.RESULTS:The average recoveries of paeonol and imperatorin were99.4%(RSD=0.69%)and99.9%(RSD=2.66%)respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is sensitive,rapid and ac?curate.
