Objective To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic uItrasonography ( LUS) in u-rinary laparoscopic surgery .Methods In 6 cases of urological laparoscopic surgery , laparoscopic ultra-sound examination were taken , including 3 cases of simple renal cysts , 1 case of adrenal pheochromocyto-ma, 2 cases of hamartoma , were excised under the LUS guidance and the results were compared with the traditional simple laparoscopic surgery .Results With laparoscopic uItrasonography guidance , the bounda-ry and blood supply of cyst or tumor could be shown more clearly compared with trans -abdominal ultrasound . We could differ the tumors from dilated pelvis and renal calices , So the damage to the collecting system and renal blood vessels were avoided .With LUS guidance , tumors were excised more completely , so that re-mained tumor tissues would be avoided and normal renal tissues would be protected .Conclusion LUS may provide more precise surgical information and may play an important role guiding laparoscopic operation in urinary surgery .

Objectives To explore the effects of the blood supply extent on the temperature of target site of tumor and volume of coagulation necrosis (V),and to provide experimental evidence for further precise control of dosage of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and improve the efficiency of HIFU in the treatment.Methods Twenty-four rabbit liver VX2 tumor models were established and were divided into four groups:10 d group,15 d group,20 d group,no blood supply group (rabbits were put to death in the 10 d after the models were established).The same irradiation parameters of HIFU were used to irradiate the hepatic tumor tissue of every group,the real-time temperature of target site of tumor were measured,the software from temperature controller was used to plot the time-temperature curve (TTC),V was measured after HIFU.Residual tumor tissue was resected for pathological observation and microvascular density (MVD) determination.Results (1) Histopathological analysis showed that the extent of a tumor's blood supply followed the order 10 d group ＞ 15 d group ＞ 20 d group (P ＜ 0.01).(2)Tmax,T1,k1:betweengroups had no statistical difference among 10 d group,15 d group,20 d group (P ＞0.05),T T1,and k1 between three groups with no blood supply group had statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).(3) k2:10 d group ＞ 15d group ＞ 20d group ＞ no blood supply group;T2:10d group ＜ 15d group ＜ 20d group ＜ no blood supply group;(4)V:10 d group ＜ 15 d group ＜ 20 d group ＜ no blood supply group.Conclusions The extent of a tumor's blood supply had a significant effect on the temperature-decrease phase but not on the temperature-increase phase during HIFU treatment.The more abundant blood supply of the tumor was,the faster heat abstraction after HIFU was;and the easier the tissue return to normal temperature,the smaller the volume of coagulation necrosis tissue were.

Objective To observe and classify endometrial wavelike activities in controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) cycles,and to study their effect on assisted reproductive techniques(ART) outcomes in COH cycles.Methods Patterns of endometrium wavelike movements were described,then their percentages of the total endometrium movements were calculated and compared retrospectively in 57 infertile women who had undergone ART treatments with different outcomes.Results Five types of endometrial wavelike movements could be distinguished:No activity, random,positive,negative,and opposing endometrium movements.The frequencies and types of endometrial movements varied in COH cycles.Endometrium movements,especially negative movements more frequently appeared in non-conception group than in conception group.Conclusions Abnormal endometrium activity could be seemed as underlying mechanisms in some cases of unexplained infertility or ART failure.

In order To evaluate whether the parameters of spiral artery blood flow, as measured by transvaginal color Doppler, may be used to assess endometrium receptivity prior to embryo transfer (ET), a retrospective study of 94 infertile women who had undergone ART treatments with different outcomes (pregnant or nonpregnant) was done. Subendometrial blood flow was evaluated. The resistance index (RI), systolic/diastolic ratio (S/D) and pulsatility index (PI) were significantly lower in those who achieved pregnancy as compared with those who did not: 0.62+/-0.04 vs 0.68+/-0.04 (P<0.001), 2.66+/-0.33 vs 3.19+/-0.39 (P<0.01) and 1.15+/-0.17 vs 1.34+/-0.22 (P<0. 05), respectively. Furthermore, when RI>0. 2, PI>1. , and S/D>3. , no pregnancy occurred. These data suggest that the parameters of spiral artery blood flow could be used as a new assay in predicting endometrial receptivity before ET.

Objective To assess the diagnostic performance of real-time contrast-enhanced ultra-sound Sonovuein diagnosing minute rabbit liver VX 2 tumors with diameter ≤10.0 mm.Methods Thir-ty New Zealand white rabbits inoculated with VX 2 tumor ( left, right lobe of each ) were examined by two-di-mensional ultrasound and CEUS .The contrast enhanced mode of small rabbit liver VX 2 tumors in different phase was observed and tumor in the rabbit's liver was pathologically verified .The diagnostic performances of two-dimensional US and CEUS in detecting the rabbit VX 2 tumors were analyzed and compared .Results Thirty-nine tumors were pathologically verified .The detection rates of small tumors by CEUS and two-di-mensional US were 12.8% and 79.5%, respectively , yielded significantly higher than that of 2-D US. Conclusion Real-time CEUS significantly improves the detection rates of small rabbit VX 2 liver tumors less than 10.0 mm in diameter .

Objective:To explore the changes of biparietal diameter, head circumference and cerebrovascular hemodynamics in fetuses with hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS) during middle pregnancy.Methods:The biparietal diameter, head circumference, middle cerebral artery pulsatility index (MCA-PI), umbilical artery pulsatility index (UA-PI) and MCA-PI/UA-PI (CPR) of 41 fetuses with HLHS(HLHS group) were retrospectively analyzed from January 2015 to December 2019 in Beijing Anzhen Hospital, and were compared with those of 82 normal fetuses matched for gestational age at the same period (control group).Results:The Z-scores of head circumference, MCA-PI and CPR in with HLHS group were lower than in control group(all P<0.05); Head circumference in HLHS group were weakly and positively correlated with the MCA-PI and CPR ( r=0.385, 0.416; all P<0.05). Conclusions:There are some changes in the head circumference and cerebral hemodynamics in fetuses with HLHS during mid-gestational age, and the head circumference is weakly and positively correlated with MCA-PI and CPR, which has clinical significance.

Objective:To investigate the differences of umbilical vein diameter(D), time average peak velocity(TAmax) and blood flow between congenital heart disease and normal fetus.Methods:The umbilical vein diameter and time average peak velocity of 69 fetuses with congenital heart disease (disease group) from 22 to 27 weeks were prospectively studied in Maternal-Fetal Medical Center in Fetal Heart Disease of Beijing Anzhen Hospital from May 2021 to September 2021. Q 1 (umbilical venous blood flow) was calculated according to the formular [Q=0.5TAmax·π·(D/2) 2)], and Q 2 (Q 2=Q 1/weight) was calculated according to the fetal weight. At the same time, 111 normal fetuses with matched gestational age were selected as control group. The differences of fetal umbilical vein D, TAmax, Q 1 and Q 2 between the two groups were analyzed. Results:The inner diameter of umbilical vein D, TAmax, Q 1 and Q 2 in the congenital heart disease group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). In the control group, the inner diameter of umbilical vein D, TAmax and Q 1 increased with the increase of gestational age and showed a positive linear correlation( r=0.608, 0.320, 0.626; all P≤0.001), while there was no obvious linear correlation between Q 2 and gestational age( r=0.189, P=0.047). Conclusions:The decrease of umbilical vein D, TAmax, Q 1 and Q 2 in the fetus with congenital heart disease indicates the decrease of effective blood flow in placenta-fetus circulation, which indirectly reflects the decrease of placental function in the fetus with congenital heart disease.
