1.Study on meal preferences of school aged children based on discrete choice experiment

		                        			Objective:
		                        			To explore the relative importance of different food attributes and levels in food decision making of school aged children, and to understand their meal preferences, so as to provide the evidence for formulating precise intervention strategies for dietary behaviours of school aged children.
		                        		
		                        			Methods:
		                        			From May to June 2024, a total of 854 children aged 11 to 15 years old were selected from 2 middle schools (each school in urban and rural areas) in both Hubei Province and Anhui Province by stratified cluster random sampling method to conduct a D-optimal discrete choice experiment. The mixed Logit model was used to analyze children s preference for meal attributes and different levels, and to calculate the relative importance (RI) of attributes and willingness to pay (WTP) in meal choices.
		                        		
		                        			Results:
		                        			The included five food attributes had statistical significance on meal choice of school aged children ( P <0.05). The relative importance of food attributes affecting the meal choices of school aged children in descending order were dining mode ( RI =31.26%), food varieties ( RI =30.56%), cooking method( RI =23.84%), taste( RI =8.06%) and price ( RI =6.27%). Among them, school aged children preferred home cooked meals ( β =0.74) (WTP=86.3 yuan),varied foods(grain/tubers+vegetables+fish, meat, eggs and beans) ( β =0.61) (WTP=71.9 yuan), fried/roasted cooking ( β =0.51) and spicy taste ( β =0.33).Price was negatively correlated with meal choices( β =-0.01) ( P <0.05). Based on residential area and body mass index (BMI), the stratified analysis showed that dining mode was highest in the relative importance for rural children with overweight and obese children ( RI =31.28%,34.17%), both of whom preferred home cooked meals ( β =0.76, 0.91), and meals containing fish, meat, eggs and beans with grain/tubers or grain/tubers and vegetables in terms of food choice (area: β =0.53,  0.53 ; BMI: β =0.55, 0.56) ( P <0.05).
		                        		
		                        			Conclusions
		                        			School aged children have different preferences for different attributes of meals. The quality of school meals should be improved,the cost of buying healthy meals should be reduced,targeted family health education should be carried out,and healthy cooking methods should be advocated.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
2.Incidence of venous thromboembolism in esophageal cancer: a real-world study of 8 458 cases

		                        			Objective:To investigate the incidence of venous thromboembolism (VTE) in patients with esophageal cancer (EC).Methods:The retrospective cohort study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 8 458 EC patients who were admitted to Sichuan Cancer Hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were collected. There were 6 923 males and 1 535 females, aged (64±9)years. There were 3 187 patients undergoing surgical treatment, and 5 271 cases undergoing non-surgical treatment. Observation indicators: (1) incidence of VTE in EC patients; (2) treatment and outcomes of patients with VTE. Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as Mean± SD, and comparison between groups was analyzed using the t test. Measurement data with skewed distribution were represented as M(range), and comparison between groups was analyzed using the nonparameter rank sum test. Count data were expressed as absolute numbers or percentages, and comparison between groups was analyzed using the chi-square test or Fisher exact probability. Comparison of ordinal data was analyzed using the nonparameter rank sum test. Results:(1) Incidence of VTE in EC patients. Of 8 458 EC patients, 175 cases developed VTE, with an incidence rate of 2.069%(175/8 458). Among 175 VTE patients, there were 164 cases of deep venous thrombosis (DVT), 4 cases of pulmonary embolism (PE), 7 cases of DVT and PE. There were 59 surgical patients and 116 non-surgical patients. There was no significant difference in thrombus type between surgical and non-surgical EC patients with VTE ( χ2=1.95, P>0.05). Of 3 187 surgical patients, the incidence of VTE was 1.851%(59/3 187), including an incidence of 0.157%(5/3 187) of PE. PE accounted for 8.475%(5/59) of surgical patients with VTE. Of 5 271 non-surgical patients, the incidence of VTE was 2.201%(116/5 271), including an incidence of 0.114%(6/5 271) of PE. PE accounted for 5.172%(6/116) of non-surgical patients with VTE. There was no significant difference in the incidence of VTE or PE between surgical patients and non-surgical patients ( χ2=1.20, 0.05, P>0.05). (2) Treatment and outcomes of patients with VTE. Among 175 EC patients with VTE, 163 cases underwent drug treatment, and 12 cases did not receive treatment. Among 163 cases with drug therapy, 158 cases underwent anticoagulant therapy, 5 cases were treated with thrombolysis. All the 163 patients were improved and discharged from hospital. Conclusions:The incidence of VTE in patients with EC is relatively low, as 2.069%. There is no significant difference in the incidence of VTE or thrombus type between surgical EC patients and non-surgical EC patients.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
3.The curative effect and mechanism of magnetic hyperthermia in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

		                        			【Objective】 We combined the concept of traditional medicine with magnetic induction technology, originally brought up the research concept of magnetic hyperthermia to cure KOA, explored the mechanism and constructed a new treatment of KOA with modern medical features. 【Methods】 Through establishing a primary KOA model in rats and constructing ferrimagnetic vortex domain iron oxide nanorings (FVIOs) as a platform for highly efficient magnetic hyperthermia agent, the lesions of KOA were heated accurately under the low-intensity magnetic field. We confirmed the curative effect through the results of pain perception, histopathology, knee joint morphology and microscopic bone structure and the content of serum inflammatory factor, to study the therapeutic mechanism of magnetic hyperthermia for KOA. 【Results】 Compared with the model group, the recovery of mechanical pain threshold after magnetic hyperthermia improved by approximately 48.9%; the degree of hyperemia and edema of joint capsule and synovial tissue and the wear degree of joint cartilage surface, were significantly reduced; the Mankin and OARSI scores decreased by about 33% and 20%, respectively; the MicroCT results indicated that the degree of hardening of the subchondral bone also improved; the expression of inflammatory factors in the serum was reduced. 【Conclusion】 In this study, we utilized the FVIOs as a high-efficiency magnetic hyperthermia platform for the treatment of KOA. The efficacy of magnetic hyperthermia on KOA is clarified, and the mechanism is related to the inhibition of inflammatory factors.

5.Mechanism of Youguiwan Monomer in Osteoarthritis: A Review

		                        			As a prescription for tonifying kidney yang, Youguiwan accords with the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis. Professor LIU Yuan-lu from the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine found that modified Youguiwan had a significant effect on the clinical conservative treatment of osteoarthritis pain with Chinese medicine. There are teams studying the mechanism of Youguiwan in the treatment of osteoarthritis in China, but the profound study of the compound needs the mechanism of each component as support. Youguiwan contains 10 kinds of Chinese medicine, including Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata, Cinnamomi Cortex, Dioscoreae Rhizoma, Corni Fructus, Cuscutae Semen, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Eucommiae Cortex, Cervi Cornus Colla, and Lycii Fructus. With more and more attention to the study of Chinese medicine monomer, the amount of related research in this field is increasing. Therefore, it is of great significance to summarize the mechanism of Youguiwan in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Based on the sovereign, minister, assistant, and guide of Chinese medicine in Youguiwan, this paper used China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2020 edition Vol. 1), and ChemicalBook platform to understand the active components of each kind of Chinese medicine, and used PubMed to search. The latest research progress of effective monomers that had an intersection with the mechanism of osteoarthritis was summarized, and there were five pharmacological effects including anti-inflammation, pain inhibition, chondrocyte apoptosis, oxidative stress, and extracellular matrix degradation, involving several signaling pathways. The theory of sovereign, minister, assistant, and guide and the molecular mechanism were integrated and discussed, respectively, and finally, they were combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory, providing theoretical references for further study in this direction. 
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
6.Retrospective analysis of human papillomavirus infection among women in mainland China

		                        			Objective:To retrospectively analyze the prevalence and genotype distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) among women in mainland China from the introduction of cervical cancer vaccine to its marketing in China, so as to provide data for comparing HPV prevalence after the application and gradual promotion of HPV vaccine.Methods:Related articles published during 2006 to 2016 were retrieved from PubMed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang databases. Data about HPV infection in women receiving physical examination or routine cervical cancer screening and female outpatients were collected and analyzed.Result:A total of 270 articles were retrieved, in which the sampled women were aged from 13 to 90 years old. Seventy-two articles were about HPV infection in women screened for cervical cancer with a sample size of 580 308 people. The overall results showed that during the 11 years, the five most common high-risk HPV genotypes were HPV52, 16, 58, 68 and 18, and the common low-risk HPV genotypes were HPV81, 43 and 6. The distribution of HPV genotypes varied in different regions, but HPV16, 52 and 58 were always the predominant genotypes. Among the 270 collected articles, 200 analyzed HPV infection in female outpatients with a total of 675 035 cases. The results showed that the top five high-risk HPV genotypes with high prevalence were HPV16, 52, 58, 18 and 33, and the common low-risk types were HPV6, 11 and 81. The analysis of HPV infection rate in seven geographical regions indicated that, although the distribution of the commonly circulating high-risk HPV genotypes varied in different regions, HPV16, 52 and 58 remained the predominant genotypes.Conclusions:The present study showed that the prevalence and genotype distribution of HPV infection varied by region, but HPV16, 52 and 58 were always the most common high-risk genotypes and HPV6 was the predominant low-risk genotype in both women screened for cervical cancer and female outpatients. 7.Research of the correlation between α1-antitrypsin and acute kidney injury after cardiopulmonary bypass

		                        			Objective:To figure out variety of the plasma level of Alpha-1-Antitrypsin(α1-AT) in patients who undergo AKI following cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB), and whether this biomarker serve as a competent predictor.Methods:We recruited 75 patients undergoing cardiac surgery with CPB from January 2018 to January 2019. Patients were categorized into two groups according to the development of AKI. The relationship between plasma concentration of α1-AT and renal injury in two groups was analyzed.Results:27 patients in the AKI group were aged (54.3±12.2)years old, including 15 males and 12 females, the time of cardiopulmonary bypass was(133.5±34.7)min. In the non-AKI group, 48 cases were aged(47.7±11.3)years old, including 26 males and 22 females, and the time of cardiopulmonary bypass was(133.5±34.7)min. α1-AT was significantly decreased in AKI group at 1 h after operation[(0.53±0.53)g/L vs. (1.46±0.91)g/L, P<0.05]compared with the non-AKI group. The sensitivity and specificity of α1-antitrypsin level at 1h after operation was the highest when α1-AT was 0.675 g/L. CPB time ( OR=5.890, 95% CI: 1.078-32.173) and age ( OR=4.427, 95% CI: 1.113-17.614) were independent risk factors for AKI after surgery, and α1-AT at 1h after CPB ( OR=0.084, 95% CI: 0.021-0.333) were protective factors after operation. Conclusion:Increased concentration of α1-AT after cardiopulmonary bypass at early time is a protective factor for AKI and the concentration of α1-AT in plasma could be used as an early biomarker of AKI after CPB.
		                        		
		                        		
		                        		
		                        	
8.Clinical and prognostic values of TP53 mutation in patients with B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia

		                        			Objective:To investigate the survival and prognosis of B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) patients with TP53 mutation.Methods:The clinical data of 479 newly diagnosed B-ALL patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from January 2016 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among 479 B-ALL patients, 34 cases (7.1%) were positive for TP53 gene mutation, and a total of 36 TP53 mutations were detected, including 10 frameshift gene mutations (27.8%) , 23 missense mutations (63.9%) and 3 nonsense mutations (8.3%) . A total of 34 (94.4%) mutations were located in the DNA binding domain (exons 5-8) .The average number of mutated genes in patients with TP53 gene mutation (2.3) and the group without TP53 gene mutation (1.1) were statistically different ( P<0.001) . The proportion of Ph positive and Ph-like positive patients in the TP53 gene mutation negative group was significantly higher than that of the TP53 mutation positive group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.001) . The 3-year OS and EFS rates of the TP53 gene mutation negative group were significantly higher than those of the TP53 gene mutation positive group. The differences in OS and EFS rates between the two groups were statistically significant ( χ2= 4.694, P = 0.030; χ2= 5.080, P= 0.024) . In the multivariate analysis, failure to achieve remission (CR) after one course of induction chemotherapy was an independent adverse prognostic factor affecting OS.Of the 34 patients with TP53 mutation, 16 underwent allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) in the CR 1 state, and 2 patients with recurrence after transplantation obtained CR 2 after infusion of donor-derived anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells. Among the 11 patients with TP53 gene mutation who relapsed during consolidation chemotherapy, 6 received anti-CD19 CAR T cell therapy, 4 patients achieved remission and minimal residual disease (MRD) turned negative, followed by bridging allo-HSCT, and 2 of them sustained CR. Conclusion:Missense mutations are the most common in B-ALL patients with TP53 gene mutation, and the majority of mutations were located in the DNA binding domain. B-ALL patients with TP53 gene mutation should undergo allo-HSCT as soon as possible after CAR-T cell therapy has cleared the MRD after recurrence. B-ALL patients with TP53 gene mutation still have a higher recurrence rate after allo-HSCT, and the infusion of donor-derived CAR-T cells can achieve better sustained remission.

		                        			The posterior iliac crescent fracture is a typical manifestation of injury to the posterior ring in the lateral extrusion type Ⅱ of the Young-Burgess classification for pelvic fractures. In recent years, scholars have put forward new ideas about injury mechanisms, imaging features, classification, pelvic stability and surgical procedures of this type of fractures. Minimally invasive reduction and internal fixation with percutaneous screws has been used more and more widely in the treatment of posterior iliac crescent fractures. 10.Study on Pharmacokinetics of Sinapine Thiocyanate ,Quercetin and Kaempferol from Qili Qiangxin Capsule in Rats in vivo

		                        			OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the content determination of sinapine thiocyanate, quercetin and kaempferol in rat plasma, and to study pharmacokinetics of Qili qiangxin capsule in rats in vivo. METHODS: HPLC-MS/MS method was adopted. The determination was performed on ZOBRAX XDB-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of 0.1% formic acid solution and acetonitrile containing 0.1% formic acid (gradient elution) at the flow rate of 0.45 mL/min. The sample size was 10 μL. Quantitative ions were sinapine thiocyanate with m/z 310.2→251.2, quercetin with m/z 301.1→150.7, kaempferol with m/z 286.2→242.0, internal standard chloramphenicol with m/z 320.9→ 151.9. 0.083, 0.167, 0.333, 0.667, 1, 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 h after intragastric administration of Qili qiangxin capsule 1.3 g/kg, blood samples were collected via intraocular canthal venous plexus of 6 rats. The blood concentrations of sinapine thiocyanate, quercetin and kaempferol were determined. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated and fitted by using DAS 3.0 software. RESULTS: The linear range of sinapine thiocyanate, quercetin and kaempferol 0.05-100, 0.1-200, 0.1-200 ng/mL(r=0.999 4, 0.999 7, 0.999 9); RSDs of precision test and matrix effect were all less than or equal to 11.55% (n=6), RE of stability test is less than or equal to 14.69% (n=3). The pharmacokinetic parameter of sinapine thiocyanate, quercetin and kaempferol included that cmax were(1.35±0.62),(3.23±1.26),(5.27±1.66)      ng/mL; tmax were (1.50±0.00), (0.67±0.00), (0.67±0.00) h; t1/2 were (3.98±0.99),(3.33±0.41),(4.54±0.85) h; CL were (3 683.82±987.96), (2 852.33±695.88),(1 611.85±129.59) mL/(h·kg); AUC0-24 h were (3.98±1.21), (10.96±3.42), (13.59±5.35) h·ng/mL. CONCLUSIONS: Established method is highly sensitive, specific and reproducible, and suitable for the pharmacokinetic study of sinapine thiocyanate, quercetin and kaempferol in rat.
