Clinical teaching plan of pneumothorax and hemorrhagic shock was prepared with mind maps. The process of making this teaching plan was demonstrated as follows:relationship among all levels of subjects in this course was manifested by text and graph as belong and relevance. It is sim-ple, smooth, focused, lucid and easy to understand and remember. Application of mind mapis ex-tremely simple;it is suitable for medical education and is conducive to enhancing teaching efficiency.

Transition metal oxide ZnO nanoparticles as inorganic matrix was adopted in the matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry ( MALDI-TOF-MS ) analysis of small molecule compounds including sugars and stearic acid and its performances were investigated. In addition, the feasibility of metal ion selective ionization of L-arginine by using NiO and CuO nanoparticles as matrix directly was explored initially. In the experiment, the analyte and nanoparticle suspension were mixed on the sample plate. The crystal of analyte and matrix was excited by 337 nm laser after the solvent was evaporated, and then detected under reflection mode of TOF-MS. The results indicated that ZnO nanoparticles with high UV absorption could eliminate the interference of conventional matrix, simplify the mass spectra, and enhance the peak intensity of stearic acid under negative mode. Moreover, Cu+ ion selective ionization of L-arginine was achieved in comparison of CuO and NiO as matrix for MALDI-TOF-MS analysis of L-arginine.

We innovated video assessment integrated teaching method on the basis of clinical case discussion, teaching rounds,problem-based learning, case method and micro teaching.According to this video feedback teaching, students became teaching subject and teacher acted as guide. In order to realize the purposes of early contact with clinical practice, more clinical practice and repeated clinical practice teaching,we implemented student-centered small class teaching, which was heuristic, inquisitive, interactive and was discussion-based.At the same time with the help of medical simulation equipment and video feedback teaching, this method developed students' life-long learning ability and work competence and combined theory with practice, demonstration with imitation as well as standards with innovation. This method was not only suitable for theoretical study but also for skills training, especially for standardization training.

AIM To study the protective effects of trigonella foenum graecum(TFGs) on acute cerebral ischemia. METHODS Acute incomplete ischemia was induced by ligaturing bilateral carotid arterise and cutting heads in mice, the survival time and asthmatic time were observed; the coagulation timewas measured by sheet glass method, and the blood viscosity was also assayed; the platelet aggregation induced by collagen were studied by turbdimetry in vitro. RESULTS TFGs prolonged survival time, coagulation time and asthmatic time significantly and inhibited platelet aggregation ratio in rabbit, and decreased the blood viscosity. CONCLUSION TFGs has the protective effects on acute cerebral ischemia.

Objective To explore whether dithiothreitol(DTT)is helpful for PreScission Protease to cut off the GST from GST?CT3 protein. Meth?ods The pGEX?6P?3/CT3 recombinant plasmid was transfected into Escherichia coli BL21,and the GST?CT3 fusion protein was purified by B?PER method. PreScission Protease was applied with 10 mmol/L DTT to cut off the GST,then the SDS?PAGE was performed for identification of the CT3 protein. Results Without DTT,it was very difficult for PreScission Protease to cut off the GST from GST?CT3 protein. However,in the pres?ence of 10 mmol/L DTT,PreScission Protease could cut off the GST easily as identified by SDS?PAGE. Conclusion 10 mmol/L DTT can help Pre?Scission Protease to cut GST from GST?CT3 protein,so as to achieve high concentration of CT3.

Objective To observe the effects of nonylphenol(NP)on the intracellular calcium concentration changes and cell proliferation, and the involvement of GPR30 receptor in H9c2 cell. Methods The intracellular calcium concentration changes were recorded by using intracellular calcium determination method and cell proliferation was observed by MTT method in H9c2 cell. Results NP(1×10-10 mol/L)increased the intra?cellular calcium concentration changing amplitude and promoted the proliferation of H9c2 cells, while NP(1×10-6 mol/L)decreased intracellular calcium concentration changing amplitude and suppressed cell proliferation. G15 could block the promoting effect of 1×10-10 mol/L NP on the intracel?lular calcium concentration and cell proliferation, but could not block the inhibition of 1×10-6 mol/L NP on the intracellular calcium increase and cell proliferation. Conclusion The results indicate that NP affect rapid calcium signal changes and cell proliferation in non?monotonic dose dependent manner, and its mechanism may be due to the different involvement of GPR30 receptor in different concentrations.

Objective To evaluate comprehensive therapy in the treatment of keloid effect and the patients' satisfaction. Methods From 2002 to 2015,a total of 523 patients with comprehensive treatment, according to the treatment the patients were divided into group A (surgery combined radiotherapy group) and group B (operation with corticosteroid hormone therapy group),group C (corticosteroids in combination with radiotherapy group),and the therapeutic effect of patients with satisfaction was evaluate. Results Total effective rate of three groups of patients were 85.7%,84.0%,64.9%;the efficiency in group A was higher than that of group B and group C;there was statistically significant difference between group A and C (P<0.05),but there were no significant difference between the group A and group B (P>0.05).All the patients were follow up for one years and the adverse reaction in the three groups was slight and happened in the 2 month after cure. And the adverse reaction was all self-cure in the final follow up.Difference was statistically significant between three groups of patients' satisfaction, group B better than in group A and group C;there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P>0.05);the difference between group B and C group was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions Three kinds of comprehensive therapy effect are obvious, among which surgical adjuvant radiotherapy effect is best, being worth to recommend for clinical use.
