Objective:To explore the association between internet use and healthy lifestyles in urban adults. Methods:From May to August, 2022, a face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted in residents aged 18-64 years selected in the urban area of Hangzhou by integrated cluster stratified random sampling and Kish grid method. The information about internet use included the internet use time in the past 7 days and 12 kinds of internet use contents. Using factor analysis and K-means clustering, three types of internet use were summarized, i.e. general type, video game type and working/learning type. Healthy lifestyles were defined as active physical activity, healthy diet habit, non-smoking, non-drinking, healthy weight, and healthy waist circumference. The correlations between internet use and healthy lifestyles were evaluated by using binary logistic regression and multinomial logistic regression analyses. Results:A total of 1 624 participants were included. After adjusting for potential confounding factors, the longer internet use time group (≥8.5 h/d) was less likely to have healthy weight ( OR=0.59, 95% CI:0.41-0.85) and 5-6 healthy lifestyles ( OR=0.55, 95% CI: 0.32-0.96) compared with those with shorter internet use time group (<2.5 h/d). For different types of internet use, it was found that compared with working/learning type group, the general type group was less likely to have healthy diet habits ( OR=0.63, 95% CI: 0.46-0.86), non-drinking ( OR=0.68, 95% CI: 0.47-0.99), healthy waist circumference ( OR=0.59, 95% CI: 0.42-0.84) and 5-6 healthy lifestyles ( OR=0.40, 95% CI: 0.23-0.69), the video game type group was less likely to have active physical activity ( OR=0.73, 95% CI: 0.55-0.97) and healthy diet habits ( OR=0.79, 95% CI: 0.62-0.99). Conclusion:Too long internet use (≥8.5 h/d), general type and video game type of internet use were associated with unhealthy lifestyles.

Objective:To explore the prolonged therapeutic regimen for patients with plaque psoriasis, who showed a positive response to 4-week treatment with tazarotene/betamethasone dipropionate cream, but were not completely cured. Methods:A multicenter, randomized, open-labelled, parallel-controlled clinical study was conducted. A total of 232 patients with plaque psoriasis were collected, who showed a positive response to previous 4-week treatment with 0.05%/0.05% tazarotene/betamethasone dipropionate cream, but were not completely cured with the psoriasis area and severity index[PASI] improvement rate being 50%-90%. At week 5, they were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups: test group receiving treatment with 0.05%/0.05% tazarotene/betamethasone dipropionate cream once a day, and control group receiving a sequential regimen of 0.05% tazarotene gel on weekdays once a day followed by 0.05%/0.05% tazarotene/betamethasone dipropionate cream on weekends once a day. After 2-and 4-week prolonged treatment, the efficacy and safety of the 2 therapeutic regimens were evaluated and compared. Measurement data were compared between 2 groups by using covariance analysis or t test, and enumeration data were compared by using chi-square test. Results:From the 5th to the 8th week, 200 out of the 232 patients completed the treatment. Data collected from 110 patients in the test group and 112 in the control group were enrolled into the full analysis set, and those from both 113 patients in the test group and control group were enrolled into safety analysis set. After consecutive 6-and 8-week treatment, the decline rates of the PASI score were 73.05% ± 16.69% and 78.46% ± 15.40% respectively in the test group, which were significantly higher than those in the control group (66.73% ± 21.77%, 67.02% ± 34.19%, respectively, both P < 0.05) . After 6-week treatment, the proportion of subjects who achieved PASI90 was significantly higher in the test group (14 cases, 12.7%) than in the control group (5 cases, 4.5%, χ2=4.842, P=0.028) ; After 8-week treatment, the proportions of subjects who achieved PASI75 and PASI90 (61.8%, 23.6%, respectively) were significantly higher in the test group than in the control group (48.2%, 12.5%, respectively, both P < 0.05) . During the consecutive 8-week treatment, there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the test group (15.0%) and control group (23.9%, χ2=2.822, P=0.093) . Conclusion:For patients who showed a positive response to 4-week treatment with 0.05%/0.05% tazarotene/betamethasone dipropionate cream, but were not completely cured, the continuous use of 0.05%/0.05% tazarotene/betamethasone dipropionate cream for 4 weeks is a superior therapeutic regimen compared with the sequential regimen of 0.05% tazarotene gel followed by 0.05%/0.05% tazarotene/betamethasone dipropionate cream.

In January 2023,the American Heart Association(AHA)released A Scientific Statement:Cancer Therapy Related Hypertension, provided an overview of the mechanisms and clinical management of anticancer therapy related hypertension.Contemporary anticancer drugs are mostly at the expense of cardiovascular toxicities, one of the most common side effects is hypertension, especially vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitors,as well as tyrosine kinase inhibitors and proteasome inhibitors.Cancer therapy related hypertension is often dose limiting, and is usually reversible after interruption or discontinuation of treatment. The exact molecular mechanisms underlying hypertension are unclear, recent discoveries indicate an important role for decreased nitric oxide, increased endothelin-1,endothelial dysfunction, increased sympathetic outflow, and microvascular rarefaction.Based on the International Cardio Oncology Society(IC-OS),this article provides an interpretation of the diagnosis and management of hypertension related to cancer treatment.Insufficient evidence exists supporting an antihypertensive medication strategy specific to patients with anticancer therapy induced hypertension, therefore, antihypertensive management should follow current guidelines for the general population..Multidisciplinary cooperation is needed to optimize management to ensure the optimal therapeutic effect from cancer treatment while minimizing competing cardiovascular toxicities.
