OBJECTIVE:To investigate the changes of flbrinogen before and after cardio-vascular stent implantation.METHODS:A computer-based online search was conducted in CNKI and Medline database between 1994 and 2009.A total of 26 articles were included in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria.This study was designed to summarize changes of fibrinogen,effect of cardio-vascular stent implantation on fibrinogen,and effect of anticoagulant on fibrinogen.RESULTS:Abnormal changes of fibrinogen were detected in patients with cardiovascular disease.Cardio-vascular stent implantation might stimulate vascular endothelial cells so as to destroy balance between blood coagulation and dissolving system,change content of fibrinogen,and induce complications.Additionally,anticoagulant might also influence generation of flbrinogen and cause varying therapeutic effects.CONCLUSION:The effect of anticoagulant on fibrinogen content before and after cardio-vascular stent implantation needs to be further studied.

[Objective]To investigate the preventive gynecological examination, prevention of gynecological diseases diagnosis, treatment, and explore effec-tive prevention measures. [Methods]4824 women selected from 2011 January to 2012 December in our hospital have routine screening, the relevant medi-cal personnel make one by one inquiry, fil in the form of unified formulation, make breast and genitourinary tract examination, malignant examination, further pathological organization examination, carry the statistical analysis to check results. [Results] The detection of gynecological patients 2039 in the 4824 census, 42.3% of the total, have lobular hyperplasia, breast chronic cervicitis, vaginitis and myoma of uterus disease among the top four. The inci-dence of disease of other department of gynaecology rate is smal , mainly in the adnexal masses, pelvic effusion. The breast lobular hyperplasia, chronic cer-vicitis, vaginitis disease are associated with age, often at 22~30 years old, decrease with age. Uterine fibroids in 22~30 years old have the lowest rate, but increase with the growth of the age, down to 2.84% or even lower in postmenopausal women. [Conclusion] To check the preventive gynecological dis-eases, clinical emphasis on prevention, from the census to achieve early discovery, early diagnosis, early treatment are an important task of prevention and treatment of various gynecological diseases and breast diseases, but also an important means of health care for women.

Objective:Cardiogenesis is a precise process controlled by sequential gene regulatory steps.Heart-specific transcription factors (TFs)GATA4,Nkx2.5,MEF2C and Tbx5 play critical roles in controlling heart development.But the genetic basis for the temporal expression of genes during heart development still remains unclear.Substantial studies displayed gene regulation partly attributes to histone acetylation.However,the functions of individual histone acetyltransferases (HATs)in specific developmental transcription programs are not well elucidated.p300,a histone acetyltransferase and coactivator,plays key role in many physiological processes,moreover our previous study suggests that expression of p300 is developmentally regulated during mouse cardiogenesis,but the underlying molecular mechanism remains elusive.Methods:The whole hearts from embryonic mice on embryonic days (E)10.5 and 16.5 were collected accordingly,and then total RNA was extracted.Heart-specific TFs GATA4,Nkx2.5,MEF2C and Tbx5 mRNA from mouse myocardium at differential embryonic days during cardiac development were analyzed by quantitative (Q)-PCR.The levels of histone H3 acetylation on these heart-specific TFs promoter and transcription factor binding sites of p300 to these genes were identified by chromatin immunoprecipitation assays (ChIP).Results:The present study furnishes a comparative temporal expression map of cardiac transcriptional factors,during murine heart development (E10.5 and E16.5).The mRNA levels of these genes present dynamic change.On E10.5,the expressions of GATA4 and MEF2C were remarkable lower than those on E16.5 (P

Objective To explore the application effect of self management mode during internship of nursing interns.Methods 100 nursing students were randomly divided into the experimental group (self management group)and the control group(traditional pattern group),50 cases in each gronp,The control group adopted strict practice management according to the traditional method,the experimental group adopted self management mode.Times of being late,absenteeism,academic achievement and operation performance were compared between two groups.Results Times of being late,absenteeism in the experimental group were less than those of the control group,while academic achievement and operation performance in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant.Conclusions The implementation of self management mode for nursing interns can effectively improve the nursing students' ability of self management,improving the teaching quality,ensure nursing safety.It is worthy of clinical application.

To explore the relationship between endometriosis with menstruation as well as gestational status. [Methods] Case- group comparative trial was applied to investigate the menstruation as well as gestational status in 91 cases of endometriosis and 67 cases of non - endometriosis in the same period. [ Results ] Single - factor analysis showed that primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea were the risk factors of endometriosis. Age of primigravida and primiparity at 24 or less, times of pregnancy over 2 and the application of contraceptive device were the possibly protective factors. Unconditional logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that primary dysmenorrhea and secondary dysmenorrhea were the risk factors of endometriosis, and there was a positive interaction between the age of primigravida and the application of contraceptive device. [Conclusion] Primary dysmenorrhea was the risk factor of endometriosis.

Objective To determine the expression of CD38 and HLA -DR on CD +8 T cells in patients with chronic hepatitis B and HBV carriers,and to disscuss the relation between immune activation and disease progression of HBV infection.Methods Thirty -two chronic hepatitis B patients receiving adefovir dipivoxil treatment,31 HBV carriers and 28 normal controls were collected.The counts of CD +4 and CD +8 T cells and the percentage of CD +8 CD +38 and CD +8 HLA -DR +T cells were tested by flow cytometry.HBV DNA and liver function were tested in the central laboratory of our hospital.Results The percentage of CD +8 CD +38 T cells in CHB patients was (58.4 ±12.7)%,and was higher than that in HBV carriers (46.8 ±8.5)% and normal controls (46.8 ±8.5)%,and decreased after adefovir dipivoxil treatment (34.2 ±9.4%)(F =8.27,P =0.000).The percentage of CD +8 CD +38 T cells in HBV carriers was (43.3 ±12.5)%,and was much higher than that in normal controls (9.8 ±5.7)%(F =13.48,P =0.000).The percentage of CD +8 HLA -DR + T cells in CHB patients was higher than that in normal controls,but similar to that in HBV carriers (37.1 ±11.3)%.CD +8 HLA -DR + T cells in CHB patients also decreased after adefovir dipivoxil treatment (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Our study demonstrates that activation of CD +8 T cells is increased in HBV infection but decreased by adefovir dipivoxil treatment.The percentages of CD +8 CD +38 and CD8 +HLA -DR +T are good markers for disease progression of HBV infection.

Objective To explore of curative effect analysis of mifepristone in treatment of endometriosis and the influence of sex hormone levels isoforms expression.Methods 70 cases of patients with endometriosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated by laparoscopic operation,postoperative unused drug therapy.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic operation,postoperative given mifepristone treatment.Results The complete remission rate of the observation group was 85.71％.It was higher than 62.86％ in the control group(x2 =4.786,P ＜ 0.05).The cumulative recurrence rate was 5.71％ in the observation group and the control group was 20％.It was lower than the control group (x2 =5.062,P ＜ 0.05).The level of estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) after treatment in the observation group were lower than before treatment (t =5.171,3.632,all P ＜ 0.01).The level of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) after treatment were higher than before treatment (t =6.478,4.662,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Mifepristone is effective and safe to endometriosis.It can obviously improve sex hormone levels for the endometriosis patients.

OBJECTIVE:To study the improvement effect of Poria cocos peels water extract(PWE)on liver fibrosis in rats in-duced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4). METHODS:84 rats were randomly divided into blank control group,solvent control group, model control group, positive control group (Compound biejia ruangan tablet, 0.75 g/kg), PWE low-dose, medium-dose, high-dose groups (0.9,1.8,3.6 g/kg,calculated by crude drugs),12 in each group. Except for blank control group and solvent control group(ip vegetable oil),other groups received CCl4-vegetable oil solution to reduce liver fibrosis model,ip. After model-ing,each administration group received related medicines,ig,other 3 groups received equal volume of normal saline,once a day, for 4 weeks. After administration,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect the aspartate aminotransferase(AST),al-anine aminotransferase(ALT),laminin(LN),hyaluronic acid(HA),hydroxyproline(Hyp)contents in serum and reduced gluta-thione (GSH),superoxide dismutase (SOD),malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in liver tissue of rats;HE staining and Masson staining were adopted to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue. RESULTS:Compared with blank control group,indexes of rats in solvent control group had no obvious changes(P>0.05). AST,ALT,LN,HA,Hyp contents in serum and MDA con-tent in liver tissue in model control group were significantly increased(P<0.05);GSH,SOD contents in liver tissue were signifi-cantly reduced(P<0.05);and liver tissue showed obvious fibrosis lesions. Compared with model control group,AST,ALT,LN, HA,Hyp contents in serum and MDA content in liver tissue in PWE medium-dose,high-dose groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05);GSH,SOD contents in liver tissue were significantly increased(P<0.05);fibrosis degree of liver tissue was obvious-ly relieved. CONCLUSIONS:PWE shows good improvement effect on liver fibrosis of rats induced by CCl4,which may be related to inhibiting the lipid peroxidation.

Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of olmesartan medoxomile, amlodipine be-sylate and hydrochlorothiazide in compound olmesartan medoxomile tablets. Methods:The desired chromatographic separation was a-chieved on a Phenomenex C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm) column. With gradient elution, the optimized mobile phase consisted of ace-tonitrile as solvent A, and 50 mmol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer (pH 3. 0, containing 0. 05% triethylamine) as sol-vent B. The flow rate was set at 1. 0 ml·min-1 , the column temperature was 30 ℃, the UV detection was carried out at 236 nm and the sample size was 20μl. Results:The compounds were separated well, the linearity between the peak area and the concentration was observed within the range of 4. 0-80. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 9)for olmesartan medoxomile, 1. 0-20. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 9)for amlo-dipine besylate and 1. 25-25. 0 mg·L-1(r=0. 999 9)for hydrochlorothiazide. The average recovery of olmesartan medoxomile, amlo-dipine besylate and hydrochlorothiazide was 99. 1%(RSD=1. 31%, n=9), 100. 3%(RSD=1. 21%, n=9) and 100. 2%(RSD=1. 06%, n=9), respectively. Conclusion:The method is specific and stable in the determination of olmesartan medoxomile, amlo-dipine besylate and hydrochlorothiazide in the tablets.
