Objective To discuss the clinical observation of Montmorillonite combined with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablet in the treatment of pneumonia infants of antibiotic associated diarrhea (AAD).Methods Eighty pneumonia infants with antibiotic associated diarrhea were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The observation group (41 cases) was given Montmorillonite.The control group (39 cases) was given Montmorillonite and Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus.The efficacy of Montmorillonite combined with compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablet in the treatment of pneumonia infants of antibiotic associated diarrhea was evaluated by efficacy,clinical symptom,immune function changes and adverse reactions during the treatment period.Results After treatment,the effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the fever time,correcting dehydration time,and antidiarrheal time of observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the serum IgG,IgA,and T lymphocyte subsets of CD3+,CD4+ levels were significantly increased in the observation group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical significance on CD8+ before and after treatment.In contrast,there were no statistical significance on the serum immunoglobulin and T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment in the control group.During the treatment period,no adverse reaction occurred in two groups.Conclusion In summary,Montmorillonite combined with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablet had a good effect on AAD.They could quickly improve the symptoms of diarrhea and immunoglobulin levels in children.It was worthy of clinical use.

Objective To investigate the changes in platele aciveation in terms of platelet fibrinogen receptor expression(PAC-1),P-selectin(CD62P),Thromboxane B2(TXB2),Endothlin(ET-1),Fibrinogen(FIB)in patients undergoing elective Sirolimus-eluting stents implantation and dual anti-platelet therapy.Methods Forty in-hospital patients with stable coronary heart disease(CHD)were enrolled in this study.Dural anti-platelet therapy with aspirin and clopidogrel were prescribed at least three days before operation to achieve sufficient inhibition of platelet activation in all patients.Peripheral artery blood samples were collected before the procedures,immediately and at 6 hours and 24 hours after the procedure,levels of PAC-1,CD62P,TXB2,ET-1 and FIB were measured.All patients were followed up for 6-12 months.Results Expression of PAC-1 and CD62P was increased significantly after stenting compared with pre-stenting and the peak appeared at 6 hours post-operation(PAC-1,P=0.001,CD62P,P=0.007,PAC1+CD62P,P=0.003).TXB2 was also increased and the peak appeared at 24 hours post operation(P=0.021).Plasma levels of ET-1 and FIB showed no difference before and after stenting.After CAG,expression of PAC-1 and CD62P,levels of TXB2,ET-1 and FIB had no significant differences compared with pre-CAG.No MACE happened in all patients.Conclusion The routine dual anti-platelet therapy cannot suppress platelet activation after elective coronary Sirolimus-eluting stents implantation.Plasma FIB and ET-1 levels were not affected by stents implantation.

Objective:To review the inactivation effect of high-voltage pulsed electric field on microorganism to provid theoretical basis for the further research and sterilization application of high-voltage pulsed electric field. Methods:The combination of high-volt-age pulse electric field, microbiology and pulse electric field as the keywords, the research results of high-voltage pulsed electric field on microbial inactivation in PubMed, CNKI, VIP Chinese journal full text database and Wanfang database during 2010 and 2015 were retrieved, summarized and reviewed. Results:As a non-thermal sterilization technology, high-voltage pulsed electric field not only had the characteristics of short sterilization time, narrow increasing extent of temperature and low energy consumption, but also could keep the original flavor of food. Conclusion:With the development of related technology, high-voltage pulsed electric field is expected to re-alize industrialization.

Objective To describe the results of the Universal Newborn Hearing Screening (UNHS) in Beijing in 2010; and investigatethe factors related with the results. Methods The result of the UNHS investigated by 106 maternity hospitals were reported. These hospitalswere investigated with the self-made questionnaire. Results In 2010, 159888 infants (91.99%) were screened in 106 maternity hospitals inBeijing as the 1st stage UNHS. 10.32% of them failed OAE tests. 72.30% received the 2nd stage UNHS and 13.27% of them failed testsagain. The referral rate was 0.99% in the end. The screening rate of both the 1st and 2nd stage was more in the newborn with Beijing householdregistration than in those with other household registration, as well as the hospitals in urban than in rural areas. For the rate fail in the1st stage UNHS, it was more in hospitals in urban than in rural areas, with distortion product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE) than with transientevoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAE), by the bed than in the special room, and screening only once than screening again. ConclusionThe quality of UNHS is as high as in the developed countries in the newborn with Beijing household registration. To further improvethe screening rate, it is important to focus on the newborn with other household registers and the hospitals in rural areas. The instrument, personnelqualifications, environment and operation need to be further standardized.

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of glucosamine hydrochloride content in aminoglycine enteric coated tablets by high-performance liquid chromatography with differential refractive detector.
Methods: Waters XBridge Amide (4.6 mm×250 mm, 3.5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase was 80% acetonitrile solution (1 000 mL containing 1 mL ammonia) at the flow rate of 1.2 mL·min^-1. Column temperature was set on 40 ℃; Injecting volume was 20 μL with differential refraction detector (RID) detection.
Results: The detection limit of glucosamine hydrochloride was 0.03 mg·mL^-1, and the limit of quantification was 0.125 mg·mL^-1. It showed a good linear relationship in the mass concentration range of 0.72-7.56 mg·mL^-1. The average recovery was 99.4% (RSD=0.85%,n=9). The content of glucosamine hydrochloride in 7 batches of aminosamine enteric-coated tablets was measured in the range of 93%-107%.
Conclusion: The proposed method is fast, accurate, specific and durable, and can be used for the determination of glucosamine hydrochloride, which provides a reference for effectively controlling the quality of aminoxymetacin enteric-coated tablets.

Objective To study the universal newborn hearing screening (UNHS) results obtained in Beijing from 2007 to 2010 and to evaluate the index of hearing screening in Beijing. Methods The newborn born in Beijing just from October 1, 2007 to September 30, 2010 were selected and their hearing screening and diagnosis data were retrospectively collected. Results From 2007 to 2010, 470537 infants (90.2%) were screened in Beijing as 1st stage UNHS. 43019(9.1%) failed otoacoustic emission (OAE) tests. 31009 infants (72.8%) were screened in 2nd stage UNHS and 4568 failed tests. 1262 infants were referred for more testing and 1087 of them were diagnosed regularly.501infants were normal. 266 infants were finally diagnosed with single hearing loss and 303 infants were diagnosed with binaural hearing loss. 61infants were diagnosed with severe binaural hearing loss. Conclusion Establishment of the perfect newborn hearing screening system and advanced information system, and follow-up for the suspected children actively by doctors of community health care unit facilitate to improve UNHS.

Based on target cycling amplification and 3 ,4 ,9 ,10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride derivative functionalized singal probe, an ultrasensitive electrochemiluminescence ( ECL) sensor was designed for the detection of lead ions. The hairpin substrate DNA was immobilized on the electrode through molecular self-assembly. In the presence of Pb2+and DNAzyme, the substrate was cleaved with single strand DNA fragments left on the electrode surface. Meanwhile, the target and DNAzyme was released for another cleaving circularly. As a result, the single strand DNA fragments hybridized with the assist hairpin probe H1, which leaded to the fabrication of H2 labeled with the 3 , 4 , 9 , 10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride derivative functionalized hollow gold nanoparticles. With the increasing concentration of Pb2+, much more signal probe was been captured and the ECL signal of the biosensor in peroxydisulfate ( S2 O2-8 ) solution would increase. An ECL assay demonstrates that the sensor has a good linear response to Pb2+ concentration in the range of 1í10-12 mol/L-1í10-6 mol/L, with a detection limit of 1í10-12 mol/L. The fabricated sensor shows good selectivity toward Pb2+against other common metal ions.

Objective To investigate the effect of over-expression of human ribonuclease inhibitor suppresses invasion and migration of transplanted bladder cancer .Methods The T24 cells were stably transfected with pIRES2-EGFP-RI and pIRES2-EG-FP plasmid respectively .Using the cell transfected with pIRES2-EGFP and untransfected cell as controls .and the positive clones were screened by G418 ,respectively ;Tumor cells of the three groups at 2 × 106 were respectively injected into the back of BALB/C nude mice to establish the xenograft models .Change of micro-blood vessels in tumor tissue and expression of CD31 were detected by Immunohisto-chemical and HE staining .Immunohisto-chemical assay was used to detect the expression of RI ,MMP-2 ,MMP-9 ,E-cadherin ,N-cadherin ,Vimentin ,Snail ,Slug ,Twist in the tumors .Results Animal experiment showed that the T24-RI cells group significantly inhibited the growth of bladder cancer compared with the other two control groups .Compared with the T24 and T24 vector cells groups ,the microvessel density in tumor tissue of T24-RI group was notably reduced and the expressions of MMP-2 , MMP-9 ,N-cadherin ,Vimentin ,Snail ,Slug ,Twist significantly were decreased simultaneously ,while the expressions of RI and E-cadherin were increased .Conclusion up-regulation RI can inhibit the growth of transplanted bladder cancer in nude mice by decrea-sing the expression of invasion protein and EM T protein .

Objective To estimate the degree of oxidative stress and atherosclerosis praecox in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and emphasize on exploring AOPPs' clinical significance in premature atherosclerosis in SLE. Methods The levels of AOPPs, Hey, MDA, SOD, baPMV and CIMT were detected by ELISA and spectropholometry in 44 non-menopausal female SLE patients and 31 healthy middle-aged women respectively, and baPWV. The results were compared with AOPPs of the two groups. Then each group was stratified based on disease duration (≥5 years or <5 years) and the disease activity(active and inactive) in SLE patients. The patients' TC, TG, LDL were analyzed. T test, t' test and Pearson correla-tion were selected. Results The levels of AOPPs, Hcy, MDA in SLE patients were significantly higher than those of the healthy controls (P<0.05). The activities of SOD were lower than controls (P<0.05). The levels of AOPPs, Hcy, MDA, SOD had statistical significance between SLE patients disease duration ≥5 years or <5 years, active or inactive groups. There were two cases with CAP in patients with SLE (more than 5 years disease duration),while there wasnone in healthy controls. The levels of baPWV and CIMT in patients with SLE were higher than healthy controls (P<0.05), and had statistical significance in SLE patients disease duration more than or less than 5 years (P<0.05). The oxidative stress targets (AOPPs, Hey, MDA, SOD) had significant correlation with the level of baPWV and CIMT (P<0.01). The level of serum AOPPs had significant positive correlation with the levels of Hcy, TC, TG and LDL (P<0.01～0.05). Conclusion SLE patients have increased oxidative stress , and significantly higher prevalence of atherosclerosis than healthy controls. The disease duration and oxidative stress play important roles in the duration of atherosclerosis. AOPPs probably involves in the accelerated atherosclerosis of SLE patients. It may be a predictor for SLE complicated with atherosclerosis praecox.
