Molecular target-based cancer therapy is playing a more and more important role in cancer therapy because of its high specificity, good tolerance and so on. There are different kinds of molecular targeted drugs such as monoclonal antibodies and small molecular kinase inhibitors, and more than 50 drugs have been approved since 1997. When the first monoclonal antibody, rituximab, was on the market. The development of molecular target-based cancer therapeutics has become the main approach. Based on this, we summarized the drugs approved by FDA and introduced their mechanism of actions and clinical applications. In order to incorporate most molecular targeted drugs and describe clearly various characteristics, we divided them into four categories: drugs related to EGFR, drugs related to antiangiogenesis, drugs related to specific antigen and other targeted drugs. The purpose of this review is to provide a current status of this field and discover the main problems in the molecular targeted therapy.

Objective To study the effect of dexmedetomidine and midazolam on hemodynamics and sedation in patients with nasal intubation. Methods Forty patients whose ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ and anticipated difficult airway were randomly divided into dexmedetomidine group(group D,20 cases)and midazolam group(group M,20 cases)according to the admission number. In group D,dexmedetomidine 1 μ g/kg were constant speed pumped in 10 minutes. In group M,midazolam 0.03 mg/kg were intravenous injected. Then nasal intubation were carried.Systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial blood pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2),Ramsay sedation score,rate-pressure product(RPP),tip perfusion index(TPI)were recorded and compared before anesthesia (T0),fiberoptic bronchoscope pass by later nostril(T1),to spy on epiglottis(T2),intubation succeed(T3),after intubation 1 minute(T4)and after intubation 3 minutes(T5).Airway score and postoperative visit were evaluated. Results SBP,DBP,MAP,HR,RPP in group M were significantly higher at T1-T3 than those at T0 (P<0.05),and were significantly higher than those in group D at the same time(P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in group D(P > 0.05).Ramsay sedation score and TPI at T1-T3 in group M were significantly lower than those at To(P <0.05).Ramsay sedation score and TPI at T1-T5 in group D were significantly higher than those at T0(P < 0.05),and were significantly higher than those in group M at the same time(P < 0.05).The rate of airway score 1 score and intubation satisfaction in group D were significantly higher than those in group M[100%(20/20)vs.30%(6/20),90%(18/20)vs.50%(10/20)](P< 0.05).The rate of throat ache in group D was significantly lower than that in group M[5%(1/20)vs.35%(7/20)](P <0.05).Conclusions For difficult airway patients with nasal intubation during dexmedetomidine infusion, hemodynamics is stable and sedation is satisfied.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(02):-
Objective To study the expressions of EGFR and VEGF in endometrium after danazol pretreatment and the pathological changes of endometrium. Methods A total of 60 patients with anovulartory functional bleeding were randomly divided into two groups: Danazol group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Danazol group were given transcervical resection of endometrium with danazol pretreatment, and control group without any pretreatment. The endometrium resected from uterus was sent for histological assessment, observation of the grandular quantity and stromal loose degree, and of the expressions of EGFR and VEGF in endometrium. Results The endometrium of patients who took Danazol were almost in proliferative phase(similar to early proliferative phase). The numbers of endometrial glands near the basal layer with Danazol pretreatment were lower than that in the control group; the stromal components (+~) were more compact than the contral group (~). The expression intensity and rates of EGFR and VEGF in glands were higher than those of stromal components. Danazol decreased the expression of EGFR and VEGF in endometrium compared to the control group. Conclusion Pretreatment with Danazol can suppress the prolifieration of endometrial cells, thin the endometrium, and disperse the glands, compact the stromal components, and it can also reduce the expressions of EGFR and VEGF in endometrial glands and stromal components compared with the control group.

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1992;0(06):-
Objective To explore the higher dangerous factors, the early clinical performances and its contents of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage(NPH).Methods The clinical performances, chest radiograms and autoptical pathological materials of 66 cases of newborns who died of NPH at our neonatal department during 1993 to 2003 were reviewed and analyzed. Results The higher dangerous factors of NPH were premature delivery/low birth weight, serious diseases lead to hypoxia and severe infections. The early clinical performances of NPH were the suddenly aggravation of dyspnea and the increasing of moist sounds. The early X-ray performances were lower penetrance of lung fields extensively and well-distributly with path clouds, the intercostals space usually increased.According to the autoptical(patho)-logy,this X-ray perfomance indicated the edema of the pulmonary with small amount of hemorrhage. Conclusion The patients with the higher dangerous factors and the early clinical performances of NPH,must be diagnosed and interfered it as early as possible to reduce the mortality of NPH.

Currently, testing for immunoglobulin E (IgE) sensitization is the cornerstone for the diagnosis and management of allergic diseases, including environmental control measures, medications, and/or allergen immunotherapy. In 2020, the World Allergy Organization (WAO) published a position paper on IgE allergy diagnostics and other relevant tests in allergy, both in vivo and in vitro. This paper aim to interpret both the skin prick test (SPT) and the intradermal test (IDT) in vivo diagnosis. The indications, technical methods, measurement and interpretation of result, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of these two diagnostic skin tests. In addition, and supplementary explanations are made on individual issues for a better understanding.

Acta Academiae Medicinae Sinicae 2001;23(2):184-188
Hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell transplantation is one of main choices for treating patients with malignant tumor or heredity diseases in recently year. The homing of hematopoietic stem cells(HSC) is a committed step to ensure the bone marrow hematopoiesis reconstitution. Recent studies have showed that stromal cell derived factor-1 (SDF-1) and its receptor has important effects on proliferation, differentiation, homing of HSC to bone marrow and hematopoiesis reconstitution. The purpose of this review is to give a recent update informations on mechanism of hematopoiesis regulation mediated by SDF-1 and its receptor
