Objective To explore the clinical significance of urine transferrin testing in the diagnosis of early pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH).Methods Sixty-eight PIH patients (PIH group) who received treatment from January 2012 to October 2013 were enrolled in this study.Mild PIH was 21 patients,midrange PIH was 24 patients and severe PIH was 23 patients.Meanwhile,68 cases of healthy person were selected as control group.The level of urine transferrin,urea and creatinine were compared between two groups.Results The level of urine transferrin,urea and creatinine in PIH group were significantly higher than those in control group[(3.01 ± 1.82) mg/L vs.(1.29 ± 0.88) mg/L,(13.12 ± 5.51) mmol/L vs.(6.23 ± 3.68) mmol/L,(135.5 ± 62.3) μ mol/L vs.(85.1 ± 38.2) μ mol/L] (P ＜ 0.05).The sensitivity of urine transferrin,urea and creatinine in mild PIH was 76.19％,61.90％,57.14％.In midrange PIH was 75.00％,79.17％,75.00％.In severe PIH was 78.26％,86.96％,73.91％.The specificity of urine transferrin,urea and creatinine was 80.65％,56.45％,58.06％.The sensitivity of different degree of PIH was exceeded 75.00％.The sensitivity of urine transferrin in mild PIH was significantly higher than urea and creatinine (P ＜ 0.05).But the sensitivity of urine transferrin in midrange PIH and severe PIH had no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).The specificity of urine transferrin was significantly higher than urea and creatinine (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Urine transferrin is a good index in diagnosis of early PIH,which can reflect the early injury degree of the renal tubular and glomerular.It has active and important significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PIH.

To set up a new method of detecting bacterial number in situ,NADH fluorescence method based on the fluorescent characteristic of NADH was used.When the concentration of NADH ranged from 10 nmol/L to 0.2 mmol/L,its concentration had a good line relationship to the fluorescence intensity(R2= 0.9905).Separating bacterial cells by centrifugation and extracting NADH with hot Tris-HCl buffer,the re-sult of bacterial count detected with NADH standard plot was 1?104 CFU/mL in an hour.In summary,NADH fluorescence method is rapid,sensitive,simple and reliable to detect total bacterial number.There-fore,the method can be widely applied in the field of food sanitation and safety,environment detection and so on.

Objective The association between Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) infection and allergic diseases was controversial.The aim of this study was to investigate the association between H.pylori infection and allergic diseases.Methods A questionnaire survey regarding the general health condition and allergic diseases was carried out in patients who had taken gastroscopy at People's Hospital of Peking University from September 2015 to April 2016.H.pylori infection was detected by the H.pylori antibody,rapid urease test and gastric mucosa pathology.Results There were 1 034 patients were enrolled in this study.The rate of H.pylori infection was 20.5%(212/1 034).The frequencies of contact dermatitis,urticaria,food/drug allergy,allergic rhinitis,bronchial asthma were 6.9%(71/1 034),15.5%(160/1 034),18.0%(186/1 034),20.8%(215/1 034) and 3.4%(35/1 034),respectively.The rate of the food/drug allergy was significantly lower in the H.pylori-positive group than in the H.pylori-negative group(11.8 %(25/212) vs.19.6%(161/822),χ2=6.940,P=0.008).The risk of food/drug allergy in H.pylori-positive group was 0.611(95% CI:0.386-0.966,P=0.035) in the multivariate analysis.When the patients were divided into age-dependent groups,the rate of the food/drug allergy was significantly lower in the H.pylori-positive group than in the H.pylori-negative group(10.9 %(11/101) vs.20.6%(101/490),χ2=5.152,P=0.023) in those patients ≥50 years old.There were not statistically significant differences on contact dermatitis,urticaria,eczema,asthma and allergic rhinitis between helicobacter pylori positive group and negative group(P>0.05).Conclusion H.pylori infection may be a protective factor in food/drug allergy and the protective effect enhanced by infection time.

Objective To investigate the expressions of TRIM59,Twist and E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods The expressions of TRIM59,Twist and E-cadherin protein were tested by immunohistochemistry in 80 cases of hepatocellular carcinomas and the adjacent paracancerous tissues. Results The positive rate of TRIM59 in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly higher than that in the adjacent paracancerous tissue(76.3%vs. 8.0%,P<0.05). Significant difference was also observed in the expres-sion rate of Twist between the hepatocellular carcinomas and the paracancerous tissue(66.3%vs. 6.0%,P<0.05). The positive rate of E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly lower than that in the adjacent para-cancerous tissue(27.5%vs. 90.0%,P<0.05). The differences of the expression of TRIM59 in hepatocellular carci-noma of pathological grading,tumor differentiation,vascular invasion and clinical TNM stage were significant(P<0.05). The differences of the expression of Twist in hepatocellular carcinoma of pathological grading ,differentia-tion,vascular invasion and clinical TNM stage was also significant(P<0.05,respectively). The differences of the expression of E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma of pathological grading,differentiation,vascular invasion and clinical TNM stage were also significant(P<0.05,respectively). Significantly positive correlation was also found between TRIM59 and Twist by using spearman correlation analysis(P<0.05). Negative correlations were observed between TRIM59 and E-cadherin(P < 0.05),and between Twist and E-cadherin(P < 0.05). Survival analysis showed that TRIM59 expression was an independent prognostic factor in hepatocellular carcinoma. Conclusion TRIM59,Twist and E-cadherin protein expression might be associated with the development,invasion,and metas-tasis of hepatocellular carcinoma. TRIM59 may become a new target gene for the treatment of human hepatocellular carcinoma.

Objective: To established a method for the quality standard of Yupingfeng Oral Liquid(Radix Astragali, Radix Saposhnikoviae and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae). Methods:Radix Astragali, Radix Saposhnikoviae and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in oral liquid were identified by TLC. The content of astragaloside IV was determined by HPLC-ELSD. Results:The study showed that spots of samples on TLC can be well separated and the method had strong specificity. The average recovery was 97.75% and RSD was 1.31%. Conclusion:The method is simple, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Yupingfeng Oral Liquid.

Objective: To study the effect of enteral nutrition in the treatment of heart failure with hyponatremia.Methods: Forty patients sufferd from heart failure with hyponatremia were divided into two groups at random: control group(n=20) with regular therapy and treatment group(n=20) with enteral nutrtion on the base of regular therapy.Time intervals from hyponatremia to normal natremia of the two groups were compared.Results: Time interval from hyponatremia to normal in the treatment group was 5.30?1.82 days,and that in the control group was(8.85?2.44) days.Conclusion: The treatment with enteral nutrition can significantly shorten the clinical treatment time in heart failure with hyponatremia.

Objective Investigating the relationship between the incidence of Primary Acute Cerebral Infarction (PACI) and seasonal variation to employ measures to prevent PACI with climate change. Methods A retrospective analysis of patients diagnosed with PACI between 2009 and 2013 in the department of Neurology of Second hospital of Tian Jin Medi-cal University (n=1 198 patients) was carried out. Combined with the general clinical data, we analyzed seasonal, monthly and weekly variation among PACI incidents. Results The incidence of PACI increases over years between 2009 to 2013 (P ＜ 0.01). Significant difference of incidents of PACI was observed between each season (P=0.047). Incidence of PACI peaked in winter(30.33 ± 9.63/month), while bottomed in spring(21.83 ± 5.36/month). Significant difference of incidents of PACI was also observed between each months(P=0.010). The monthly incidence was highest in January and February (33.25 ± 9.62/month)and lowest in March and April(20.75 ± 4.89/month). The seasonal variation was only found in the pa-tients who are complicated with pulmonary infection (P＜0.01) regardless of the presence or absence of other risk factors, such as smoking, drinking ,hypertension, coronary heart disease, and diabetes mellitus. The weekly variation of PACI was on-ly significant in patients younger than 65 years old(P=0.043). The peak incidence among a week was Monday(17.86%),and incidence bottomed on Friday (13.36%). Conclusion Our study revealed that the incidence of PACI increase over year be-tween 2009 to 2013 and it shew a characteristic variation with respect to season, month and week. Based on these results, we can formulate prevention measures accordingly.

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin 9 (PCSK9) level and the severity of angiographic coronary artery disease (CAD) in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods The patients over the same period were divided into three groups:the elderly patients with AMI and T2DM (observation group, n=46), the elderly non diabetic patients with AMI (positive control group, n=34) and patients with chronic stable coronary heart disease (negative control group, n=33). The serum PCSK9 level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA) in three groups. The correlation between serum PCSK9 level and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), triglycerides (TG), total cholesterol (TC), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), high sensitive C reactive protein (Hs-CRP) and Gensini score were analyzed. Results The levels of PCSK9, HbA1c, Hs-CRP and Gensini score showed a gradually increased tendency in negative control group, positive control group and observation group. Multiple comparison differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The serum PCSK9 level was positively correlated with Hs-CRP and Gensini score in observation group (P<0.05), and showed no correlation with HbA1c, TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C (P>0.05). Conclusion The serum level of PCSK9 is positive correlated with the severity of CAD, which can be used to determine the severity of coronary artery lesions in elderly patients with AMI complicated with T2DM.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets,and to optimize its formulation and technology. METHODS:The single factor test and compatibility test were used to optimize the fillers,disintegrating agents,adhesive,lubricants and prepa-ration technology;using sticking situation and disintegration time as indexes,the orthogonal test was used to optimize the amount of disintegrating agents [low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose(L-HPC)],lubricants(hydrogenated vegetable oil and PEG6000), and the optimal technology was validated. The dissolution of prepared tablet and imported tablet(Plavix)in water,pH 2.0 hydro-chlorate buffer,pH 4.5 phosphate buffer(PBS)and pH 6.8 PBS were investigated,and influential factor test was conducted. RE-SULTS:Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets were prepared with dry granulating. The optimal formulation (1 000 tablets) was as follows as clopidogrel bisulfate 97.8 g,mannitol 84 g,amylum pregelatinisatum 36 g,L-HPC 8 g,hydrogenated vegetable oil 8 g, PEG6000 6 g;no tablet compressing sticking situation was found in prepared tablets and it owned medium disintegration time;ac-cumulative dissolution curves of prepared tablets in 4 kinds of medium were similar to those of Plavix;there were no significant dif-ference in results of influential factor test between prepared tablet and Plavix. CONCLUSIONS:Clopidogrel bisulfate tablets are prepared successfully,and the formulation is reasonable,practical,stable and controllable in quality.
