Objective To explore the early manifestation of childhood autism. Methods Fifty-one childhood autism were selected as autistic group, and 40 cases of healthy children were selected as healthy control group. All children were investigated retrospectively about social competence, language development, repetitive motor actions and special interests before 18 month-old by questionnaire. All results were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 software. Results Compared with healthy control group, children in autistic group presented a series of abnormal manifestations before 18 month-old,including social competence, language development, repetitive motor actions and special interests(Pa

Objective To make suggestions for China's drug safety supervision through an introduction of the status of pharmacovigilance system in the United States (US).Methods Through legal research and document research, the author introduced and analyzed the current situation of pharmacovigilance system in the US from the organization and responsibilities of Food and Drug Administration, system of laws and regulations, risk management and evaluation methods of post-marketing drugs etc. Results The US has now established a relatively mature pharmacovigilance system. This system has a perfect drug safety supervision organization structure,a sound system of laws and regulations and a scientific evaluation system of drug risk management. Conclusion The relevant experience of the US can be learned by China, such as the communication & collaboration between pre-and post-market drug regulatory agencies, instillation of drug risk management and establishment of guidance for industry to promote the development and improvement of China's drug safety supervision.

Depression, a seriously harmful disease to peoples ’ physical and mental health , is prevailing world-wide.But the etiology and pathological mechanism is still not fully uncovered .With the development of social economy and the pace of life speeding up , increasing pressure and vulnerable emotion cause depression incidence increased rapidly .For the further research on depression , study of depression mechanism and antidepressant drugs highly depends on effective ani -mal models .The degree of similarity of animal models to human disease status and the accuracy and reliability of evaluation methods of animal models directly influence the value of the resuts of experiments .In this article we introduce the common-ly used animal models of depression , the evaluation indicators at organism , organ, and molecular levels , and to provide theoretical references for the further studies on depression .

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of the interventional thrombolytic therapy in acute segmental renal infarction. Methods From December 2007 to November 2015 data of patients with acute segmental renal infarction treated in our institute were retrospectively reviewed. There were 5 male patients and 2 female patients, All patients age ranged from 45 to 76 years old ( median 70 years old), All patients had clinical symptoms, including left flank pain with vomiting in 3 patients and right flank pain with vomiting in 4 cases. 4 cases with cerebral thrombosis, atrial fibrillation and hypertension, 3 cases had hypertension and diabetes.4 cases was possible of renal artery embolism diagnosed by Doppler ultrasound, renal arteries showed no abnormality, while other 3 cases had no obvious symptoms.CT test revealed low density area wedge-shaped, coated substrate edge, but no obvious occupying lesions in the pole of the kidneys.Furthermore, enhanced scan showed uneven enhancement, delayed distortion, and the lesion density below the renal parenchyma in the pole of the kidneys.Digital subtraction angiography ( DSA) were performed and the patients were given saline 20 ml and urokinase200 000 U at 15 minutes interval through indwelling catheter injection two times, followed by normal saline 20 ml and urokinase100 000 U injection once.Subsequently, the patients were given urokinase 100 000 U through the indwelling catheters infusion every four hours.Concurrently, the patients were given 6 000 U of low molecular weight heparin sodium injection subcutaneously every 12 h, as well as expansion treatment. 24 hours after the treatment, observing the infarction area by the original DSA catheter angiography. Results All patients were successfully treated.Followed up for 3 months to 7 years, 1 patient died of cerebral infarction and hypertension after 8 months, other patients were alive without evidence of renal infarction recurrence in CT examination, and condition of patients with atrial fibrillation gradually recovered. Conclusion The diagnosis of ASRI requires enhanced CT and DSA examination due to its rare incidence and the high misdiagnosis rate in clinic.Early diagnosis and use of interventional thrombolytic therapy method is a feasible and effective treatment method.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2004;0(02):-
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects and value of preserved amniotic membrane combined with conjunctival autograft transplantation for recurrent symblepharon. Methods:A group of 38 eyes in 38 patients with recurrent symblepharon due to recurrent pterygium, chemical burn and other causes were undertaken preserved amniotic membrane combined with conjunctival autograft transplantation. The patients were followed for 6 to 36 monthes. Results:No infections occurred. The amniotic membrane changed into transparent 10 days postoperatively. The conjunctival epithelium emigrated to the surface of amniotic membrane.Impression cytology showed a stable conjunctival epithelium on the surface of amniotic membrane.Efficient movement ability was recovered in 34 eyes(89.5%).Four eyes(10.5%) were still restricted in movement due to partly recurrent symblepharon. Conclusion:The preserved amniotic membrane combined with conjunctival autograft transplantation for is effective recurrent symblepharon

Objective To detect methylation of p16 gene in lung cancer tissues of non-small cell lung cancer patients, and to approach its clinical diagnostic value. Methods The methylation of p16 gene in DNA from 47 non-small cell lung cancer tissues and corresponding nomalignant tissues were tested with methylation-specific PCR(MSP).Results The total frequency of p16 methylation was significantly higher in lung cancer tissues than that in the corresponding malignant tissue(44.7%vs 17%)(P<0.01).But there was no significant difference in detectiveness, clinical staging, clinical pathology type and clinical classification(P>0.05).Conclusion The detection of methylation of p16 gene may be helpful to clinical diagnosis for non-small cell lung cancer, but its specify, sensitivity and feasibility need to be further studied.
