1.Analysis on correlation between serum markers and genotype with viral load in patients with chronic hepatitis B
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;(23):3198-3199
Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum markers and genotype with viral load in chronic hepati-tis B in order to improve the level of clinical treatment. Methods 819 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2013were selected as the study subjects and performed the genotyping. The hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA level was detected by using real-time fluorescence PCR.Results Among the 819 cases of positive HBsAg,357 cases were positive HBV-DNA,accounting for 43.59%;HBeAg(+)accounted for 90.11%;in the positive modes of serum markers and viral load, most of positive cases were HBsAg,HBeAg,HBcAb and HBsAg,HBeAb,HBcAb,accounting for 88.52%;HBV genotyping had B,C,BC mixed types and unclassified type, the logrithm levels of viral DNA were(7.187 ±1.668),(7.184 ±1.558),(7.208 ±1.447)and (7.313±1.505),there was no statistically significant difference among them(P >0.05).Conclusion The virus gene in the patients with chronic hepatitis B is dominated by type C,in which serum markers HBeAg and HBV-DNA viral load have the lose correlated, the infected virus genotype has the low correlation with the viral load.
3.Application in diagnosis of primary glaucoma by macular ganglion cell complex thickness measurement with spectral-domain OCT
International Eye Science 2016;16(11):2039-2043
Glaucoma is a group of irreversible blind eye diseases with specific optic nerve damage and visual field defect. Early diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma is vital for prognosis, but difficult in clinical practice. Macular ganglion cell complex thickness(mGCC) consists of the inner three layers of retina:retinal nerve fiber, ganglion cell and inner plexiform layers, which is glaucoma target tissue so to be measured the thickness of the mGCC as better indicator for early diagnosis in glaucoma. Optical coherence tomography ( OCT ) is a non-contact, good repeatability technique to obtain fast high- resolution images from the anterior and posterior segments of the eye, and it has been widely used in ophthalmology. Spectral- domain ( SD ) OCT allows a higher image resolution and can measure the thickness of mGCC thickness, providing new parameters for the early diagnosis of glaucoma.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
The natural process of life and death has been profoundly and widely involved and increasingly manipulated by the fast developed technology of life science, which could change the human beings' state of life as well as the state of death. Thus, human beings are motivated to think multidimensionally on life and death from the perspective of science, such as the weakening of sacredness of life, the technology employed in life, the socialization of lifestyles, the exploration of the nature of death, the pluralism of different ways of death and the systematization in the education of death. These considerations will no doubt contribute to the mutual promotion of the development of morality and the advancement of life science technology.

Depression, a seriously harmful disease to peoples ’ physical and mental health , is prevailing world-wide.But the etiology and pathological mechanism is still not fully uncovered .With the development of social economy and the pace of life speeding up , increasing pressure and vulnerable emotion cause depression incidence increased rapidly .For the further research on depression , study of depression mechanism and antidepressant drugs highly depends on effective ani -mal models .The degree of similarity of animal models to human disease status and the accuracy and reliability of evaluation methods of animal models directly influence the value of the resuts of experiments .In this article we introduce the common-ly used animal models of depression , the evaluation indicators at organism , organ, and molecular levels , and to provide theoretical references for the further studies on depression .

At present, there are the following problems in the country doctors' professionalism education, the lack of country doctors' understanding of physician professionalism, the impact of the market economy and the neg-lect of the current physician professionalism education. On the basis of this, this paper suggested to improve the so-cial status and treatment of country doctors,to strengthen the education and training of professionalism-related subjects,to embody the humanistic idea and criterion in the rich specialized course teaching, and to promote the implementation of country doctors' professionalism education and training.

International Eye Science 2007;7(4):900-905
· AIM: To evaluate the safety of eye anterior tissue when plasmin (Pm) and hyaluronidase (HS) are injected into pigs'vitreouses to induce posterior vitreous detachment(PVD).· METHODS: 15 pigs without ocular diseases were randomly assigned to groups A,B,C (5 in each group). For each pig, one eye was experimental, the other eye was control. The experimental eye received intravitreal injection with enzyme:group A: 50U(0.1mL) HS; group B: 0.5U(0.1mL) Pm; group C: 0.5U(0.05mL) Pm combined with 50U(0.05mL) HS; while the control eye received intravitreal injection with equivalent dose of balanced salt solution (BSS). Postoperative reactions in the eyes were carefully observed by clinical examinations such as slit-lamp microscopy and direct and indirect ophthalmoscopy and measurement of intraocular pressure (IOP). Eyeballs were extirpated 7 days after the operation and histological examination was carried out. The corneas and irises were observed under light microscope (LM). The epithelia of ciliary bodies and lens were studied with transmission electron microscope (TEM).· RESULTS: In all experimental eyes and control eyes of group A, B and C, histological examination showed: under LM ,the corneas and irises of experimental eyes had no histological abnormality in structure; Under TEM, epithelial cells of ciliary bodies and the lens were tightly arrayed with clear cellular boundaries, clear intracellular structure, intact cell membranes, and intact nuclei; There was no significant difference in the clinical examinations and in the change of IOP between preoperation and postoperation, between the experimental group and the control group.· CONCLUSION: With 0.5U Pm and HS 50U injected into pigs' vitreouses to induce PVD, alone or combined with two enzymes, evaluation revealed no evidence of toxicity on the eye anterior tissue. The dosage was proved to be safe for eye anterior tissue.

Objective To evaluate the different cardioprotective function of transplantation of marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) from coronary heart disease(CHD) patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) or not to myocardial infarction rats. Methods 45 adult male rats with acute myocardial infarction experimentally were randomized into three groups,15 rats in each group.BMSCs from CHD patients with DM or not were injected into the infarcted myocardium. In control group, culture medium was used.Echocardiography,Western-blot analysis,TUNEL were performed 4 weeks after transplantation. Results Proliferation of BMSCs in DM group was significantly lower than that in non-DM group.Transplantation of BMSCs in the infarcted border zone improved cardiac function,Bcl-2 protein level in DM and non-DM group compared with control group, moreover,BAX protein level and TUNEL positive cells were decreased.Furthermore, compared with non-DM group, cardiac function and Bcl-2 protein level were decreased, however,BAX protein and TUNEL positive cells were improved. Conclusion BMSCs from CHD patients have proliferative properties.Transplantation of BMSCs can improve cardiac function by inhibiting apoptosis. But DM may decrease apoptosis resistance, which might impair the cardioprotective function of cells transplantation.
