Mechanisms of perineural invasion may include the effect of microenvironment, the interaction of cancer cell and nerve, the action of stromal cell and cancer cell, signal transduction between the cancer cell and nerve by the involvement of the neurotrophin and its receptor, chemokines and its receptor. Its impacts on early cervical cancer include surgery, adjuvant therapy, prognosis and so on.
2.Thought of Nursing Environment in China Based on Donabedian Quality Theory
Chinese Hospital Management 2017;37(9):64-66
Based on the theory of Donabedian quality theory, namely structure-process-outcome theory, the evaluation and maintenance of nursing environment is analyzed.Through related websites, retrieval of patient safety case and literature and combined with the relationship with three layers, the high quality nursing environment and patient safety is analyzed,to study its localization and reference, and to put forward the corresponding suggestions in order to help ensure the safety of patients.

Abstract: Objective To understand the current situation of lung function and nasal inflammation of students from different places of origin, and to explore the possible relationship between air pollutants and lung function and inflammatory factors of healthy college students. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 253 healthy college students, including their basic personal information, the origin of students, and their living environment, then their lung functions were tested, including forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1), and peak expiratory flow (PEF). Furthermore, according to the air quality of the region of origin, 60 students from areas with good air quality and 30 students from areas with poor air quality were selected. Nasal inflammatory factors (IL-6 and TNF-α levels) were detected before (July 12, 2019) and after summer vacation (August 27, 2019) to analyze the impact factors on lung function in healthy college students and the level of nasal inflammatory markers after short-term differential exposure to air pollutants. Results The univariate analysis of the questionnaire survey showed that the lung function of healthy college students was influenced by urban-rural distribution, air quality of students' origin, and height. Multivariate analysis found that compared with urban healthy college students, the FVC and FEV1 of rural students increased by 0.346 L and 0.322 L respectively (P<0.05). In addition, for each decrease in the grade of air quality of students' origin, FEV1 and PEF decreased by 0.193 L and 0.687 L/s respectively (P<0.05). After differential exposure to air pollutants during the holiday, healthy college students from areas with poor air quality had higher levels of the nasal mucous membrane inflammatory marker TNF-α than those from areas with good air quality (P<0.05). Conclusions The lung function of healthy college students is affected by urban-rural distribution and the air quality of their region of origin, and the short-term differential exposure to air pollutants leads to changes of nasal inflammatory factors in young healthy individuals.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(2):1-5
Objective To investigate the tendency of diapause symptoms in breast cancer patients during their chemotherapy. Method Sixty-four breast cancer patients with chemotherapy participated in the study by using Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), the cancer fatigue scale (CFS), the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and the self-rating depression scale (SDS) to assess their sleep, fatigue, anxiety and depression at every first day from the second course to sixth one of chemotherapy. Results The diapause symptoms including fatigue, sleep disorders, anxiety and depression varied with the therapeutic course progressing. The conditions in sleep quality, fatigue and depression were the poorest at the diapause of the fourth course and the condition of anxiety was the poorest at the diapause of the third course. Conclusion The medical staff should attach importance to the patients'physical and mental problems brought by the process of chemotherapy, strengthen the regulation of psychosomatic symptoms during chemotherapic diapause, and give reasonable control and intervention before the symptoms deteriorating.

Objective To compare the differences in curative effect between general treatment model and stroke unit model in the treatment of stroke in the elderly inpatients, to explore the standardized management model, for improving efficacy and reducing the degree of invalidity and mortality. Methods A total of 1200 cases with acute cerebrovascular disease were admitted into our department from April 2002 to April 2007. All patients were randomly assigned either into stroke unit or general ward to receive treatment, and the data of two groups were compared. The key indexes included mortality, hospitalization time, Barthel Index (BI), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and Oxford Handicap Scale (OHS). All the patients or their family members were asked to have the Visual Analogue Scales (VAS). The data of cost and effect were analyzed with SPSS software. Results The complication rate and mortality rate were significantly lower in stroke unit group than in general ward group (P< 0.01). The scales of BI, NIHSS, OHS and VAS were significantly better in stroke unit group than in general ward group when discharged (P<0.05). The hospitalization time was shorter in stroke unit group than in general ward group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the costs of hospitalized patients between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Stroke unit model can improve the physical activity and life quality of patients and reduce disease mortality without increasing the cost of patients.

AIM: To study the expression of Survivin and its relationship to prognosis in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).METHODS: The expression of Survivin protein in 83 cases of HCC and their neighboring noncancerous tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The expression of Survivin mRNA in 11 cases of HCC and their neighboring noncancerous tissues was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. RESULTS: Survivin protein expression was detected in 53 of 83 (63.9%) HCC tissues and 21 of 53 (39.6%) corresponding noncancerous tissues. 22 of 53 Survivin-positive HCCs (41.5%) showed punctate nuclear staining in HCC cells, 24 of 53 Survivin-positive HCCs (45.3%) showed cytoplasmic staining in HCC cells and the remaining 7 showed both nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. The positive rates of nuclear Survivin expression in cases of envelope invasion or tumor metastasis were significantly higher than those in cases without envelope invasion or tumor metastasis (P
