A discrete time feedback control system model based on a multi-router network has been presented. The model can be described by a set of recurrence equations. The numerical examples about the bifurcation of average and instantaneous queue size along with the variety of RED control parameter are shown. The simulate experiments about those of the RED control parameters are also presented. All of these results show that instability in TCP-Reno traffic under RED can be induced by the inherent nonlinear behavior of the network.

Objective: To study the antioxidative and hepatoprotective activities of low molecular fucoidan oligosaccharides(LMFO) from Laminaria japonica in mice.Methods: Mice were pretreated with LMFO(50?100?150 mg/kg ig respectively, 10 days),and then 0.2 % CCl 4 10 ml/kg ig and D-GalN(600 mg/kg)+LPS(lipopolysaccharide,1 ?g/kg) ig respectively in two model groups to induce liver injury. Liver injury was assessed by quantifying activities of plasma GPT, SOD, GSH-Px and MDA content.Results: The increase of plasma GPT activity was significantly inhibited by LMFO in two liver injury models, suggesting that LMFO had good protective effect on the hepatocytes. LMFO had good antioxidative effect in mice with liver injury induced by CCl 4 and D-GalN+LPS as indicated by decreased MDA content and increased activities of plasma SOD and GSH-Px. Conclusion: LMFO is protective against CCl 4-induced and D-GalN+ LPS induced liver injury in mice and its effect may be due to its antioxidative activities in vivo.

Objective To investigate the effects of the two major conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) isomers on serum lipoprotein composition in fatty rats.Method Eighteen male OLETF rats were randomly divided into three groups.The control group fed with AIN76 diets,CLA groups were fed with 1% 9c,11t-CLA (9ct group) or 1%10t,12c-CLA (10tc group) containted AIN76 diets.After two weeks,serum triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TC),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c) were determined by commercial kits.On the other hand,serum lipoprotein were separated into chylomicron(CM),very low density lipoprotein(VLDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and HDL by HPLC according to the different particle sizes,and the TC and TG levels were measured in each lipoprotein.Results 10t,12c-CLA feeding reduced the concentrations of rat serum TG significantly,and increased the concentration of serum TC (26.1%) by increasing TC levels of the small particle size LDL and the big particle size HDL.While 9c,11t-CLA feeding increased the serum TG by 22.6%,and had no effect on the serum TC.Conclusion 10t,12c-CLA can reduce the concentration of serum TG and increase the concentration of HDL-c,but the effect on the improvement of atherosclerosis still need further investigation.

The xylanase gene of Bacillus subtilis B10 which had an excellent capacity for degumming ramie fibres was cloned by PCR amplification. The xylanase gene was cloned into vector pBluescript II KS+ and the CaMV 35S promoter was inserted in front of the gene, and the expression vector pKS-35SXYHyg was constructed successfully after the Hyg~(r) gene was inserted into the multi-cloning sites of pBluescript II KS+. The expression vector was linearized and transformed protoplasts of Aspergillus niger strain An1. Hygromycin-resistant transformants were generated and the integration of xylanase gene was confirmed by genomic Southern blotting analysis. Compared with An1, the xylanase activity of the transformant AT1 was increased more than trebled, and the residual gum content was decreased by 55.18% after the ramie was treated by culture supernatants from AT1.

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the assay of Dehydroandrographolide in Fufang Kumu Xiaoyan Pian. Methods Standard was Dehydroandrographolide, HPLC was used with Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm?150 mm, 5 ?m). The mobile phrase was consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% Ammonia slution (30∶70). The detection wavelength at 253 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results The assay displayed good linearity. The linear range of ephedrine Hydrochloride was 0.049 92~4.992 ?g (r =0.999 9, n =7). The average recovery was 99.70% and RSD was 0.63% (n =9). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Fufang Kumu Xiaoyan Pian.

Objective To carry out a systematic evaluation for the diagnostic accuracy of Des-γ-carboxy-prothrombin(DCP) in primary hepatocellular cancer(PHC) by Meta-analysis.Methods The published international and domestic studies on DCP in the diagnosis of PHC were searched in multiple databases from its inception until December 2016.A total of seventeen studies were finally selected,among which 1 970 cases of PHC group and 2 588 cases of control group were included.The control group was composed of chronic hepatitis,cirrhosis,tumors in other systems and healthy subjects with physical examination.A meta-analysis was performed using Stata 12.0.Results The overall pooled results of the analysis and the 95％ confidence intervals were as follows:the sensitivity(SEN) was 0.79 (0.74 to 0.83),the specificity (SPE) was 0.90 (0.87 to 0.93),the positive likelihood ratio(PLR) was 8.1 (5.8 to 11.1),the negative likelihood ratio(NLR) was 0.24(0.19 to 0.29),the diagnostic odds ratio(DOR) was 34(21 to 55) and the area under the summary receiver operator characteristic curve (SROC) was 0.91 (0.89 to 0.93).The sensitivity combined the detections of AFP and DCP in the diagnosis of PHC was 0.90 with 0.94 of AUCROC and 56 of DOR.Conclusion The serum DCP may exhibit a relatively higher diagnostic specificity for PHC.The combined detections of AFP and DCP could improve the sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy.
