Objective To analyze gerbil plague in northern Ningxia and the monitoring results,to master the plague epidemic dynamics,and to provide the basis for developmenting countermeasures.Methods Monitoring data of gerbil plague focus in northern Ningxia were collect in 2009,counted main host density,rate of dye fleas,flea body index and bacteriology,serology detect and analyzed the epidemic situation.Results An average density of main host was 1.74/hm2,the average rate of infected fleas was 28.60％,and the average rat body flea index was 0.76.Monitoring found 4 plagues from rat plague epidemic,plague bacteria were found in 16 strains,of which gerbils inspection bacteria 10 strains,Meriones unguiculatus 2 strains,the same type cheopis 2 strains,and bald disease fleas 2 strains.Indirect hemagglutination (IHA) was used to test 529 copies of samples,2 copies were found positive,and hemagglutination-positive rate was 0.38％; eight copies were examined by reverse indirect hemagglutination(RIHA),7 material were found positive,and hemagglutination-positive rate was 87.50％.Conclusions In recent years,the disease is active among animals in gerbil plague focus Ningxia.The density of rodents is higher,and local plague epidemic is found in rats.Monitoring efforts should be strengthened and scope of monitoring should be expanded.We should pay close attention to the epidemic dynamics,control the prevalence and spread of animal disease,and prevent the occurrence of human plague.

AlM: To explore the clinical significances and changes of related parameters of corneal endothelial cell in keratouveitis patients before and after treatment.
METHODS:Fifty-two keratouveitis patients ( 52 eyes ) diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2013 were collected. Before and after treatment, the related parameters of corneal endothelial cell in all patients were measured with non - contact corneal specular microscope and these parameters were statistically analyzed.
RESULTS: Compared with the normal group, obvious endothelial cell edema and great variation was observed in diseased group. The shorter duration of treatment, the better the recovery of endothelial cells and the fewer cells lose. Conversely, the longer the healing of normal hexagonal cell ratio was smaller, the larger the coefficient of variation. Before and after treatment, the differences of each parameter were statistical significance (P<0. 05).
CONCLUSlON: The functional recovery of corneal endothelial cell has directly relation with disease times.

Objective:To test the psychometric characteristics of the Chinese Version of the Illness Attitudes Scale(IAS-CV).Methods:Totally 297 patients (with somatoform disorders,major depressive disorder,generalized anxiety disorder,panic disorder,and obsessive-compulsive disorder diagnosed with ICD-10) and 212 normal people were assessed with IAS-CV,Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ and Beck Anxiety Inventory.Results:The confirmation factor analysis result of the nine-factor model of IAS-CV was x2/df=1.99,GFI =0.86,RMSEA =0.06.The total score of IAS-CV was correlated with BAI scores (r =0.45,P ＜0.01) and BDI-Ⅱ scores(r =0.42,P ＜0.01).Patients with somatoform disorders (62 ± 17) had higher scores than patients with other disorder,such as depression (43 ± 16),anxiety (46 ± 21),obsessive compulsive disorder (46 ± 15),and normal controls (35 ± 13).The Cronbach's α coefficients were 0.91 for IAS-CV and 0.62-0.91 for each subscale.The test-retest coefficients were 0.95 for the total scale and 0.67-0.93 for each subscale (P ＜ 0.01).Split-half coefficient was 0.94.The cut-off score of IAS-CV for screening somatoform disorders was 44.Conclusion:It suggests that the Chinese Version of the Illness Attitudes Scale(IAS-CV) has good psychometric features and could be used in clinical practice and research in China.

Objective To analyze the genetic model of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD).Methods The segregation analysis and polygenic multiple threshold model were used to prove the polygenic model and to estimate the heritability and recurrence risk of ADHD in each degree relatives.Results 1. The average heritability of ADHD was (102.47?9.78)%;2.The first-degree relatives of probands were in high risk for ADHD(23.0%)compared with colony prevalence rate(2.6%). The ADHD prevalence of each degree relatives rapidly decreased with the increased magnitude of consanguineous relationship of each degree relatives and ADHD probands. Conclusions The genetic model of ADHD is the most likely polygenic inheritance with major genes, which suggested that the genetic factor might play an important role in the liability variance of ADHD.Apart from the involvement of multiple genes,each gene contributes a small additive effect,and the major genes may be involved as well.

Objective Transpherical technique of CT scanner of beekley spot quality assurance (BBQA) and its effect in CT simulator QA.Methods Vertical column,BB,Jig,Philips PQS-Falcon CT, ACQSIM workstation and the laser system were used.Scanning BB was used in sending image to the AC- QSIM workstation.In this system,after describing the BB,isocenter can be established.Then,tile couch with the lasers were moved to the programmed position.Checking was needed.Results The center of the laser should just be found on the BB.Otherwise the laser system should be regulated again.Conclusions Beekley spot quality assurance,being the very important center of any QA program,influences the accuracy of quality of the treatment.

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with immunoglobulin G4-related disease (IgG4-RD) and the correlation between T helper 17 cell (Th17)/regulatory T cells (Treg) cell imbalance and cytokines.Methods:A total of 31 patients with IgG4-RD who were admitted to the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2016 to June 2020 were included. We collected their clinical and laboratory data, and selected 30 age and sex matched healthy people as the control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect the percentage and absolute number of lymphocyte subsets [T, B, natural killer cell (NK), CD4 +T, CD8 +T] and CD4 +T subsets [Th1, Th2, Th17, CD4 +CD25 +forkhead box protein 3 (Foxp3) +Treg] in peripheral blood of IgG4-RD patients and healthy controls. The serum interleukin (IL)-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and interferon (IFN)-γ levels in the IgG4-RD patients were measured by cytometric bead array (CBA). Correlation between Th17/Treg ratio and disease-related indicators was also analyzed. We used χ2 test, Mann-Whitney U test and Spearman correlation analysis for statistical analysis. Results:① The percentage of CD4 +T cells in the peripheral blood of IgG4-RD patients was higher than that of healthy controls [45.00%(33.97%, 51.48%) vs 39.36%(33.78%, 43.30%), Z=-2.142, P<0.05]. ② The percentage and absolute number of Th17 cells was increased in IgG4-RD patients [1.13%(0.70%, 1.55%) vs 0.77%(0.43%, 1.07%), Z=-2.229, P<0.05; 7.90(5.20, 12.23) cells/μl vs 5.60(3.12, 8.47) cells/μl, Z=-2.568, P<0.05], while the percentage of Treg cells was decreased [3.37%(2.82%, 5.65%) vs 4.96%(4.18%, 6.34%), Z=-2.986, P<0.01]. But the number of Treg cells showed no difference between the two groups. ③ Th17/Treg ratio was significantly increased in IgG4-RD patients [0.29(0.16, 0.46) vs 0.15(0.08, 0.23), Z=-3.119, P<0.01], and it was positively correlated with IgG4-RD response index score ( r=0.491, P<0.01). ④ Serum IL-6 [13.72(9.29, 26.06) pg/ml vs 2.23(1.94, 3.10) pg/ml, Z=-4.815, P<0.01], IL-10 [5.46(4.28, 15.38) pg/ml vs 1.81(1.59, 2.02) pg/ml, Z=-5.298, P<0.01], TNF-α [4.25(1.47, 7.26) pg/ml vs 1.15(1.05, 1.45) pg/ml, Z=-3.146, P<0.01] and IFN-γ [3.89(1.76, 6.61) pg/ml vs 1.41(1.24, 1.65) pg/ml, Z=-3.172, P<0.01] in IgG4-RD group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group. Moreover, Th17/Treg ratio was negatively correlated with IL-2 level ( r=-0.554, P<0.05). Conclusion:Th17/Treg disorder exists in IgG4-RD patients, and it is related to disease activity, indicating that Th17/Treg imbalance may be an important mechanism in IgG4-RD. IL-2 plays an important role in regulating Th17/Treg balance and may be a potential immunotherapy target in future.

Objective To evaluate the blood-saving effect of tranexamic acid in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB).Methods The study was a prospective,randomized and placebo-control trial.Two hundred ASA Ⅰ-Ⅳ patients,aged 18-64 yr,weighing 50-100 kg,were randomized to receive placebo (group C,n =100) or tranexamic acid (group T,n =100).Tranexamic acid 10 mg/kg was intravenously infused over 20 min before skin incision followed by continuous infusion at 10 mg· kg-1 · h-1 until the end of operation in group T.While the equal volume of normal saline was given in group C.The total volume of postoperative chest tube drainage,postoperative massive bleeding and a second thoracotomy for stopping the bleeding were reordered.The requirement for transfusion of allogeneic blood and complications during the perioperative period were also recorded.Results Compared with group C,the total volume of postoperative chest tube drainage and incidences of postoperative massive bleeding and a second thoracotomy for stopping the bleeding were significantly decreased,and the requirement for transfusion of allogeneic red blood cells,platelet and fresh frozen plasma was reduced in group D (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Tranexamic acid exerts the blood-saving effect in patients undergoing CABG with CPB and can significantly reduce postoperative bleeding and transfusion of allogeneic blood.

A novel method for simultaneous detection of mycotoxins (e.g.,aflatoxin B1) or their metabolic residues in animal plasma with impurity adsorption purification followed ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) was developed.Extraction of mycotoxins and their metabolites from animal plasma sample was performed with 0.1％ formic acid-acetonitrile solution after addition of sodium chloride and hydrous magnesium sulfate.The extract was then dehydrated and purified with hydrous magnesium sulfate,C18,primary secondary amine,and alumina-A.3 mL of the supernatant was evaporated and re-dissolved with 0.5 mL of 0.1％ formic acid aqueous solution/acetonitrile (70∶ 30,V/V) for UPLC-MS/MS detection.The analytes were separated by a C18 column utilizing gradient elution with 0.1％ formic acid aqueous solution containing 0.5 mmol of ammonium acetate and 0.1％ formic acid-methanol solution,and finally detected by tandem mass spectrometry in positive/negative ESI mode.Identification and quantification were achieved by LC-MS/MS with multi-reaction monitoring (MRM).Good linearity in response was obtained in the analytes concentration range of 0.05-100 ng/mL with correlation coefficients larger than 0.99.The limits of quantification (S/N=10) were around 0.05-0.5 ng/mL.The recoveries of mycotoxins and their metabolites spiked in blank plasma samples were in the range of 62.0％-116.4％,with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 19.0％.

Objective To investigate the effects of subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) on blood glucose and metabolic parameters in type 2 diabetes (T2DM) . Methods A total of 973 T2DM patients were recruited, and the clinical data, biochemical and thyroid function parameters were measured. One hundred and forty eight T2DM patients were diagnosed as SCH (SCH group) and 152 euthyroid patients were selected as control group (NSCH group) . Results (1) The prevalence of SCH in type 2 diabetes was 15.3% (148/973) . (2) Compared with the NSCH group, the prevalence of overweight/obesity was significantly higher in SCH group (54.1%vs 35.5%,<0.01) as well as hypertension (64.9%vs 52%, <0.05) . There was no significant difference in HbA1c control and prevalence of dyslipidemia and hyperuricemia between two groups. Conclusion SCH may have some adverse effects on blood pressure and BMI in T2DM.
