ObjectiveTo evaluate 125I-labeled monoclonal antibody(McAb) CL58 in radioimmunoguided surgery(RIGS) for patients with colorectal cancer(CC).Methods 125I-McAb-CL58 was injected submucously into pericancerous site under endoscope in 29 CC patients. Intraoperative radioimmunodetection on targets(T) of tumors, regional lymph nodes and incisional margins, was carried out using a portable gamma-detecting probe. The T/NT ratio of 3∶1 was taken as the lowest threshold value of positivity for primary lesions, wall infiltration and lymph node metastasis. Lymph nodes were stained immunohistochemically for micrometastasis. Results The sensitivity for primary lesions was 93 1%. The specificity for tumor margin was 95 5%. ObjectiveTo investigate the features of the cortisol ( COR),thyroid hormone and autonomic function of anxiety disorder,and to observe the relationships between clinical subtypes,insomnia,gender factors and the neuroendocrine and autonomic function.Methods60 anxiety disorder patients and 60 healthy controls were randomly selected from a three-grade class A hospital over the same period.Blood at 8:00am to test the plasma COR,T3,T4,TSH level and examined the heart rate variability (HRV) on the same day,the anxiety disorder patients also finish the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).ResultsThe plasma COR,TSH level and LF/HF index were significantly higher( (531.58 ± 218.59 ) nmol/L,P＜ 0.0l ; (3.50 ± 1.35 ) MIU/L,P＜ 0.05 ;3.87 ± 3.37,P＜0.0l ),while the SDNN,LF,HF index were significantly lower in anxiety disorder than that in the control group (27.34±13.13,P＜0.01;338.72 ±396.34,P＜0.01;135.77 ±149.95,P＜0.01).The plasma COR,TSH level and LF/HF index were significantly higher(P ＜ 0.05,P＜0.01,P＜0.01 ),while the SDNN and HF index were significantly lower in panic disorder than that in the generalized anxiety disorder (P ＜ 0.01 ).The plasma COR,TSH level and LF/HF index were significantly higher,while the SDNN,LF,HF index were significantly lower in panic disorder than that in the control group (P＜0.01 ).The plasma COR was significantly higher,while the SDNN and HF index were significantly lower in generalized anxiety disorder than that of the control group (P＜0.01 ).The plasma COR level and LF/HF index were significantly higher (P＜0.01,P＜0.05),while the SDNN,LF,HF index were significantly lower in anxiety disorder with or without insomnia than that in the control group (P＜ 0.01 ).The plasma TSH level was significantly higher in anxiety disorder with insomnia than that in the control group (P＜ 0.05 ).There were no significant difference of the neuroendocrine and autonomic function between anxiety disorder with or without insomnia (P ＞ 0.05 ).The plasma COR,TSH level were significantly higher,while the SDNN,LF,HF index were significantly lower in the female group than that in the male group (P＜0.01).The total SAS scores were significantly positively correhted with plasma COR levels,and was significantly negatively correlated with SDNN,HF index in the anxiety group.ConclusionThere are neuroendocrine and autonomic nervous system dysfunctions in anxiety disorder,and these dysfunctions are related with clinical subtypes,insomnia,and gender.

OBJECTIVE: To study in vitro percutaneous permeability of methylphenidate cream. METHODS: Isolated rat skin was taken as permeable barrier. The influence of different concentrations of azone(0%, 2%. 5% ) in methylphenidate cream on drug permeation was observed. RESULTS: Steady-state percutaneous flow(J ) of methylphenidate cream with 2% and 5% azone increased 27. 80% and 49. 05%. respectively. CONCLUSION: Methylphenidate cream will be a safe. effective and conve- nient new preparation.

Objective:To study Clinical Effect of Anterolateral Approach ofor the Patients with Hip Arthroplasty and the effect on the serum CRP,IL-6,D-Dimer in levels.Methods:102 Patients with Hip Arthroplasty who received therapy from February 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital,Patients were asked to be divided into observation group and control group.Among them,the control group of 54 cases,through the conventional approach to hip arthroplasty;48 cases of observation group.Serum CRP,IL-6 and D-dimer levels were compared between the two groups before and after surgery,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared by follow-up.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05),Serum CRP,IL-6 and D-dimers increased in both groups at 12 h after surgery and decreased gradually at 7 and 14 days.The levels of serum CRP,IL-6 and D-dimer in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 12 h,7 d and 14d(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of the anterolateral approach on hip arthroplasty is more significant than that of conventional approach,and can effectively reduce the levels of serum CRP,IL-6 and D-dimer,and is more favorable for postoperative recovery.

Objective To observe and compare the different forces between doctors and nurses used visible laryngoscope endotracheal intubation applied to the oropharyngeal organization. Methods 10 nurses (to carry on laryngoscope intubation theory, and had certain study period practice) were chosen in group A and 10 clinical anaesthetize doctors (to be possible correctly used visible laryngoscopes) were chosen in group B, two groups used the visible laryngoscope on the same model person body inserted the tube, computer monitor software recorded results. Results The impulse force was (25.57±3.37) N·s and insert tube time was (25.3±3.3) s in group A which were higher than (16.47±2.99) N·s and (16.2±3.0) s in group B (t=2.550 and 2.207, P<0.05). The average forces in group A and group B were (0.87±0.62) N and (0.64±0.30) N, and peak forces were (3.05±0.95) N and (2.06±0.48) N, there was no remarkable difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions There is no statistics difference forces applied to the oropharyngeal organization between nurses and anaesthesiologists using visible laryngoscope intubation, and visible laryngoscope intubation technique is easy to learn and it is feasible by the nurse to master the technology and applied to anesthesia intubation care and emergency care.

Objective To explore the clinic value and efficacy of color Doppler ultrasound guided percutaneous microwave/radiorequency thermoablation for secondary hyperparathyroidism. Methods Fifty-six cases of secondary hyperparathyroidism who came from nephrology department of Beijing Friendship Hospital in the period of September 2012 to September 2013 were treated by color Doppler ultrasound guided percutaneous microwave/radiorequency thermoablation. One hundred and thirty-eight glands underwent this treatment and were evaluated by contrast enhanced ultrasound before, during and after operation. The levels of serum parathyroid hormone (PTH) were measured before and at 1 week, 1 month, 6 months and 1 year after treatment. Results The whole 56 cases achieved 1 month follow-up and 34 cases and 12 cases achieved 6 months and 1 year follow-up, respectively. Two special cases had been excluded. The PTH levels of 54 cases were signiifcantly different between after and before treatment [(369.5±183.4) ng/L vs (1321.6±471.4) ng/L, t=10.727, P=0.000]. The PTH levels continued to fall at the ifrst week after treatment, but there was no statistical signiifcance between the ifrst week and the ifrst day after treatment [(324.6±172.8) ng/L vs (369.5±183.4) ng/L], while there was signiifcantly different between the ifrst week after treatment and before treatment [(324.6±172.8) ng/L vs (1321.6±471.4) ng/L, t=9.364, P=0.000]. The PTH levels increased from (324.6±172.8) ng/L to (332.5±164.9) ng/L at 1 week and 1 month after ablation, while there was no signiifcant difference.But there is signiifcantly different between 1 month after treatment and before treatment (t=11.348, P=0.000). The PTH level at 6 months after treatment [(205.2±136.3) ng/L] and 1 year after treatment [(177.1±171.5) ng/L] had signiifcant difference compared with the value before treatment (t=8.737, P=0.000; t=7.655, P=0.017). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound guided percutaneous microwave/radiorequency thermoablation can be considered as a feasible and effective nonsurgical alternative treatment for secondary hyperparathyroidism patients.

Objective To establish a human colon cancer multi-drug resistant cell line LS174T/5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) and to explore its biological characteristics. Methods A resistant human colon cancer line LS174T/5-Fu was established by stepwise increasing concentrations of fluorouracil selection from the parental cell line LS174T.Drug sensitivity was detected by MTT assay,and the changes of biological characteristics were determined by light microscopy,cell counting,flow cytometry and RT-PCR. Results LS174T/5-Fu cell line was developed after 6 months with stable resistance to 5-Fu and a resistance index of 40.24.The cells exhibited cross-resistance to cisplatin,etoposide,doxifluridine and hydeoxycamptothecin.LS174T/5-Fu cells grew more slowly than LS174T cells,which was longer than LS174T cell line.Cell cycle distribution of LS174T/5-Fu cells was changed compared with parental cells.The percentage of cells in G_(1) and S phase was increased,while in G_(2) phase was decreased.The level of MRP mRNA expression was increased according to the concentration of 5-Fu in resistant cell lines. Conclusion LS174T/5-Fu cells is a reliable multi-drug resistant cell subline of human colon cancer.The successful establishment of this cell subline has laid a solid foundation for further study of the multi-drug resistant mechanism of human colon cancer induced by 5-fluorouracil.

OBJECTIVE ToexplorethepossiblemechanismoractiontargetsofT-2toxinembryo toxicity by observing the effect of T-2 toxin on mitochondrial function of differentiated murine e mbryonic stemcells(mESCs).METHODS Duringdifferentiationat24,72and120h,ESCswereexposedto T-2 toxin 0.5 μg·L-1 .Meanwhile,mESCs were pre-treated with antioxidant Trolox (200 μmol·L-1 )for 30 min and exposed to T-2 toxin (0.5 μg·L-1 )for 72 h.The mitochondrial ultrasture of differentiated mESCs was observed under a transi mission electrical microscope (TEM).The differentiated ESC mito-chondrial function,including respiratory control ratio (RCR),ATP synthase activity and mitochondrial membranepotential(MMP),wasmeasuredat144hafterdifferentiation.RESULTS Significant decrease of the mitochondrial number,deformation of mitochondrial structure,and lack of complete mito-chodrial crest were observed through TEM in the groups of T-2 toxin exposed for 72 and 1 20 h,respec-tively.Compared with the normal control group,RCR declined by 49.5% and 55.1%,ATP synthase activity decreased by 84.9% and 89.3%,and MMP decreased by 23.2% and 35.2% in T-2 toxin 0.5 μg·L-1 exposure 72 and 1 20 h group,respectively.However,the inhibition of mitochondrial function by T-2 toxin in differentiated mESCs recovered significantly in the presence of the antioxidant Trolox. CONCLUSION T-2toxininducesoxidativestressandinhibitsmESCsmitochondrialfunctionindifferenti-ated mESCs,and ROS-induced mitochondrial malfunction plays an i mportant role in T-2 toxin e mbryonic toxicity mechanis m.

Purpose To investigate the expression of XBP-1s and ADRP in kidney of diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic rat models were successfully established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. After two months rats were sacrificed and XBP-1s and ADRP were de-tected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results XBP-1s and ADRP were located in renal tubular cells and increased by a-bout 2. 017 times and 1. 544 times in comparison with normal control rats (P<0. 05). Moreover, it was shown that high expression of XBP-1s was commonly accompanied with increased ADRP by Pearson correlation analysis and the correlation coefficient was 0. 723 (P<0. 05). Conclusion The increased XBP-1s may cause the up-regulation of ADRP in the kidney of diabetic rats.
