Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of nimodipine combined with compound danshen solution in treating patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods 60 patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group from January 2010 to January 2015, 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with reduce intracranial pressure, symptomatic and supportive treatment, stable pH and electrolyte balance and other conventional treatment, observation group was given conventional therapy basis on the use of nimodipine combined with compound danshen solution, the situation of S100-βin cerebrospinal fluid,clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications of two groups were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment.Results Treatment 5, 7, 14d after S100-βprotein were observed in patients (0.095 ±0.014,0.072 ±0.011,0.022 ±0.010) μg/L, were better than control group (1.120 ±0.012,0.098 ±0.013,0.052 ±0.009) μg/L (P<0.05).Treatment observation group total effective rate was 90.0%,higher than 63.3% of control group(P<0.05).Rebleeding, cerebral ischemia, hydrocephalus and other complications of treatment group were similar to control group, the difference was not significant.Conclusion Clinical efficacy of nimodipine combined with compound danshen solution in treating subarachnoid hemorrhage is effective , precise, which compares with conventional therapy, there is no significant adverse reactions.It can significantly improve the cure rate in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage , reducing mortality, and it is worthy of further research and applications.

Seven guaiane-type sesquiterpenoids, a new compound 6-formyl-5-isopropyl-3-hydroxymethyl-7-methyl-1H-indene (1), a new natural product 5-isopropyl-3, 7-dimethyl-1H-indene-1-one (2), along with five known compounds: guaiazulene (3), 4-formyl-7-isopropyl-10-methylazulene (4), sesquiterpene ketolactone (5), alismoxide (6) and guaia-1 (5), 6-diene (7), were isolated from gorgonian Muriceides collaris collected in South China Sea. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analysis [MS, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR (DEPT), HMQC, HMBC, NOESY] and by comparison of the spectral data with those of the literatures.

Objective To explore the surgery way of anterolateral small incision total hip replacement and evaluate the curative effect after surgery.Methods Clinical data of 41 patients(48 hips)with anterolateral small incision total hip replacement were analyzed retrospectively.The incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative volume of drainage,perioperative complications,hospitalization days,X -ray performance were recorded.Results The incision length was 7-8cm,mean (7.5 ±0.5)cm.The operation time was 60-70min,mean (65 ±5)min.The intraoperative blood loss was 165 -280mL,mean (235 ±44)mL and the postoperative volume of drainage was 85 -120mL,mean (95 ±15)mL.No perioperative complications occurred.The average follow-up time was (36 ±6)months.The preoperative hip joint Harris score was (30.3 ±28.2)points,and the last follow-up score was (98.0 ±4.0)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.665,P=0.000),and the excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion The anterolateral small incision total hip replacement has small trauma,less bleed-ing,less postoperative pain,quick recovery,better joint stability,and it is suitable for clinical promotion.

Objective To evaluate the effect of convalescent training on patients after special prosthesis replacement in treatment of giant cell tumors. Methods 20 patients with giant cell tumors were treated with convalescent trainings postoperatively,including trainings of muscle strength,joint movement, balance, noumenal sense and gait and were emphasized for earlier training of active muscle contraction. Results According to Enneking score system of bone and muscle postoperation, the lowest for extremitas superior postoperation score of 5 patiens was 20,the highest was 28, the average was 26.6. 4 patiens score was higher than 24, the good rate was 80.0 %.15 patiens extremitas inferior score was from 14 to 27, the average was 21.5, the good rate was 86.7 %. Conclusion Earlier staged joint functional rehabilitation exercise after special prosthesis replacement in treatment of giant cell tumors could prevent ankylosis,improve adhering of capsule,ligament and other soft tissue,and recover the joint function to maximum.

Objective:To find out markers of endometriosis. Methods: The two dimensional gel images of proteins extracted from eutopic endometrium from endometriosis patients and controls were analyzed by software Phoretix 2D,and the proteins expressed differently were identified primarily by query of data base.The proteins extracted from ectopic endometrium of ovarian endometriosis were transferred from two dimensional gel onto nitrocellulose membranes,followed by incubation with sera from women with and without endometriosis. Analyzed by MALDI-TOF-MS,the proteins hybridized differently were identified through their Peptide Mass Footprints. Results: Having compared the reproducible two dimensional gel images of proteins from eutopic endometrium of women with and without endometriosis,we obtained 11 proteins expressed differently.Through Western Blot technique,we found three proteins hybridized differently which were identified as vimentin,?-actin and ATP synthase ? subunit respectively. Conclusion: The protein expression spectra of eutopic endometrium from patients with endometriosis are significantly different from those of the controls,and the anti-endometrial autoantibodies against vimentin, ?-actin and ATP synthase ? subunit may be induced.

Objective To explore the factors affecting diagnosis accuracy on T stage of oral ultrasonic contrast agent examination on ulcerative gastric neoplasms.Methods Data from 82 patients were analyzed who were pathologically diagnosed as ulcerative gastric neoplasms ultrasounds data of oral ultrasonic contrast agent before surgery were compared to postoperative pathology,analysis had been done on influence of the lesion site,size of the T staging on ulcerative gastric neoplasms.Results The diagnosis accuracy rate of T stage on lesser curvature of stomach and gastric antrum were 91.3 ％ (21/23) and 85.7 ％ (24/28),compared with the pathological results were in good concordancy (Kappa =0.763,0.68,P ＜ 0.05).The accuracy rate of T stage on cardiac lesions was 68.0 ％ (17/25),compared with the pathological results consistency in general (Kappa =0.446,P ＜ 0.05).Further research on the effects of T stage accuracy would be necessary.The accuracy rate ofT staging on tumor size ≤ 5.0 cm group and ＞ 5.0 cm were 92.3 ％ (36/39) and 72.1％ (31/43),the difference was significant in two groups (x2 =5.591,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Oral ultrasonic contrast agent application is more accurate on lesser curvature of stomach,gastric antrum and lesions size ≤ 5.0 cm.

Objective To investigate the changes and significance of concentration of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of bacterial meningitis(BM) in rabbits. Methods A total of 36 rabbits were randomly divided into m eningitis group, meningitis cefotaxime-treated group and control group. BM indu ced by escherichia coli(Ec) via cerebellomedullary cistern inoculated. Normal sa line was injected in control group. CSF was sampled in different time. The conce ntration of CSF sICAM-1 was detected by ELISA.Results 1.There was a low concentration of sICAM-1 in CSF in 85 percent of normal rabbi ts.2.In meningitis group, there was a sharp rise in the concentration of CSF sIC AM-1 at 6 hours after Ec was inoculated, reached a peak level at 12 hours, and t here was higher concentration of CSF sICAM-1 between 6 and 24 hour than that at 0 hour.3.In meningitis cefotaxime-treated group, the concentration of CSF sICAM -1 at 6 hour and 12 hours was similar to meningitis group, the time that get pe ak level was at 24 hours that at 12 hours after making use of antimicrobial agen t.The peak level was higher than meningitis group. The concentration of CSF sICA M-1 decreased markedly at 48 hours that made use of antimicrobial agent 36 hour s later,but the concentration was still higher than the peak level of meningitis group.Afterwards, with the time of making use of antimicrobial agent lengthened ,the concentration of CSF sICAM-1 decreased gradually.4.Experimental results in dicated by correlating analysis to these data that there was positive correlatio n in the concentration of CSF sICAM-1 with the brain water content.Conclusions sICAM-1 participates in the pathological process of BM, and contributes to the damage of blood brain barrier and the formation of brain edema.There is importan t significance that drugs which can resist the discharge of sICAM-1 will be impl ied. Partial nature of "promoting blood circulation and dieresis" of Salvia Miltiorrhizain was initially demonstrated by investigating the regulation effect of AQP2 expression in kidney of trauma blood stasis model rats with the Salvia Miltiorrhizain so as to provide guidance for its clinical deployment of administration. Random allocation was taken to averagely divide 30 SD rats into two groups: 10 rats in normal group and 20 rats in blood stasis syndrome group. Trauma blood stasis rat model was established by quantitatively beating. Then the rat model group was divided into model group and salvia group. After 7 days of treatment, the rat kidney AQP2 expression was detected, the content of urine AQP2 was compared and the damaged local muscle and kidney pathological changes were observed by immunohistochemical method and western blot method. Compared with that of the normal group, rats in model group had inflammatory cells infiltration, blood stasis and edema of the injured local muscles and up-regulated AQP2 expression, decreasing urinary output, and kidney tissues blood stasis and edema (P < 0.05). On the other hand, compared with that of the model group, those parameters of rats in salvia group were all decreasing except urine output (P < 0.05). Such result indicated that Salvia Miltiorrhiza can reduce trauma blood stasis rat content of urine AQP2 and down-regulated AQP2 expression in kidney tissue, so as to reduce the reabsorption of water by renal tubular and increase urine output. The promoting blood circulation effect of Salvia Miltiorrhizain can alleviate the degree of the damaged tissue edema and encourage urine drainage. This therapy is closely related to the effect of regulating AQP2 in kidney by salvia, so the purpose of this study by verifying "promoting blood circulation and diuresis" as the mechanism for the regulation effect of the salvia on AQP2 expression.

Objective To analyze the differential proteomics of ASMC stimulated by wild IL-13 and mutant IL-13 and to investigate the relations of protein profiles of ASMC to asthma and possible targets for the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods The total proteins of ASMC stimulated by wild IL-13 and mutant IL-13 were separated by immobilized pH gradient(IPG)-based 2-DE and the differentially expressed protein spots were identified by matrix assisted laser desorption-time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS). Results The 2-DE detected approximately(840?21)spots on wild IL-13 samples and(892?17)spots on mutant IL-13 samples(n=3)and(685?19)spots matched.Six significantly differential proteins were subjected to MALDI-TOF-MS analysis and three of them were identified as stathmin 1,Ribosomal protein p~0 and NADH dehydrogenase.Conclusions ASMCs stimulated by wild IL-13 and mutant IL-13 present different proteomic profiles that may shed some light on the mechanism for the asthma causing effect of wild IL-13 and mutant IL-13.
