In recent years, the development and widespread application of transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) technology has provided powerful tools for direct sequencing and identification of possible fusion transcripts. With the increase in reports of large caese about RNA-seq, the real fusion gene map of hematological malignancies revealed by RNA-seq is becoming clearer. This article introduces the related research progress in conjunction with the reports at the 62nd American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.

The diversity of immune repertoire (IR) is closely related to immune function and tumors derived from B or T lymphocytes.In recent years,the development of next generation sequencing has greatly promoted the progression and application of IR analysis.The research of IR has become a new hotspot of the American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting in 2016.Relevant reports in this meeting will be reviewed together with advances in research and application of IR analysis in hematological malignancies in recent years.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Oxymatrine on left cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in rabbits after acute myocardial infarction.

METHODSLigation of the left anterior descending artery was adopted to establish acute myocardial infarction model, forty eight rabbits were randomized into the sham operation group, model group and Oxymatrine group. Eight models were successfully established in each group. the sham operation group and model group were given conventional feed. Oxymatrine were gavage administration 0.5 ml/100 g, once a day, lasted for 4 weeks. Respectively in postoperative week, and three weeks, to observe the Oxymatrine on cardiac output (CO), left ventricular end systolic pressure (LVESP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), left indoor pressure change rate peak (dp/dtmax)), and left ventricular cavity internal diameter (D), ventricular weight index (VWI), ventricular weight (VW).

RESULTSLeft ventricular anterior wall was from red to deep purple, electrocardiogram showed II guide ST-segment camber up ≥ 0.25 mv. Postoperative week in Oxymatrine group compared with model group, LVESP increased significantly (P < 0.01), LVEDP decreased obviously (P < 0.01); After three weeks in Oxymatrine group compared with model group, VW, VWI decreased (P < 0.05), D significantly reduced (P < 0.01); LVESP increased significantly (P < 0.01), LVEDP decreased obviously (P <0.01); dp/dt(max), CO increased (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONAfter acute myocardial infarction in rabbit Oxymatrine can improve the left ventricular reconstruction parameters, increase cardiac output, and improve cardiac function.

The counterpart support by urban hospitals to rural hospitals is an important measure of the healthcare reform and health poverty alleviation, especially useful for reform of county-level public hospitals.A study of the policy development and an analysis on the development status quo of 16 county-level public hospitals following their acceptance of such support in Hunan and Hubei province, confirmed the practical significance of such counterpart support.The authors also found defects in personnel training, technology innovation and policy fine-tuning, in need of improvements.

Objective To findout the current situation of plague,and the population structure and density distribution of rodent.Methods According to The Plague Monitoring Scheme of Inner Mongolia,we surveyed the surrounding areas of Ceke and Xinximiao.The density of rats was surveyed by one-day bow-clip method and the method of 5 meters clamp law catching rats was used.According to The Plague Diagnostic Criteria(WS 279-2008),the rats and fleas were detected by isolation and culture of Yersinia pestis,the serums of rodent were tested by indirect hemagglutination test.Results From 2002 to 2012,the monitored area was 291 km2.The number of qnadrat in every square kilometers was 118.The number of rodent captured was 1051,the number of Meriones Meridianus was 526,accounting for 50.05％ (526/1051),the number of Euchoreutes Naso was 175,accounting for 16.65％ (175/1051),and the number of Rhombomys Opimus was 154 accounting for 14.65％(154/1051).The average rodent density was 8.91/hm2.Etiology and serological test results were negative,46 groups of 753 fleas were cultured and 154 serum samples were tested.Conclusions There is no epidemic situation of animal plague in this area,but Meriones Meridianus is a dominant rat with high resistant.So,intensive monitoring should be strengthened in this area to prevent the prevalence of rodent and human plague.

Objective To investigate the amount of CD4+CD_(25)~+ regulation T cells(Tr cells) and the expression of Foxp3 in peripheral blood in children with acute idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(AITP),and analyze the relationship between CD4+CD_(25)~+ Tr cells and the immunopathogenesis of AITP.Methods CD4+CD_(25)~+ Tr cells were detected by flow cytometry in peripheral blood from AITP children and health children.Besides,related cytokine in peripheral blood were assigned by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The expression of Foxp3 were detected by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results CD4+CD_(25)~+ Tr cells decreased obviously in peripheral blood in children compared with that of control group [(2.83?1.05)% vs (5.07?0.59)%,P

Objective To better understand the clinical features and the diagnosis of monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) associated with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods A case of MGUS with SLE were described including clinical manifestations and pathologic data.Literatures were also reviewed.Results The patient was admitted because of proteinuria.Laboratory findings showed monoclonal gammopathy.However,both bone marrow exam and iconography showed no signs of multiple myeloma.Lupus nephritis Ⅳ + Ⅴ was proved by kidney biopsy.Prednisone and tacrolimus were used with significant clinical improvement.Conclusion MGUS associated with SLE is not rare.MGUS criteria based on 2003 international MM working group should be used to differentiate MGUS from MM.Monoclonal protein level,plasma cell in bone marrow and free light chain are risk factors for MM progression.Treatment is based on lupus disease activity and organ damage severity.

The study of gene mutations in leukemia has made great progress during the past decade,which brought innovative changes in understanding of the biological nature and development law of various leukemia.It improves not only the diagnosis,classification and prognosis of leukemia,but also the development of targeted drugs and therapy,which has greatly improved treatment of various types of leukemia.Research on gene mutations is still a hot topic in the 56th American Society of Hematology (ASH) annual meeting in 2014.Research progress in this area and related reports in the 56th ASH meeting will be introduced together with the authors' work experience in this article.

This article,in view of the research status and development tendency of hospital core competence,introduced the index selection process and constructed the evaluation index system of core competence.This system comprises 3 level-1 indexes (social reputation,hospital health resources and development potential)and 9 level-2 indexes,with recommendations on improvements of the existing system.
