Objective To observe temporal expression of matrix metalloproteinases(MMP-13) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteina-ses-1 (TIMP-1) in lung of newborn rats with hyperoxia induced chronic lung disease (CLD),and to explore the relationship of CLD with MMPs.Methods The neonatal rats within 24 hours after birth were randomly divided into hyperoxia-exposed group(n=40) and control group(n=40).On postnatal 1,3,7,14 and 21 days, lung tissue of rats in 2 groups were collected.Lung histological changes were evaluated by hematoxylin and eosin and Masson stain;Collagen Ⅰ was detected by enzyme linked immunoadsorbent assay;MMP-13 and TIMP-1 were identifide by immunohistochemistry. Results Exposured to hyperoxia enviroment for 21 days, the number of alveolar decreased, terminal air space enlarged,inter-alveolar septa thickened, and deposition of interstitial collagen fibers. On 14 and 21 days, collagen Ⅰ in the lung of hyperoxia-exposed group increased significantly compared with that of control group(P0.05),obviously decreased on 21 day(P

Objective To investigate the different procedure effects in patients with modified sub-pectoral and subglandular breast augmentation. Methods Patients with modified subpectoral breast aug-mentation (10 cases) and subglandular breast augmentation (10 cases) were randomly selected, and satis-factory surveys to the procedures were conducted in the two groups of patients, including breast touch-feeling, dynamic change, as well as self-feeling and spouse-feeling. Results By the comparison of sub-glandular with subpectoral breast augmentation, touch-feeling was excellent in the former group, with breast spreading out to bilateral side in horizontal position. The breasts had different changes with differ-ent posture and natural movement. Spouse was more satisfactory to the former than the latter group. Conclusion Subglandular breast augmentation has natural shape, dynamic changes and fidelity of the re-al, especially in horizontal position, which is more conformable to the standards of patients and their spouse, and better than subpectoral breast augmentation.

Objective To explore the treatment of capsular contr ac ture after augmentation mammaplasty with mammary prostheses. Method Through primary incision (axillary or inframammary) and minor capsu le incision, patients with capsular contracture after augmentation mammoplasty w ere treated by preserving the contractive capsule and repositing of the breast p rosthesis anterior to the primary capsule. Results Total ly 12 cases (14 breasts) of capsular contracture were achieved satisfactory res ults since 2001. Conclusion The method of capsule preser vation and reposting of the breast prosthesis anterior to the capsule present n umerous advantages: little trauma, less bleeding, simple surgical procedure, saf e, less possibility of recrudescence, and can be finished through a small primar y axillary incision. It is a preferable method to treat capsular contracture.

ObjectiveTo avoid the complications such as scar, alopecie, scalp numbness, hematoma etc, resulted from the conventional coronal incision rhytidectomy, and to explore and solve the issues about endoscopic frontal and temporal rhytidectomy.MethodsThrough 3-5 short incisions in hairline,we dissected under frontal periosteum or gales aponeurotica and in superficial layer of deep temporal fascia. The frontal and temporal cavitites were feedthrough at temporal crest. The corrugator supercilii muscle, superciliary depressor muscle, frontal muscle and orbicularis oculi were treated.Sufficient dissection was done under the periosteum of os orbitale.ResultsThis method had been applied in 186 patients with forehead lift. After operation, transient paralysis of facial nerve frontal branch were found in 3 patients. The depression of glabellum and lateral canthus were found in 5 patients. The depressions were corrected by autologous fat injection. Other 178 patients' results were satisfactory.ConclusionsEndoscopic frontal and temporal rhytidectomy has some advantages, such as minute invasion, less hemorrhage, few complications, and stable operation result, etc.Compared to the conventional coronal incision rhytidectomy, this method will be used more widely.

ObjectiveTo investigate the changes of non-linear dynamics characteristics of EEG during picture memory masks, and the application of non-linear dynamic analysis for memory research.MethodsEEGs of 30 healthy old volunteers were recorded under the states of opened eyes and picture memory. Correlation dimension (D2) was calculated for all subjects.ResultsD2 increased significantly during memory tasks compared with the rest state with eyes opened (P<0.05). In different memory tasks, the complexity of mental functions and the regions involved in the memory task were different.ConclusionNon-linear analysis is appropriate for the study of functional changes and working mechanism of brain during memory.

Objective:To evaluate the status quo and influencing factors of hyperlipidemia management in patients with contracted family doctor service in the community.Method:The baseline data and blood lipid testing results of 752 hyperlipidemia patients (334 males and 418 females) with contracted family doctor service in Yuetan Community Health Service Center from November?2019 to May 2020 were collected. The hyperlipidemic patients were managed by family doctors based on atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases(ASCVD) riks assessment. The ASCVD risk levels and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) compliance rate of patients with different general data were compared, and the influencing factors of LDL-C control failure were analyzed by logistic regression. Results:The ASCVD risk assessment showed that among 752 patients there were 172 cases of low risk(22.87%), 167 cases of moderate risk(22.21%),352 cases of high risk(46.81%) and 61 cases of extremely high risk(8.11%). A significant difference was detected in sex, rate of smoking, incidence of overweight or obesity among patients with different ASCVD risk levels ( P<0.05).The overall control rate of LDL-C was 48.8% (367/752), that for low, moderate, high and extremely high risk patients were 83.73% (144/172), 53.89% (90/167), 34.38% (121/352) and 19.67%(12/61), respectively. A significant difference was detected in sex(female: 52.87%, 221/418),age(aged over 80: 58.82%, 110/187), rate of smoking (non-smoking:52.40%, 327/624) and medication compliance (good compliance:52.87%,221/418) between LDL-C control and uncontrol groups (χ2=6.323,11.816,19.022,25.274; P<0.05). Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that male gender ( OR=1.800,95% CI:1.325-2.419), smoking ( OR=2.630,95% CI:1.726-4.007) and poor medication compliance ( OR= 2.179, 95% CI: 1.581-3.003) were independent risk factors for uncontrolled LDL-C levels. Conclusion:Patients with hyperlipidemia have a relatively high risk of cardiovascular diseases, and their blood lipids are not well controlled. The management of blood lipid should be enhanced in patients with chronic diseases, particularly for male patients with smoking and poor medication compliance.

To study the effect of cholesterol and 25-OH-cholesterol on cholesterol metabolism in HepG2 cells and the effect of coptisine (Cop) extracted from Coptidis Rhizoma (CR) in reducing and regulating cholesterol. In this study, TC, TG, LDL-c and HDL-c were measured by biochemical analysis; mRNA and protein expressions of LDLR, HMGCR and CYP7A1 were detected by qRT-PCR and Western blot. According to the results, cholesterol and 25-OH-cholesterol inducing could decrease in mRNA and protein expressions of LDLR and CYP7A1, so as to increase TC and LDL-c contents. However, Cop could up-regulate mRNA and protein expressions of LDLR and CYP7A1 and down-regulate that of HMGCR, so as to reduce TC and LDL-c levels. These findings suggested that Cop has potential pharmacological activity for reducing cholesterol, and may reduce cholesterol by regulating mRNA and protein expressions of key genes involved in cholesterol metabolism, such as LDLR, CYP7A1 and HMGCR. This study laid a firm theoretical foundation for developing new natural drugs with the cholesterol-lowering activity.
