Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2021;30(2):68-70
In recent years, the development and widespread application of transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) technology has provided powerful tools for direct sequencing and identification of possible fusion transcripts. With the increase in reports of large caese about RNA-seq, the real fusion gene map of hematological malignancies revealed by RNA-seq is becoming clearer. This article introduces the related research progress in conjunction with the reports at the 62nd American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2021;29(4):285-290
The most effective treatment for acute ischemic stroke is intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular treatment. The proportion of patients with acute ischemic stroke receiving intravenous thrombolysis and endovascular treatment in China is low, and pre-hospital delay is an important reason. This article reviews the influencing factors and intervention measures of pre-hospital delay.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus acupoint application in treating diabetic constipation of yin deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods One hundred and fifty-six patients with diabetic constipation of yin deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 78 cases each. The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus acupoint application and the control group, oral administration of mosapride citrate tablets. The TCM syndrome scores were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated using the Constipation Scoring System (CSS), the Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life (PAC-QOL) questionnaire and the TCM syndrome scores. Results There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the total efficacy rate based on CSS, PAC-QOL and the TCM syndrome scores between the two groups (P<0.05,P<0.01). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group (P<0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in TCM syndrome dry mouth and tongue, thirst and dry stool scores in the control group (P<0.05). There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in TCM syndrome short breath, weakness, lassitude, stabbing pain, scaly dry skin, fixed pain, sore and weak loins and knees, and chest, palm and sole vexing heat scores between the two groups (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus acupoint application is an effective way to treat diabetic constipation of yin deficiency and blood stasis type.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2017;26(2):68-70
The diversity of immune repertoire (IR) is closely related to immune function and tumors derived from B or T lymphocytes. In recent years, the development of next generation sequencing has greatly promoted the progression and application of IR analysis. The research of IR has become a new hotspot of the American Society of Hematology Annual Meeting in 2016.Relevant reports in this meeting will be reviewed together with advances in research and application of IR analysis in hematological malignancies in recent years.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(02):-
This article explored professor Wang Qingqi's clinical experiences in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to clinical observation, the key pathogenesis of GERD is abnormal rising and falling of vital energy, presenting in the five aspects of incoordination between the gallbladder and stomach, incoordination between the liver and stomach, stagnation of liver-qi with deficiency of the spleen, weakness of the spleen and stomach and qi-stagnancy and blood stasis. It will get a good curative effect when adopting the TCM methods of acrid-release and bitter-downbearing therapy,worm-like paired Chinese material medica and the opposite complementary relationship therapy.

Objective: To investigate the curative effects of Shuanghongtong Decoction (Flos carthami, Radix Ginseng Rubra and Radix Ophiopogonis) diabetic neuropathy peripheral (DPN) and its mechanism.Methods:28 DPN patients were treated with Shuanghongtong Decoction for 3 weeks. The symptom and the peroneal nerve conduction velocity (SNCV) were observed before and after the experiments respectively. The diabetic rats reduced by STZ were treated with the same decoction for 4 weeks, at the end of the experiments the nerve conduction velocity (NCV) and the activity of aldose reductase (AR) were measured. Results: Some symptoms such as acra pain, numbness, asthenia and the peroneal SNCV were significantly improved after treatment with decoction. The animal experiments showed that the NCV were significantly increased and the activity of AR significantly decreased in diabetic rats as compared with the normal rats. Conclusion: Shuanghongtong Decoction could improve the symptom and increase the NCV of DPN. It's mechanism may be through inhibiting the activity of AR then improving the diabetic metabolism disorder.

AIM: To study the electrophysiological effects of nitric oxide (NO) on the pacemaker cells in guinea-pig left ventricular outflow tract under the condition of ischemia/reperfusion ( I/R) .METHODS:The spontaneous slow action potentials of guinea-pig left ventricular outflow tract were recorded by conventional intracellular microelectrode technique. The effects of NO donor sodium nitroprusside ( SNP) on the spontaneous slow action potentials under normal or I/R condition were investigated.RESULTS:SNP at concentrations of 1, 10 and 100μmol/L but not 1000μmol/L signif-icantly increased velocity of diastolic depolarization ( VDD) and rate of pacemaker firing ( RPF) , SNP at concentrations of 1, 10, 100 and 1 000μmol/L notably increased maximal diastolic potential (MDP), amplitude of action potential (APA) and maximal rate of depolarization ( Vmax ) , shortened 50%and 90%of the duration ( APD50 and APD90 ) .In ischemia 10 min group, VDD and RPF were significantly decreased, APA and Vmax were notably increased, and APD50 and APD90 were markedly lengthened compared with control group. In reperfusion 10 min group, VDD and RPF were significantly in-creased, MDP and APA were notably decreased, and APD50 and APD90 were markedly shortened compared with I 10 min group. In reperfusin 10 min group, the pacemaker activity was always irregular. In reperfusion 10 min group, the parame-ters of spontaneous slow action potentials restored to the levels of control group except for VDD and Vmax .In 1, 10 and 100 μmol/L SNP+R groups, VDD and RPF were significantly increased than in ischemia 10 min group .In 1, 10, 100 and 1 000 μmol/L SNP+R groups, APA, APD50 and APD90 were restored to the levels of control group.CONCLUSION:SNP significantly increases the spontaneous activity of left ventricular outflow tract, and relieves the effects of I/R on the sponta-neous slow action potential markedly.
