Adenoid hypertrophy is a disease that mostly occurs among children of 3-5 years old. It is caused by repeated inflammation and infection of nasopharynx and its adjoin parts, or the adenoid itself, which will finally leads to pathological hyperplasia of adenoid. With so much information we have acquired about this disease, its specific mechanism remains unknown. In recent years, some researches have indicated that adenoid hypertrophy may have something to do with extra-gastroesophageal reflux, in which pepsin plays a very important role, and pepsin will do a series of pathological damages to the upper airway as it reaches the upper respiratory tract. Based on relative domestic and foreign literature, this paper attempts to make a review about the relationship between gastroesophageal reflux and adenoid hypertrophy.

Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin (IL)-34 and bone erosions in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) patients.Methods Forty PsA patients,20 psoriasis (Ps) patients and 20 healthy volunteers were recruited into this study.The levels of IL-34 and osteoclast related cytokines [including tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α,receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand (RANKL),osteoclast precursors (OPG)] were detected in the serum samples of all subjects.The correlations among IL-34,the number of osteoclast precursors (OCP),disease activity and imaging scores were analyzed.All data were analyzed by graphpad prism 6.Differences between groups was analyzed with One-way analysis of variance,q tests,and Spearman's correlation was used to explore the relation between disease activity/radiographic scores and laboratory results and followed by linear regressions.Results The serum level of IL-34 in patients with PsA [(328±476) pg/ml] was higher than that in Ps [(33±52) pg/ml,q =3.92,P＜0.01] and healthy controls [(32±32) pg/ml,q =3.93,P＜0.01],the erosive PsA group were higher than the non-erosive PsA group [(449±527) pg/ml and (47±24) pg/ml,q=4.04,P＜0.01].The levels of TNF-α,RANKL and OCP in patients with PsA [(125±79) pg/ml,(488± 475) pg/ml and (17.7±4.8) 5 sigh views] were higher than those in PS [(40±22) pg/ml,(26±3) pg/ml and (5.2± 0.8),q=7.32,6.14 and 2.94,P＜0.01] and healthy controls [(41±19) pg/ml,(65±8) pg/ml and (6.2±1.8),q=6.67,5.62 and 2.71,P＜0.01],whereas the OPG/RANKL ratio in PsA patients (0.5±0.4) was significantly lower than Ps patients (4.3±2.7,q=-3.30,P＜0.01) and healthy controls (1.8±0.6,q=-1.72,P＜0.01).IL-34,TNF-α and RANKL levels were all positively correlated with OCP (r=0.10,P＜0.05;r=0.12,P＜0.05;r=0.13,P＜0.(5,respectively).Conclusion The level of IL-34 is not only high in patients with PsA but also positively correlates with the number of OCP.In PsA,IL-34 is probably related to the OCP and osteoclast differentiation,and further participates in the process of bone destruction.Therefore,IL-34 is promising to become a new target or alternative choice for the treatment of PsA.

Objective To discuss the influence of electroacupuncture (EA) on blood fat and volume of cerebral infarction in rats with hyperlipidemia complicated by cerebral ischemia,and explore the mecha-nism. Methods SD rats (n=78) were randomly divided into normal group (n=6), and model group, sham-operation group,EA group 1 and EA group 2(each n=18). Except of normal group,other groups were given high fat diet for 6 weeks for establishing hyperlipidemia model. After 6 weeks, EA group 1 was given EA in bilateral Fenglong(ST40) once a day for 7 d. On the 50thd,the model of middle cere-bral artery occlusion (MCAO) was established in alll groups except of rormal group,and then EA group 1 and EA group 2 were given EA in Baihui (GV20) and bilateral Fenglong (ST40) once a day. The neurological function and volume of cerebral infarction were detected 1 d after treatment. The levels of to-tal cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and low-density lipoprotein (LDL) were detected 1 d,7 d and 14 d after treatment. The protein expressions of β-NGF and TrkA were detected by using Western blotting assay in diseased brain. Results The levels of TC, G and LDL increased and level of HDL decreased after treatment (P <0.01, P <0.05). Compared with model group,level of TG decreased in EA groups after treatment for 7 d (P<0.01), and level of LDL de-creased in EA group 1 after treatment for 14 d (P <0.05), which had no significant in EA group 2. Compared with model group,neurological deficit score (NDS) decreased in EA group 1 after treatment for 1 d (P<0.05),and left volume of cerebral infarction decreased in EA groups (P<0.01), which was smaller in EA group 1 than that in EA group 2(P<0.05). Compared with normal group, expres-sions of β-NGF and TrkA had an ascending trend in model group after treatment for 1 d,and recover to normal after treatment for 7 d. Compared with model group,expressions of β-NGF and TrkA had an as-cending trend in EA group 1 and continuously increased after treatment for 14 d,which was more signifi-cantly in EA group 1. Conclusion EA can improve neurological function,reduce volume of cerebral in-farction and promote expressions of β-NGF and TrkA through regulating blood fat level in hyperlipidemia stage,and its regulation effect is better than that of acupuncture after cerebral ischemia. The possible mechanism is related to that GV20 and ST40 can cmprove expressions of β-NGF and TrkA.

Nanoparticle delivery systems have good application prospects in the field of precision therapy, but the preparation process of nanomaterial has problems such as short in vivo circulation time, easy recognition, and clearance by the immune system in the body. In recent years, biomimetic nanoparticle delivery systems mediated by natural cell membranes have become a research hotspot to address these issues. The natural membrane biomimetic nanoparticle delivery system cleverly integrates the advantages of natural biofilm "autologous" and "artificial" functional carriers by using endogenous cell membranes to modify the surface of nanocarriers, endowing them with characteristics such as tumor targeting, low immunogenicity, and long blood circulation. Currently, biomimetic nanoparticle delivery systems have been used in the treatment of malignant tumors, cardiovascular diseases, bacterial infections, and other diseases. This paper analyzes the development status and current research hotspots of natural cell membrane camouflaged biomimetic nanoparticle delivery systems mainly reviews the latest research progress of red blood cell membrane camouflaged biomimetic nanoparticle delivery systems in the field of disease treatment in recent years. It focuses on exploring the advantages, future development prospects, and limitations of biomimetic nanoparticle delivery systems based on red blood cell membrane camouflage in improving drug delivery, to provide a reference for the in-depth research and development of this system.

The aim of this study is to develop a rapid and accurately species typing method for Brucella isolates by using High Resolution Melting (HRM ) analysis .Six pairs of primers were used according to the reference for the sequence of pur‐pose gene .Nineteen biotypes of six species Brucella standard strains were identified by PCR‐HRM analysis and this analysis was used to detect the 35 clinical isolates .Results showed Brucella amplified specific melting curves were different from con‐trasted strains with primer Bspp .The six species Brucella standard strains have own characteristic curve shape from each oth‐ers by PCR‐HRM analysis with five pairs of primers .Thirty‐five clinical isolates of Brucella have entirely consistent with PCR‐HRM curve shape with Brucella melitensis standard strains .So ,PCR‐HRM analysis methods can accurately identify Brucella strains ,especially clinical isolated Brucella melitensis ,and may be used in clinical microbiology laboratories .

To explore the optimized dispatch of the rescue resources based on the mastered resources informa-tion. The objective function was set as the shortest rescue time, and 0-1 programming models were established and solved for the conditions that the number of medical rescue units was more or less than needed by the missions. In the two conditions, the model's calculated results were both optimal, and could be used to obtain the optimal dispatch solutions while the medical rescue time was the shortest. The 0-1 programming model can be effectively used to optimize dispatch strategy for medical rescue team.

To investigate the influence of the difference enhancers on the transport mechanism of chlorogenic acid (CGA) across Caco-2 cells model, a RP-HPLC method was adopted to detect the concentrations of CGA. At the concentrations of 20 to 80 microg x mL(-1), the difference of absorption rate constants (K(a)) was not statistically significant. At the concentrations of 40 and 20 microg x mL(-1), the ratios of apparent permeability coefficients (P(app)) of the apical to basolateral and the basolateral to apical were 1.14 and 1.18, respectively. With the effect of enhancers K(a) and P(app) increased, the absorption half-life (T1/2) decreased. CGA passed through the Caco-2 cell membrane mainly by passive transport. It showed that monocarboxylic acid transporter (MCT) could be involved in the across membrane transport process of CGA. Borneol had no effect on the cell membrane transport processes. The order of increasing absorption of CGA caused by the enhancers was sodium lauryl sulphate > sodium taurocholate > carbomer.

Phospholipase D(PLD) is ubiquitous in bacteria,fungi,and mammal.In pathogenic microorganisms,PLD can be pathogenic determinant and play a role in spore generation.In mammalian cells,PLD functions in several signal transduction pathways,such as membrane transportation,mitosis regulation,and actin cytoskeleton regulation.In the process of pathogens invasion host cells,both of the pathogen and host cells’ PLD will be activated and a series of cascade reaction will be generated.During this process,pathogen’s PLD can regulate the polymerization and reorganization of its own actin filaments and induce the polymerization or reorganization of the host cell actin filaments near the foci,thus to promote the phagocytosis of the pathogen by host cell.Investigating the role of PLD activation in the infection will be significance for further understanding the molecular mechanism of pathogen-host cell interaction.

ObjectiveTo explore the expression of miR-130b and RUNX3mRNA in human gastric carcinoma and the clinical significance. MethodsThe expression of miR-130b and RUNX3mRNA were detected by RT-PCR in 40 cases of gastric carcinoma and corresponding normal mucosa tissue. The expression of RUNX3protein was determined by immunohistochemistry SP method. ResultsThe expression of miR-130b was significantly up-regulated in gastric carcinoma than that in the adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissues (2.18 ± 3.75 ) vs.( 2.59 ± 3.45 ),P ＜ 0.05 ; The expression of RUNX3mRNA in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal gastric mucosa tissues( 8.76 ±2.82) vs.( 7.58 ± 2.87 ),P ＜ 0.05.The expression of miR-130b and RUNX3mRNA were positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage ( P ＜ 0.05 ) ; No significant association was found between the expression and age,gender,tumor size,distant metastasis and depth of tumor invasion ( P ＞0.05 ).The expression of miR-130b was negatively correlated with RUNX3 protein expression in nuclei and cytoplasm (P ＜ 0.05 ).ConclusionsAbnormal expression of miR-130b and RUNX3mRNA correlates with prognosis of gastric carcinoma; Decreased RUNX3 protein expression may contribute to tumourigenesis.
