Objective To evaluate the effects of flapless versus flap implant surgery on the tissues surrounding the implants in the esthetic zone.Methods A controlled study was conducted in 20 patients with a single implant in the anterior esthetic zone,as compared with the flapless and traditional flap implant placement.6 and 12 months after the implant ation,the vertical reduction of labial and lingual bone were assessed by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT);6 and 12 months after the crowns restoration,the peri-implant soft tissues were examined by probing depth (PD),modification sulcus bleeding index (mSBI),papillary index (PPI) and evaluated by pink esthetic score (PES) standard.Results The vertical reduction of the flapless labial and lingual bone was lower than that of the flap,in which the change of labial bone was statistical differences at 6 months after implant surgery between groups (P ＜ 0.05).The differences of PES between two groups were not statistically significant,although PES increased over time in both groups,which the flapless group had a significantly change in PES from crown placement to 12 months (P＜0.05).Conclusions A flapless implant surgery in sufficient bone support may provide a better short-term esthetic result,whereas the longterm effects need further studies.

Objective To investigate whether IL-17 could stimulate the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) production on HaCaT cells alone. We also investigated whether shikonin could inhibited the proinflamation effects of interleukin-17(IL-17) acting on HaCaT cells. MethodsWe examined the expression of VEGF by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay ( ELISA ) and realtime polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in HaCaT cells and the cell supernatant. The viability of HaCaT cells in the drug group was detected by the Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8). ResultsThe expression of VEGF in different time IL-17-stimulated groups on HaCaT cells and the cell supernatant were higher than the control group( P＜0.001 ). The expression of VEGF in different drug treatment groups on HaCaT cells and the cell supematant were lower than the stimulated group by IL-17 ( P＜0. 001 ). The cell viability of different drug treatment groups have no significant difference( P＞0.05 ). ConclusionWe show that IL-17 specifically and time-dependently augmented and induced VEGF expression on HaCaT cells and the cell supernatantThen shikonin markedly inhibited the increase tengency of IL-17 effection on HaCaT cells and the cell supematant level.

Objective To investigate whether antihypertensive treatment is beneficial to patients with diabetes mellitus when their blood pressure (BP) is below 140/90 mm Hg(1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa).Methods MEDLINE,EMBASE,IPA database and secondary resources were searched with terms including blood pressure,hypertension and anti-hypertension drug.Inclusion criteria:random control study; subjects were patients with diabetes mellitus or impaired glucose tolerance; endpoint BP ≤ 140/90 mm Hg; endpoint BP between two groups had significant differences.There were 16 studies meet inclusive criteria with a total of 51 470 patients.RR and 95％ CI were used as index to judge the difference of clinical outcomes between aggressive antihypertensive treatment group and standard antihypertensive treatment group.RevMan5.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results When BP of patients with diabetes mellitus were below 140/90 mm Hg,anti-hypertensive treatment could reduce incidence rate of cardiovascular event (RR 0.91,95％ CI 0.87-0.96,P =0.0004) and stroke (RR 0.75,95 ％ CI 0.63-0.88,P =0.0005),and increased incidence rate of symptomatic hypotension (RR 3.57,95％ CI 1.41-11.20,P =0.03) and hyperpotassemia (RR 1.57,95％ CI 1.05-2.33,P =0.03).There were no significant differences in all-cause mortality (RR 0.94,95％ CI 0.87-1.01,P =0.08),cardiovascular mortality (RR 0.95,95％ CI 0.85-1.08,P =0.05),myocardial infarction (RR 0.93,95％ CI 0.82-1.05,P =0.26),heart failure (RR 0.90,95％ CI 0.76-1.06,P =0.21) between the aggressive antihypertensive treatment group and standard antihypertensive treatment group.Conclusions When blood pressure of patients with diabetes mellitus was below 140 mm Hg,there was little benefit from aggressive antihypertensive treatment,and the risk of serious adverse events even increased.

Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Yiqi Huazhi recipe Quqian granules on rat renal tubular cell apoptosis induced by lead poisoning. Methods:Totally 60 Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups, 12 in the control group and the others in the model group. Chronic lead poisoning model was made by drinking 0. 02% lead acetate water for 60 days. Then the lead poisoning rats were randomly divided into four groups, high-dose Quqian granules group (3. 0 g·kg-1·d-1), low-dose Quqian granules group (0. 6 g·kg-1 ·d-1 ) , positive control group ( calcium disodium edentate plus procaine, im, 50 mg·kg-1 ·d-1 ) and model group. Seven treatment courses were carried out in the first three groups with every 4-d as one course and 4-d withdrawal period between every two courses. After 60 days, the change of lead in blood and kidney was observed by atomic absorption spectrometry,the apoptosis of kidney tissues was studied by TUNEL, the expression of Bcl-2 protein was detected by immunohistochemical methods and the expression of p53 was studied by Western Blotting. Results:Compared with the control group, the body weight, hemoglobin and the expression of Bcl-2 in the model group were decreased significantly(P<0.01)those in, and Pb in blood(0.990 ±0.443)μg·ml-1, Pb in kidney(51.33 ± 5. 16)μg·ml-1 , the apoptosis of tubular epithelial cell(4. 148 ± 0. 414) and the expression of p53 protein (1. 868 ± 0. 139) were significantly higher (P<0. 05). Compared with the those in model group, the body weight, hemoglobin and Bcl-2 in high-dose group were increased significantly(P<0.01), and the blood lead level (0.082 ±0.015)μg·ml-1, the kidney lead level (6.38 ±0.97)μg ·ml-1 , the apoptosis of tubular epithelial cell(1. 412 ± 0. 109) and p53 protein expression(1. 164 ± 0. 172) were significantly lower (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Lead may induce high expression of p53,low expression of Bcl-2 and promote the apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells. It is proven that Yiqi Huazhi recipe Quqian granules can inhibit the expression increase of p53 and the expression de-crease of Bcl-2 resulting in the reduction of the renal tubular apoptosis to allivate the renal injury caused by lead.

In this study, 17 kinds of Dendrobium species of Fengdous including 39 individuals were collected from 4 provinces. Mitochondrial gene sequences co I, nad 5, nad 1-intron 2 and chloroplast gene sequences rbcL, matK amd psbA-trnH were amplified from these materials, as well as nrDNA ITS. Furthermore, suitable sequences for identification of Dendrobium species of Fengdous were screened by K-2-P and P-distance. The results showed that during the mentioned 7 sequences, nrDNA ITS, nad 1-intron 2 and psbA-trnH which had a high degree of variability could be used to identify Dendrobium species of Fengdous. However, single fragment could not be used to distinguish D. moniliforme and D. huoshanense. Moreover, compared to other combined fragments, new type combined fragments nrDNA ITS+nad 1-intron 2 was more effective in identifying the original plants of Dendrobium species and could be used to identify D. huoshanense and D. moniliforme. Besides, according to the UPGMA tree constructed with nrDNA ITS+nad 1-intron 2, 3 inspected Dendrobium plants were identified as D. huoshanense, D. moniliforme and D. officinale, respectively. This study identified Dendrobium species of Fengdous by combined fragments nrDNA ITS+nad 1-intron 2 for the first time, which provided a more effective basis for identification of Dendrobium species. And this study will be helpful for regulating the market of Fengdous.

Objective （ ） To explore the application value of bone suppression imaging BSI in the diagnosis of occupational （ pneumoconiosis） Methods - pneumoconiosis hereinafter referred to as " " . A total of 330 chest films of high kV digital （ ） radiograph DR of patients with suspected pneumoconiosis were selected by convenient sampling method. BSI is applied to the ， ， ， ， chest films and the differences of small opacity shape small opacity aggregation the number of large opacity lung areas small （ ）， opacity profusion and diagnostic stage of pneumoconiosis were analyzed by simple DR reading DR group simple BSI reading （ ） （ ） Results BSI group and DR and BSI combined reading combined group . There was no significant difference in the distribution of small shadows and the detection rate of small shadows aggregation and large shadows in pneumoconiosis among （ P ） ， the three film reading methods all >0.05 . For the concentration distribution of each lung area there was statistically （P< ）， significant difference between the DR group and the BSI group 0.05 but there was no statistically significant difference ， （ P ） between the DR group and the combined group and between the BSI group and the combined group all >0.05 . The results of ， consistency analysis showed that the DR group and the BSI group and the DR group and the combined group had high （ ， P< consistency in the judgment of small shadow intensity in the lung region both weighted Kappa coefficient were 0.75 all ） 0.01 . There was a high consistency between BSI group and DR group and combined group and DR group in the diagnosis of （ ， ， P< ） ， pneumoconiosis stage weighted Kappa coefficient were 0.77 0.79 all 0.01 . Compared with the DR group the diagnostic ， rate of pneumoconiosis stage Ⅰwas significantly reduced and the diagnostic rate of pneumoconiosis stage Ⅱ was significantly （ P< ） ， increased in the BSI group and the combined group all 0.01 . However there was no significant difference in the diagnosticrate of pneumoconiosis stage Ⅲ >0.05 . Both the BSI reading and DR and BSI combined reading can improve ， the display of pneumoconiosis lesions to varying degrees and therefore can improve the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis. In ， addition the identification and diagnosis of pneumoconiosis lesions in the BSI reading is comparable to that in the combined ， group which has a good application value in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the therapeutic effect of Longjintonglin Capsules on type IIIA prostatitis accompanied by abnormal semen liquefaction.

METHODSWe selected 140 patients with type IIIA prostatitis accompanied by abnormal semen liquefaction according to the diagnostic standards of the American Institutes of Health (NIH) and treated them with Longjintonglin Capsules orally 3 capsules once tid for 12 weeks. We obtained the NIH Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Indexes (NIH-CPSI), traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, leukocyte count in the expressed prostatic secretion (EPS), semen liquefaction time, and the results of semen analysis and compared these indicators before and after the treatment.

RESULTSOf the 140 cases, 132 were included in this study, excluding 8 due to their incomplete case histories. Before and after 4, 8 and 12 weeks of medication, the total NIH-CPSI scores were 24.52 ± 5.43, 21.28 ± 4.85, 18.01 ± 4.28, and 14.49 ± 3.65 (P < 0.01), the TCM syndrome scores were 35.63 ± 6.07, 26.66 ± 5.03, 17.37 ± 4.18, and 11.11 ± 3.96 (P < 0.01), and the leukocyte counts (/HP) were 27.50 ± 7.01, 22.38 ± 5.22, 16:76 ± 4.10, and 11.40 ± 4.74 (P < 0.01), respectively. After 12 weeks of treatment, 31 of the patients with type IIIA prostatitis were cured and another 72 well responded, with an overall response rate of 78.0%. Of those with abnormal semen liquefaction, 61 were cured, 39 well responded, and 32 failed to respond, with an overall effectiveness rate of 75.8%. Semen analysis showed significantly increased percentage of progressively motile sperm after 4, 8 and 12 weeks of medication as compared with the baseline (P < 0.01). No abnormal liver or renal function or other adverse reactions were observed during the treatment.

CONCLUSIONLongjintonglin Capsules, with its advantages of safety, effectiveness and no obvious adverse effects, deserve to be recommended for the treatment of type IIIA prostatitis accompanied by abnormal semen liquefaction.

Objective To compare the genotypes distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV ) infection in tissues of cervical cancers and cervical intraepithelial neoplasias (CIN ) and its clinical significance .Methods The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and the gene-chips technique were utilized for the detection of 23 kinds of HPV genotypes in the tissue specimens from 192 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 85 cases of cervical cancers .And the related data of all subjects were analyzed .Results In 192 cases of CIN ,the total positive rate of HPV was 82 .29% (158/192) ,the positive rate of single genotype infection was 46 .88% (90/192) and the positive rate of multiple genotypes infection was 35 .42% (68/192);In 85 cases of cervical cancers ,the to-tal infection rate of HPV was 88 .24% (75/85) ,the positive rate of single genotype infection was 65 .88% (56/85) and the positive rate of multiple genotypes infection was 22 .35% (19/85) .Conclusion PCR combined with the gene-chips technique can be used in the detection of the tissue samples of cervical lesions ,once detection can detect 23 kinds of HPV genotypes with high sensitivity and strong specificity ,which has very important significance to the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and the their vaccine research .

Objective To investigate the distribution situation of human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes profile in cervical cells among women in Xuzhou area and its clinical significance .Methods 23 kinds of HPV DNA were extracted in cervical cell samples from 8 010 women in Xiuzhou area .The gene‐chips technique of PCR combined with reverse dot blot was adopted to detect the HPV genotypes .Results Among 8010 cervical cell samples ,there were 1 852 HPV infected cases ,the total HPV infection rate was 23 .12% ,the HPV infection rates of single type accounted for 17 .17% and its predominant types were 16 type (4 .35% ) ,followed by 58 type (2 .12% ) and 52 type (1 .82% ) ,The detection rate of multiple HPV infection was 5 .96% ,in which the predominant types were HPV16+58(4 .40% ) ,16+52(2 .94% ) ,11+16(2 .52% ) .Conclusion The single HPV infection of HPV16 ,58 ,52 and the multiple HPV infection of HPV16+58 ,16+52 ,11+16 are the main genotypes of cervical cells among women in Xuzhou area , this gene chip technique is suitable for the cervical cell sample ,its once detection can detect 23 kinds of HPV genotypes with high specificity and high sensitivity ,which has an important significance for the molecular epidemiologic survey study of HPV genotypes distribution among women in our country .
