Objective To improve the prognosis among patients with respiratory failure poisoned by organophosphorus pesticide though analyzing and discussing the emergency measures and treatment effects. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 86 patients with respiratory failure caused by severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were received in the Emergency Department in Nanchong Central Hospital. The patients were numbered according to the order of the treatment and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 43 cases in each group. All patients were treated with routine emergency measures (gastric lavage and endotracheal intubation, rehydration, and symptomatic treatment). The control group was treated with pralidoxime chloride injection and injection of atropine detoxification while the observation group was given pralidoxime chloride combined with Penehyclidine Hydrochloride Injection detoxification. We compared the alleviation of clinical symptoms and the changes of cholinesterase (CHE) and respiratory function (respiratory frequency, Pa02, Pa02/Fi02) between the two groups of patients 10 min and 30 min after administration. The statistics of atropinization time, blood purification treatment rate, tracheotomy rate, hospital mortality, complications and treatment time were recorded. Results No statistic significance was observed among the two groups of patients in gender, age, weight, body mass index (BMI),the severity of poisoning, types of organophosphorus drugs and blood cholinesterase (CHE) at the first visit (P>0.05).Blood CHE was effectively improved among the two groups 10 min and 30 min after the treatment and significantly higher CHE was seen in the observation group compared to the control group (P<0.05) . The overall clinical symptom rate was lower 10min and 30min after the treatment (P< 0.05), and the clinical symptom rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) . The respiratory function indexes (respiratory rate, Pa02, Pa02/Fi02) were significantly improved 10 min and 30 min after the treatment in both groups compared with those before the treatment (P< 0.05) .The blood purification treatment rate, tracheotomy rate, complication rate, hospitalization time and atropine time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P< 0.05) . No significant difference was found in mortality rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion After giving effective respiration and circulation support, administration of penehyclidine hydrochloride combined with pralidoxime chloride detoxification can effectively restore the cholinesterase activity among patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and improve respiratory function and prognosis, whichshows a high clinical value.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical application and adverse reactions of shengmai injection and their related factors.
METHODSChina National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database was searched with the key word of "Shengmai Injection" from January 1983 to March 2009 to collect the literature regarding clinical study on shengmai injection, and the dose, indication, medicating path and method, solvent of the drug used, as well as the duration of treatment course and adverse reaction occurred were analysed.
RESULTSFinally, 647 documents involving 28,305 patients were included. Adverse reactions occurred in 215 patients, including anaphylactic response (anaphylactic shock, systemic anaphylaxis and skin rash) in 56 patients, and the adverse reactions on various systems, organs and tissues in 159 patients among whom there were a case of acute severe liver damage and a case of heart damage with severe sinus arrest. All patients were improved after treatment with no report of dead case.
CONCLUSIONShengmai injection has been widely applied in clinical practice since it came into the market in 1983, and its chief adverse reaction is the anaphylactic reaction. Excepting the relation with individual constitution, the occurrence of the adverse reaction is also related to its improper clinical application, such as incorrect combination with other drugs, over-high dosage used and age factor, etc. The prevention, monitoring and in time treatment of the adverse reactions and standardized rational medication of the drug should be stressed in the application of Shengmai Injection by clinical physicians.

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2002;10(2):89-92
UNLABELLEDTo identify differentially expressed genes between fetal mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) and adult MSC, especially specified genes expressed in fetal MSC, a cDNA subtractive library of fetal MSC was constructed using suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) technique. At first, total RNA was isolated from fetal and adult MSC. Using SMART PCR synthesis method, single-strand and double-strand cDNAs were synthesized. After Rsa I digestion, fetal MSC cDNAs were divided into two groups and ligated to adaptor 1 and adaptor 2 respectively. Results showed that the amplified library contains 890 clones. Analysis of 890 clones with PCR demonstrated that 768 clones were positive. The positive rate is 86.3%. The size of inserted fragments in these positive clones was between 0.2 - 1 kb, with an average of 400 - 600 bp.
CONCLUSIONSSH is a convenient and effective method for screening differentially expressed genes. The constructed cDNA subtractive library of fetal MSC cDNA lays solid foundation for screening and cloning new and specific function related genes of fetal MSC.

Tilianin was separated and authenticated from the seeds of Dracocephalum moldavia, a Uygur medicine, by chromatographic technique and spectroscopic method. The purity of tilianin is more than 98% determined by HPLC area normalization method. Thin layer chromatography (TLC) method was used to separate tilianin from D. moldavia by mixture of chloroform-methanol (5: 1) as a developing solvent on high performance silicagel precoated plate (SGF254) and using aluminium trichloride as a chromogenic agent for qualitative identification of D. moldavia. To establish a HPLC method for quantitative analysis of D. moldavia, tilianin was used as a Quantitative marker and separated on a C18 (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 μm) column with acetonitrile-01% formic acid (25: 75) as the mobile phase and detected at 330 nm. The calibration curve of tilianin displayed ideal linearity over the range of 0.617 2-123.44 μg x mL(-1) with a regression equation of Y = 33.773X - 0.824 8 (r = 1). The average recovery of tilianin was 101.0% with RSD of 3.7%. The RSD values of intra-day and inter-day precision were less than 2%. The content of tilianin in 4 batches of the authenticated semen of D. Moldavia was between 0.016 and 0.187 mg x g(-1). The qualitative and quantitative method established is suitable for the quality evaluation and assessment of semen of D. Moldavia.
