Objective:The study aimed at investigating the impact factors of FHA.Methods:The 33-pair subjects were both implemented laboratory check about ?-EP,ACTH,FSH,LH ,E2 in blood and questionnaire about Life Event Scale,EPQ and Coping Style. Results: As for the results of the single factor logistic, the impact factors were very complex.Perhaps the mechanism of FHA resulted from multi-factor interact. The main factors determining whether women suffered from FHA or not were life event,?-EP and withdrawing coping style. Conclusion:The psycholosocial factors of life events, personality and coping styles play important roles in the onset of FHA.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of NS398,a specific cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor,on microglial activation-mediated neuronal damage. Methods The microglia of neonatal SD rat were isolated and cultured in the medium containing 1 μg/ml of LPS.The morphological changes of microglial were observed. The IL-1β and TNF-α levels were detected by Western blot in LPS group (group L) and control group (group C).The hippocampal neurons of neonatal SD rats were cultured in the control medium (group C),LPS-activated microglial conditioned medium (group L) and LPS-activated microglial conditioned medium with NS398 (group N),respectively. The survival rate of neurons were detected by MTT.The respiration of hippocampus neurons was determined by detecting the ratio of lactic acid/pyruvic acid. Results LPS-induced microglial activation was characterized by the morphological change and increased secretion of IL-1β and TNF-α.The survival rate of neurons cultured by microglia activated conditioned medium was 64.37%,while the group N was 80.25% (P<0.01).In group L,the ratio of lactic acid/pyruvic acid (27.34±8.53) was significantly higher than that of group N (20.32±6.05,P<0.01) and group C (14.95±4.72,P<0.01).Conclusion NS398,a specific cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor, has a protective effect on rat hippocampus neuron damaged by activated microglia.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2019;17(2):105-110
Objective:To compare the antihypertensive effects of tuina at Taichong (LR 3),Neiguan (PC 6) and Qiaogong (Extra) to screen the best tuina protocol for primary hypertension due to liver-fire flaming-up.Methods:A total of 102 patients with primary hypertension due to liver-fire flaming-up were randomly divided into a Taichong (LR 3) group,a Neiguan (PC 6) group and a Qiaogong (Extra) group according to the random number table, with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the three groups received 4-week tuina treatment with the corresponding acupoint respectively. The blood pressure was recorded by benchtop mercury sphygmomanometer before tuina, immediately after tuina treatment,30 min and 60 min after tuina treatment with the patient in a supine position in a quiet treatment room. The total effective rate was observed. Results:The systolic and diastolic blood pressures of the three groups all decreased after treatment (all P<0.05).The decrease of systolic and diastolic blood pressure at different time points after treatment in the Qiaogong (Extra) group and the Taichong (LR 3) group were better than those in the Neiguan (PC 6) group (all P<0.05).Qiaogong (Extra) group had the highest total effective rate though there was no statistical difference in the total effective rate among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Treating primary hypertension due to liver-fire flaming-up with tuina at Taichong (LR 3),Neiguan (PC 6) and Qiaogong (Extra) can reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure respectively, among which Qiaogong (Extra) has the highest total effective rate.

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of 321 health education guided by transtheoretical model on hemodialysis patients. Methods:A total of 107 cases of hemodialysis patients from January to December in 2019 in the Central Hospital of Panzhihua, Sichuan Province, were divided into a control group of 53 cases and a study group of 54 cases by table of random number. Patients in the control group received routine health education, and patients in the study group were intervened by 321 health education guided by transtheoretical model. The level of health literacy, symptoms, quality of life of patients in the two groups were evaluated by chronic disease patients health literacy scale, the Chinese version of Dialysis Frequency Severity and Symptom Burden Index (DFSSBI), and the Chinese version of Kidney Disease Questionnaire (KDQ) before and after the intervention. Results:After the intervention, the total score of the health literacy scale of patients with chronic diseases in the control group and the score of the three dimensions of information acquisition ability, communication and interaction ability, and willingness to be healthy were (89.16±11.04), (32.62±3.51), (31.48±3.61), (16.85±2.57), lower than those of the study group (99.86±11.46),(35.92±3.42),(35.73±3.92),(19.96±2.77), respectively, and the differences were statistically significant ( t values were -21.898--4.925, P<0.01). Objective:To prepare celecoxib nanosuspension ( CXB-NSs) and study the pharmacokinetics of CXB-NSs in rats. Methods:CXB-NSs were prepared by an anti-solvent precipitation and high pressure homogenization method. The particle size, polydispersion index ( PdI) and zeta potential of the nanosuspension were studied. Totally 12 Wistar rats were randomly divided into CXB-NSs group and CXB suspension group, and gastric drug dose was 100 mg·kg-1 . CXB concentration in plasma was determined by HPLC and the pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by 3P97 software. Results: The particle size, polydispersion index, zeta potential of CXB-NSs was (442. 5 ± 61. 9) nm, 0. 312 ± 0. 057 and ( -31. 6 ± 3. 9) mV, respectively. AUC (0-t) of CXB suspension and CXB-NSs was (5.13 ±0.77) and (13.51 ±3.18) mg·L-1·h, half time (t1/2) was (12.31 ±1.91) and (12.73 ±1.83) h, Tmax was (2. 48 ± 0. 37) and (1. 41 ± 0. 27) h and Cmax was (0. 94 ± 0. 31) and (2. 38 ± 0. 25) mg·L-1 , respectively.
