Objective:To study the effect of different doses of oxycodone on the serum thromboxane A2 (TXA2),plasma endothelin (ET) levels and immune function of patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:90 patients of elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy who were treated from August 2013 to August 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into 3 groups by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.At the beginning of operation,they were given intravenous oxycodone,group A was given 0.1 mg/kg oxycodone,group B was given 0.2 mg/kg oxycodone,group C was given 0.3 mg/kg oxycodone.The changes of hemodynamics,serum TXA2 and ET levels were compared between the three groups at T0 (after admission),T1 (after anesthesia induction),T2 (after intubation),T3 (gallbladder separation),T4 (end of surgery) and the changes of immune function was compared at T0,T5 (postoperative 2h),T6(postoperative 1d),T7 (postoperative 3d);and the extubation time,recovery time,hypotensor,additional analgesics situationin and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:The diastolic pressure (DBP),systolic blood pressure (SBP),heart rate (HR) in three groups at T2,T3 point was significantly higher than T0 point(P＜0.05),the DBP,SBP and HR in the B,C groups were significantly lower than the A group at T2 and T3 point(P＜0.05);the TXA2 in three groups at T2,T3,T4 point was significantly higher than T0 point(P＜0.05),and A group＞B group＞C group,there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05);the ET in three groups at T2,T3 point was significantly higher than T0 point(P＜0.05),the ET in the B,C group was significantly higher than the A group at T2,T3 point(P＜ 0.05);the CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ of the three groups at T5 point were significantly lower than that ofT0 point (P＜0.05),the CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ in A group were significantly lower than that of B,C group at T5 point (P＜0.05);the extubation time in C group was significantly longer than that of A,B group(P＜0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in C group was significantly higher than that the A,B group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the laparoscopic cholecystectomy,application of 0.2 mg/kg oxycodone had little effect on hemodynamics,serum TXA2,ET levels and immune function with higher safety.

Based on the plasma activation and the sensing ability of cataluminescence, a low temperature plasma-assisted cataluminescence sensor was developed for ethylene detection using the low-cost and abundant alkaline-earth oxides of MgO nanomaterials as the sensing materials.Taking advantage of the high activity of the plasma, the working temperature of this method was greatly decreased than that of traditional detection method (300-500℃), and the sensing of ethylene was realized at room temperature without any heating device.This ethylene cataluminescence sensor gave a linear range of 112-4997 ng/mL (90-3998 ppm, R=0.97669) with a detection limit of 37 ng/mL (30 ppm).Besides, the sensor showed good selectivity and stability in ethylene detection.Due to the absence of the heating element, the present sensor was simple, rapid, low-cost, low energy-consumption and stable for ethylene sensing.This study improved the applicability of cataluminescence sensors and might promote the development of cataluminescence sensors.

Objective To understand a cancer hospital inpatient care Ningxia quality of service perceived status quo.Methods Servqual model-based,self-designed Expect Inpatient Nursing Service Quality Perception Questionnaire was used to investigate 160 hospitalized patients and expected to build expectations oncology inpatients quality of care and services-dimensional perception matrix (IPA matrix).Results By analyzing sensible quality (SQ) value and IPA matrix of the Servqual questionnaire,all items except for treating equally and recommend the hospital showed SQ＜0,that was,the actual feelings of patients were less than expected,and there was statistical difference between the actual feelings and expected feelings in the quiet ward,health guide,care level (t=2.963,2.020,2.020,P ＜0.05).IPA matrix showed that ward quiet,health guidance,care level was the priority problems for the hospital.Life Care,protection of privacy,psychological care,level of service,pay the money reached care were the minor priority problems.Conclusions Servqual Model and IPA matrix combination can help to understand the gap between expectations and perception of nursing service,identify problems improvement priorities,identify weaknesses in care for hospital managers,and develop fine effective theory.

Background and purpose:The incidence of esophageal cancer of Kazakh race is higher than that of Han people. EphA2, as a member of Eph protein family, is related to a variety of malignant tumors. This study used immunohistochemical method and enzyme-linked immunoassay to detect EphA2 in tissues and serums of Kazakh and Han patients. Therefore to analyze the expression differences of EphA2 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissues and serum of Kazakh and Han patients in Xinjiang, and the relationship with pathological features. Methods:The expression of EphA2 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry method in 100 cases of ESCC tissues and adjacent normal esophageal tissues;Then was tested by ELISA in those cases’ serum and 60 healthy persons. Results:The positive expression rate of EphA2 protein in ESCC and corresponding adjacent tissues were 72.0%, 28.0% in Kazakh, and 62.0%, 26.0% in Han people, respectively, and the differences were statistically significant (P=0.000) in the 2 nations. EphA2 protein levels in serum of ESCC and healthy persons, and Kazakh were (58.36±12.60) and (29.39±7.34) pg/mL, Han Chinese were (58.79±13.29) and (29.39±7.34) pg/mL respectively, there were statistical signiifcance (P=0.000). In ESCC of Kazakh and Han people, EphA2 protein expression had relationship with lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and tumor depth of invasion (P<0.05). In the serum of Kazakh and Han ESCC patients, the expression of EphA2 protein was related to TNM stage (P<0.05), while in the Kazakh esophageal cancer, the expression level was also correlated with the depth of tumor invasion (P=0.001). The positive expression rates of EphA2 protein in Kazakh and Han ESCC specimens were 72.0%and 62.0%, respectively;the protein level in the serum of patients in the 2 nations were (58.36±12.60) and (58.79±13.29) pg/mL, respectively. The protein levels in tissues and serum of the 2 different nations has no statistical signiifcance (P>0.05). Conclusion:The high expression of EphA2 protein may contribute to the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of Kazakh and Han ESCC patients. EphA2 protein expression in tissues and serum of patients with ESCC may be related to the primary tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage. The expression of EphA2 protein in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer in Kazakh may be related to depth the of invasion.

Objective To assess the clinical characteristics of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) patients and patients's attitude towards BPH and BPH therapy. Methods The question-naires were distributed to 3560 BPH patients throughout the country during the period of Prostate Health Educational Programmer (PHELP). The survey was mainly focused on the questions of patient understanding toward BPH, the preference of treatment and international prostate score scale.Results The evaluations based on 2878 completed patient's questionnaires showed that 86. 0% of patients were diagnosed with moderate or severe low urinary tract syndrome. The main reasons for seek treatment was irritative symptoms (64. 1%), obstructive symptoms ( 41. 7%), physical checkup (41.0%), worry about prostate cancer(14. 5%). Most of patients sought treatment from big hospitals. Most of patients (69.1%) had right understanding towards BPH. Nocturia was the most bothersome of lower urinary tract symptoms(LUTS) suggestive of BPH. Rapid LUTS improvement was the patient's main objective (87.4%). Conclusions Chinese patients did not recognize the complications of BPH progression. Irritative symptoms are the main reasons for seek treatment. Nocturia is most bothersome syndrome, which deteriorates quality of life mostly.

To establish an EDTA complexation extraction pretreatment combining with GFAAS method for the determination of residual aluminium ion in Huoxiang zhengqi pellets without digestive treatment, systematical investigation was made on sample preparation, and EDTA was used for the complexation extraction of residual aluminium ion in samples. The pH, concentration and volume of extraction solution, the temperature and time of microwave extraction, and graphite furnace temperature program were investigated. The results were compared with the microwave digestion. It was showed that, 0.1 g of sample weight was added in 20 mL 0.05 mol x L(-1) EDTA solution (pH 3.5), followed by heating at 150 degrees C for 10 min in the microwave extraction device. The determination of GFAAS was performed at optimized detection wavelength (257.4 nm) as well as graphite furnace temperature program, the detection limits and quantification limits were 2.37 μg x L(-1) and 7.89 μg x L(-1), respectively. The precision (RSD) was less than 2.3%. The average recovery was 96.9% -101%. The present method is easy, rapid and accurate for the determination of residual aluminium ion in Huoxiang zhengqi pellets.
