Objective: To investigate the incidence of menstrual disorder and the relationship between menstrual disorders and emotion, personality et al psychosocial factors in students. Methods: The study adopted stratified sampling method. 521 students were subjected to questionnaire of MHQ, STAI, CED-S and EPQ. Results: The rate of menstrual disorder was 44.7%. The average score of anxiety and depression in stress was significant higher than usual. The increasing trend of incidence of menstrual disorder accompanied with age, reaction degree of anxiety and depression and the level of trait anxiety in stress. Conclusion: The psychosocial factors such as emotion and personality play an important roles in the process of resulting in menstrual disorder. The doctors should pay more attention to strengthen the psychological interventions.

Objective: To observe the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) at Tianshu (ST25) on pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines in sodium taurocholate-induced severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) in rats. Methods: Sixty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham-operation group, SAP group and EA group. An SAP model was established by injecting 3.5% sodium taurocholate at a dose of 1 mL/kg through puncturing the pancreatic duct. In the EA group, EA at ST25 was performed with sparse-dense wave (2/100 Hz, 2 mA for 30 min) immediately after sodium taurocholate injection and 30 min before sacrifice. Rats were sacrificed at 3 (n=7), 6 (n=7) and 12 h (n=8) after operation. Levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IL-10 in serum were estimated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Pathological changes of pancreatic tissues were examined by hematoxylin and eosin staining and observed under a microscope and also scored. Results: The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 of SAP rats were significantly higher than those of sham-operation rats at 3, 6 and 12 h. The level of IL-10 in serum of SAP rats was significantly higher than that of sham-operation rats at 3 and 6 h (P<0.05). EA at ST25 down-regulated the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum and up-regulated the level of IL-10 and the ratio of IL-10/TNF-α, also attenuated the morphological damages at 6 and 12 h (P<0.05) in rats with SAP. The pathological scores of pancreatic tissues in the EA group were significantly less than those in the SAP group at 6 and 12 h (P<0.05). Conclusion: EA at ST25 may have a therapeutic effect on rats with SAP by down-regulating the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 and up-regulating the level of IL-10 to re-establish the balance of pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokines, and to ameliorate the inflammatory response of SAP.

Objective:The study aimed at investigating the impact factors of FHA.Methods:The 33-pair subjects were both implemented laboratory check about ?-EP,ACTH,FSH,LH ,E2 in blood and questionnaire about Life Event Scale,EPQ and Coping Style.Results: As for the results of the single factor logistic,the impact factors were very complex.Perhaps the mechanism of FHA resulted from multi-factor interact.The main factors determining whether women suffered from FHA or not were life event,?-EP and withdrawing coping style.Conclusion:The psycholosocial factors of life events,personality and coping styles play important roles in the onset of FHA.

Objective:To investigate the influence of electroacupuncture on auditory evoked potential index (AAI) during propofol sedation.Methods: According to propofol effect site concentration, 24 patients for operation were randomly allocated to group 1 (1.0 μg/mL), group 2 (1.5 μg/mL) and group 3 (2.0 μg/mL). Propofol was administered intravenously, points Hegu (LI4) and Neiguan (PC6) were electro-acupunctured, and changes in AAI were recorded.Results:AAI significantly rose in all groups during the initial several minutes after electro-acupuncture and significantly fell in group 2 at 20 min after electro-acupuncture(P＜0.05).Conclusion:AAI can sensitively reflect pain response during electro-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture can strengthen propofol sedation at its medium concentration.

The premembrane and envelope proteins (prM-E),which contains the mainly protective antigen related with virulence and tropism,are the primary structural protein of flavivirus.However,prM-E in ZIKV is rarely understood.We have analyzed the structure and biological effects of prM-E in ZIKV by bionformatics methods.The prM-E proteins virus-like particles of dengue virus was introduced in the present.Then,the prM-E proteins virus like particles of ZIKV was prospected.

The study evaluates the lipolysis rate and extent of type Ⅲ lipid formulations using testosterone undecanoate as a model drug after digestion with in vitro lipolysis model, and studies the digestive regularity with optical microscope and electrical conductivity. The results showed that for testosterone undecanoate type Ⅲ lipid formulations with castor oil as oil phase and Transcutol HP as latent solvent, the lipolysis rate and extent were increased with the increase of oil phase proportion and were decreased with excessive proportion of surfactant, in which can see liquid crystal phase during lipolysis process. The lipolysis rate of type ⅢB lipid preparations with different surfactant were ordered as Labrasol > Tween 80 > Cremophor EL, but the rate of type ⅢA is different in quick digestion phase and slow digestion phase. The lipolysis extent of type Ⅲ lipid formulations with different surfactant were ordered as Cremophor EL > Tween 80 > Labrasol. These may be related to the digestive effect of pancreatic lipase on different surfactants. This study implied that the lipolysis rate and extent of type Ⅲ lipid formulations are greatly influenced by the proportion of oil phase and surfactant, and the surfactant structure. These factors will affect the in vivo digestion and should be taken into account when screening type Ⅲ lipid formulations.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of thinprep cytologic test(TCT) and electronic colposcope(EC) examination in patients with subclinical human papillomavirus(HPV) infection(SPI) and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),and explore its concordance with pathologic diagnosis. Methods A total of 1 125 females were examined with TCT,744 of whom diagnosed with abnormality by TCT or suspect of cervical lesions were examined with EC,and multiple punch biopsies were performed in 706 of those with abnomal EC images and suspected diseases. ResultsThe sensitivity of TCT,EC examination and the combined examination of TCT and EC for SPI and CIN were 88.74%,88.79% and 90.63%,respectively,the specificity 85.44%,80.38% and 96.41%,respectively,the positive predictive value 74.06%,68.90% and 91.10%,respectively,and the negative predictive value 94.19%,93.61% and 96.21%,respectively.By the combination of the two examinations,the specificity and positive predictive value were significantly increased(P

OBJECTIVE: A case of half sibling was determined with multiple genetic markers, which could be potentially applied for determination of half sibling relationship from same father. METHODS: Half sibling relationship was detected by 39 autosomal STR genetic markers, 23 Y-chromosomal STR genetic markers and 12 X -chromosomal STR genetic markers among ZHAO -1, ZHAO -2, ZHAO -3, ZHAO -4, and ZHAO-5. RESULTS: According to autosomal STR, Y-STR and X-STR genotyping results, it was determined that ZHAO-4 (alleged half sibling) was unrelated with ZHAO-1 and ZHAO-2; however, ZHAO-3 (alleged half sibling), ZHAO-5 (alleged half sibling) shared same genetic profile with ZHAO-1, and ZHAO-2 from same father. CONCLUSION It is reliable to use multiple genetic markers and family gene reconstruction to determine half sibling relationship from same father, but it is difficult to determination by calculating half sibling index with ITO and discriminant functions.
