2.Kinesitherapy Applied to Dyslipidemia (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(12):1078-1080
Many clinical researches and animal experiments proved that kineditherapy could undoubtedly improve the blood lipid level of dyslipidemia. The mechanism is that kineditherapy can regulate lipid metabolism, lipoprotein and lipoproteinic lipase. On the other hands kinesitherapy also indirectly modulates insulin, adhesion factors and cytokines to influence the blood lipid level. It is important for patients to choose suitable exercises and insist them for a long time. The effect of different activity intensity on lipid level has no distinct difference.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2006;18(1):21-23,27
A discrete time feedback control system model based on a multi-router network has been presented. The model can be described by a set of recurrence equations. The numerical examples about the bifurcation of average and instantaneous queue size along with the variety of RED control parameter are shown. The simulate experiments about those of the RED control parameters are also presented. All of these results show that instability in TCP-Reno traffic under RED can be induced by the inherent nonlinear behavior of the network.

Objective: To study the antioxidative and hepatoprotective activities of low molecular fucoidan oligosaccharides(LMFO) from Laminaria japonica in mice. Methods: Mice were pretreated with LMFO(50?100?150 mg/kg ig respectively, 10 days),and then 0.2 % CCl 4 10 ml/kg ig and D-GalN(600 mg/kg)+LPS(lipopolysaccharide,1 ?g/kg) ig respectively in two model groups to induce liver injury. Liver injury was assessed by quantifying activities of plasma GPT, SOD, GSH-Px and MDA content. Results: The increase of plasma GPT activity was significantly inhibited by LMFO in two liver injury models, suggesting that LMFO had good protective effect on the hepatocytes. LMFO had good antioxidative effect in mice with liver injury induced by CCl 4 and D-GalN+LPS as indicated by decreased MDA content and increased activities of plasma SOD and GSH-Px. Conclusion: LMFO is protective against CCl 4-induced and D-GalN+ LPS induced liver injury in mice and its effect may be due to its antioxidative activities in vivo.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2009;8(12):864-867
Objective To investigate the changes of serum inflammatory factors and blood glucose in patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) . Methods Seventy eight SIRS patients were divided into survival subgroup (n =37) and fatal subgroup ( n = 41), 35 non-SIRS patients were designated as control group. Thirty eight out 76 patients whose blood glucose was higher than 6. 1 mmol/L were randomly selected for intensive insulin therapy. Serum IL-6, IL-10, IL-13, TNF-α and blood glucose were measured; HLA-DR expression on monocytes was detected. Results Serum IL-6, TNF-αand blood glucose levels were (80±8) vs. (42±7)×10~3μg/L, (52±20) vs. (17±6) ×10~3μg/L and (11.9±1.1)vs.(6.5±1.5)mmoL/L in SIRS vs.non-SIRS group respectively(all P<0.05);those were(108±21)vs.(66±22)×10~3μg/L,(28±8)vs.(16±9)×10~3μg/L,(14.4±2.1)vs.(7.0±1.0)mmol/L in fatal vs.survival group, respectively(all P<0.05).The changes of IL-10,IL-13 and HLA-DR expression intensity of monocyte showed a reverse trend. The intensive insulin therapy reversed the above tendency and reduced the fatality rate. Conclusions Blood glucose levels are corrected with serum cytokines in SIRS patients and reflex the immune status and disease prognosis.Intensive insulin therapy can improve the prognosis of SIRS patients.

Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2008;15(5):454-457
Objective To observe the dynamic changes and the effects of Captopril on interstitial fibrosis in lung tissue of neonatal rats with lung fibrosis induced by hyperoxia. Methods Two hundred and forty neonatal Wistar rats were randomly assigned into model group, air control group, normal saline control and Captopril-trcated group (n=60 each). The air control group was exposed to room air (FiO2 = 0.21), and the rest three groups were continuously exposed to hyperoxia (FiO2 = 0.9) for 21 days. During the exposure, the Captopril-treated group received Captopril [ 30 mg/( kg·d) ] by intragastric administration, and the normal saline control group was administrated with normal saline instead, the model group did not receive any treatment. On the 1 st, 3 rd, 7 th, 14 th and 21 st day of exposure, the subjects were sacrificed. And then, the protein levels of collagen Ⅲ (Co-Ⅲ ) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ )by radio-immunity technique, and the mRNA expression of Ang Ⅱ, Co- Ⅲ was measured by RT-polymerase chain reaction. The changes of lung histomorphology were observed. Results On the 14 th day, The Ang Ⅱ, Co- Ⅲ protein levels and their mRNA expression of modal group and normal saline control group increased significantly as compared to the air control group ( P < 0.05 ), except the Ang Ⅱ mRNA expression of normal saline control group. The Ang Ⅱ and Co-Ⅲ protein levels of model group was (838.22 ± 197.75 ) and ( 104.21 ± 43.37) ng/mg respectively, and normal saline control group was ( 759.97 ± 60.81 ) and ( 128.69 ± 54.74) ng/mg respectively on the 21 st day, their mRNA expression of two groups also increased to the peak on the 21 st day(P< 0.05).The AnglI and Co- Ⅲ protein levels of Captopril-treated group was (554.52 ± 59.32) and (39.90 ± 13.45) ng/mg on the 21 st day respectively, their mRNA expression was (1.50 ± 0.84 ) and (1.13 ± 0.55) respectively, and decreased significantly as compared to the model group and normal saline control group respectively (P<0.05), but increased significantly as campared to the air control group (P < 0.05). The histopathological examination demonstrated different degrees of alveolitis, broaden interstitium and reduced alveolar quantity in the model group and normal saline control group compared with air control group. The pathological changes were markedly alleviated in the Captopril-treated group. Conclusion Captopril may have protective effects on lung injury induced by hyperoxia.
