Parkinson′s disease(PD),the second neurodegenerative disease in the world,is characterized by a combination of motor symptoms(rest tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity, postural instability, stooped posture and freezing of gait)and non-motor symp?toms(including psychiatric and cognitive disorders). The core neuropathological features of PD are the loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra and the deposition of iron and cytoplasmic protein aggregates(Lewy bodies)inside neurons. Currently, clinical treatment for PD is symptomatic and there is no effective treatment to restore neuronal degeneration. In the PD therapy ,medication re?mains dominant. Anti-PD drugs are mainly based on the critical signal pathways or some specific targets which play a key role in the pathogenesis of PD to relieve the symptoms of PD. Research and development in novel drugs to prevent or treat PD have been a crucial subject, and some novel candidates are under development. In this paper,we summarize and analyze the anti-PD drugs, and make a brief discussion about its pharmacological targets.

Objective To understand healthcare-associated urinary tract infection (HA-UTI)and pathogens causing HA-UTI in intensive care unit (ICU)patients,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of HA-UTI. Methods Targeted surveillance data about HA-UTI in 32 hospitals in 2013 were analyzed. Results A total of 23 680 ICU patients were monitored,157 cases of HA-UTI occurred,HA-UTI rate was 0.66%;the usage rate of urinary tract cathe-ter was 80.83%,catheter-associated UTI was 1.25‰.A total of 162 pathogenic strains were detected, the percentage of fungi,gram-negative bacteria, and gram-positive bacteria was 40.74% (n=66);31.48 % (n=51),and 27.78% (n=45)respectively.Conclusion The main pathogens causing HAI-URI are fungi, comprehensive intervention measures should be taken to control HA-UTI in ICU patients.

In light of modern management theories and the actual situation in the hospital, a post and performance based hospital compensation system was designed. The chief features of the design include: ① Compensation consists mainly of post salary and performance salary while giving expression to the principle of stability and gradual transition, with the fixed part (accounting for about 60%) of the original file salary being retained; ②Post salaries fall under a hospital wide unified grade compensation framework, with grade evaluations based on a hospital wide unified system of indexes and weight, and they go up or down within the salary width each year according to the results of performance assessment; ③ Performance salaries are closely linked with post grades and performance assessment, with a hospital wide unified model of post and performance contracts being the basis for assessment; ④ The entire compensation design is based on scientific and standard post surveys, post appraisals and post specifications.

Ischemic stroke has become one of the leading causes of disability and death in China.A number of studies have confirmed that hypoalbuminemia is an independent risk factor for ischemic stroke. It affects the severity of ischemic stroke and outcomes. This article reviews the rehtionship between serum albumin and ischemic stroke, the cause of low albumin level, the effect of albumin on ischemic stroke, and how to supplement albumin in order to improve the clinician's attention for hypoalbuminemia in patients with ischemic stroke and supplement nutrition timely and reasonably.

Objective To investigate the dynamic expression from gene and protein levels of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) during the development of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) in neonatal rats. Methods A neonatal rat model of HPH was established, normal neonatal rats were enrolled as the control group. At the 3th 、7th、10th and 14th days,we measured the mRVSP through catheterization of right ventricule, collected hearts to figure out the right ventricular hypertrophy index(RVHI),evaluated vascular remodeling by the percentage of medial thickness to outer diameter of the small pulmonary arteries (MT%) and the percentage of medial cross section on area to the total cross section area of the pulmonary small arteries (MA%),observed the expression of HIF-1α by immunochemistry, and measured the expression of HIF-1α in mRNA and protein by RT-PCR and Western blot respectively. Results The mRVSP increased at the 3th day,and sustained until the 14th day (P < 0.01).RVHI MT% and MA% increased at the 7th day,and sustained until the 14th day (P <0.01).HIF-1α mainly expressed in endothelium and smooth muscle cells in the CHPH group and the HIF-1αmRNA increased significantly on the 3th and 7th days (P < 0.05),and the HIF-1α protein increased significantly on the 7th、10th and 14th days in the CHPH group compared with the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion The mRVSP increased at the early stage after hypoxic exposure in neonatal rats, followed by vascular remodeling and right ventricular hypertrophy. Both mRNA and protein levels of HIF-1α sustained higher than control group during the vascular remodeling stage, indicating that HIF-1α might be a important factor contributing to the vascular remodeling.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility and value of quantitatively assessing left ventricular systolic function in rats with myocardial infarction (MI) by myocardial contrast echocardiography (MCE) based on mathematical morphology algorithm. Methods SD rats model of MI were mede, then MCE were performed before MI and at 1,3 weeks after MI.In vitro study:based on the principle of binary morphology, segmentation of endocardium was acquired using dilation, erosion, closed operations and connected domain object tag-based.The automatic segmentation of endocardial contour was compared with the manual segmentation boundary. In vivo study:the left ventricular area was calculated using the software, and the area variation fraction (AVF),a new index of left ventricular systolic function, were acquired. The correlation between AVF and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was analyzed. The value of AVF for diagnosis for left ventricular dysfunction was evaluated by ROC curve. Results ① The cross-correlation coefficient (CCC) and percent error (PE) between automatic contours and manual boundary were more than 0.90 and less than 9%,respectively.② AVF correlated positively with LVEF (r =0.934,P < 0.001).③ ROC analyses showed the area under curves for AVF diagnosing left ventricular dysfunction was 0.834.The best cutoff value was 27.5 % for diagnosing left ventricular dysfunction with the sensitivity of 85 % and specificity of 60 %.Conclusions Left ventricular endocardium can be identificated automatically and rapidly by MCE based on mathematical morphology algorithm.AVF can assessed quantitatively left ventricular systolic function in rats with myocardial infarction.

Objective To understand a cancer hospital inpatient care Ningxia quality of service perceived status quo. Methods Servqual model-based,self-designed Expect Inpatient Nursing Service Quality Perception Questionnaire was used to investigate 160 hospitalized patients and expected to build expectations oncology inpatients quality of care and services-dimensional perception matrix (IPA matrix). Results By analyzing sensible quality (SQ) value and IPA matrix of the Servqual questionnaire, all items except for treating equally and recommend the hospital showed SQ<0,that was,the actual feelings of patients were less than expected, and there was statistical difference between the actual feelings and expected feelings in the quiet ward, health guide, care level (t=2.963,2.020,2.020,P <0.05).IPA matrix showed that ward quiet, health guidance, care level was the priority problems for the hospital.Life Care, protection of privacy, psychological care, level of service, pay the money reached care were the minor priority problems. Conclusions Servqual Model and IPA matrix combination can help to understand the gap between expectations and perception of nursing service, identify problems improvement priorities, identify weaknesses in care for hospital managers, and develop fine effective theory.
