This article provides a brief description of systematics on Morchella ,and reviews the advances of molecular systematics on Morchella over the world.

ABSTRACT:Objective To study the platelet changes in patients with unstable angina with different blood glucose ,and their related biochemical index changes ,and their relationship with global registry of acute coronary events (GRACE) score .Methods For this clinical study ,we enrolled 82 patients diagnosed with unstable angina , 47 of whom were male and 35 were female .Upon admission ,their random blood glucose was tested .According to different blood glucose values ,they were divided into normal blood glucose group (<6 .1 mmol/L) and high blood glucose (≥ 6 .1 mmol/L ) group . The following clinical data were compared between the two groups :age , hypertension ,diabetes ,smoking history ,and BMI .We detected EF (% ) ,HBA1C ,glucose ,LDL‐C ,HDL‐C ,TG , LPA ,CREA ,UA ,hsCRP ,BNP ,CKMB ,CTNI ,D‐Dimer ,and GRACE risk scores .We compared the platelet test results :PLT ,P‐LCR ,PDW ,and MPV .We also detected the relationship of MPV with hsCRP ,D‐Dimers and GRACE risk scores .Results MPV ,hsCRP ,and GRACE risk score differed significantly between normal blood glucose group and high blood glucose group (P<0 .05) .In the latter group ,MPV had significant correlation with hsCRP ,D‐Dimers and GRACE risk score ( r=0 .28 , r=0 .41 , r=0 .56 , P<0 .05) .Conclusion Hyperglycemia in patients with unstable angina causes the increase of MPV , change of the inflammatory marker hsCRP , and increase of clinical GRACE risk score .Abnormal MPV may predict the increased risk of unstable angina in patients with hyperglycemia upon hospitalization .

Objective:To synthesize the mental resilience of Chinese children tested with the Resilience Scale for Chinese Adolescents (RSCA)to evaluate its status as well as the research status. Methods:Four Chinese elec-tronic databases including China Biology Medicine disc (CBM),VIP Database,China National Knowledge Infra-structure (CNKI)and WangFang Database were searched from database established to December 2014. Literatures that reported the mental resilience status of Chinese children tested with RSCA were included. A statistical formula was used to synthesize means and standard deviations to get a total score;the standard mean difference (SMD)and 95% confidence interval (95%CI)of scores measured with RSCA scale were used to conduct meta-analyses usingthe software of Review Manager 5. 2 for comparison between different subgroups. Results:Thirty-nine studies with 16 493 children were included for the final analysis. Quantitative synthesis results showed that the average total score of Chinese children was (3. 3 0. 6 ). The status of psychological resilience was at a good level. The average psychological resilience scores of girls,not left-behind children,urban children,Han children and not-only-child were higher than those of boys [SMD (95%CI):-0. 09 (-0. 14--0. 05 )],left-behind children [SMD (95%CI):-0. 37(-0. 56--0. 19)],rural children [SMD (95%CI):0. 26(0. 13 -0. 38)],minority children [SMD (95%CI):0. 12(0. 04-0. 21)]and only-children [SMD (95%CI):0. 30(0. 16-0. 44)]respectively. Conclusion:The mental resilience of Chinese children is modest with internal diversity.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Qingre Huashi Recipe (YHQHR, a recipe capable of supplementing qi, activating blood, clearing heat, and dissipating dampness) on ulcer healing and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) eradication rate in Hp positive peptic ulcer patients, and to explore coccoid Hp occurrence in the eradication.

METHODSTotally 80 Hp positive peptic ulcer patients were assigned to the treatment group and the control groups by random digit table, 40 in each group. All patients received standard triple therapy of Western medicine for 2 successive weeks. Those in the control group additionally took omeprazole enteric coated tablet, 20 mg each time, once per day for 4 successive weeks. Those in the treatment group additionally took YHQHR, twice per day for 6 successive weeks. The ulcer healing was observed and recorded by gastroscope after discontinued medication of 14 days. The effective rate of ulcer healing under endoscope was statistically calculated. Rapid urease test (RUT) was performed in one small piece of tissue from corpora ventriculi and sinuses ventriculi using 14C breathe test (UBT). Gastric juice was collected from the stomach. Hp urease gene amplification test (urea A-PCR) was performed in living tissue from gastric antrum. Results obtained from the above three test methods were recorded and assessed to decide the final eradiation rate. Gastric mucosa tissue was observed under electron microscope,attempting to find non-eradicated Hp, which was further observed.

RESULTSThe total curative effect under gastroscope was 97.5% (39/40 cases) in the treatment group, obviously higher than that in the control group (80.0%, 32/40 cases) (P < 0.05). The eradication rate of Hp was 75.0% (30/40 cases), obviously better than that of the control group (52.5%, 21/40 cases) (P < 0.05). The total positive Hp numbers after treatment was 14C UBT (12), RUT (8), and urea A-PCR (27), respectively. The Hp positive rate detected by 14C UBT and RUT was lower than the Hp positive rate detected by urea A-PCR (P < 0.05). Rod-like and coccoid Hp bacteria could be observed under electron microscope.

CONCLUSIONYHQHR combined standard triple therapy was more effective than standard triple therapy alone in promoting ulcer healing and elevating the eradication rate of Hp.

OBJECTIVETo observe the analgesic effects of single-and combined-laser irradiation with low-intensity applied at "Zusanli" (ST 36) in rats, and their relation to degranulation of mast cells.

METHODSSixty-six SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group (Group NC), model control group (Group MC), sham irradiation group (Group SI), 10.6 microm laser irradiation group (Group 10.6 microm LI), 650 nm laser irradiation group (Group 650 nm LI) and combined (10.6 microm + 650 nm) laser irradiation group (Group CLI). Complete Freund's Adjuvant (0.05 mL) was injected into the left ankle joints of all the rats except those in Group NC to cause acute adjuvant-induced arthritis. In treatment, laser irradiation was applied at "Zusanli" (ST 36) for 30 minutes in all the rats except those in Group NC and Group MC. The paw withdrawal latency (PWL) to radian heat was used to compare analgesic effects among the groups. By means of toluidine blue, dyed slices of local tissues of "Zusanli" (ST 36) were used to observe changes of mast cell degranulation before and after laser irradiation.

RESULTSThe pain thresholds to irradiation of the rats in Group 650 nm LI and Group CLI were significantly higher than those in Group MC and Group SI (P < 0.01), and the mast cell degranulation rate in Group 650 nm LI and Group CLI were also significantly higher than that in Group MC and Group SI (P < 0.001). The pain threshold and mast cell degranulation rate in Group 10. 6 microm LI were not significantly different from those in Group MC and Group SI. There was a linear correlation between mast cell degranulation rate and PWL with 0. 737 in coefficient (P < 0.001).

CONCLUSIONSingle 650 nm laser and combined 650 nm + 10.6 microm laser with low intensity irradiated at "Zusanli" (ST 36) in acute adjuvant rats can provide remarkable analgesic effects, and there was a positive correlation between mast cell degranulation rate and analgesic effects, which plays an important part in laser irradiation-induced analgesia.

OBJECTIVETo explore the distribution, combination and evolution of various syndromic etiologies of erectile dysfunction (ED) based on the syndrome etiology theory.

METHODSUsing the ED Syndromic Etiology Scale, we collected the clinical data on the Chinese medicine diagnoses of 297 cases of ED, extracted the core syndromic etiologies by analysis of principal components and factors, and analyzed the patterns of distribution, combination, and evolution of ED syndromic etiologies according to the general information of the patients.

RESULTSThrough analysis of principal components and factors, 9 core syndromic etiologies were extracted, i. e. , liver constraint with qi stagnation, kidney yin deficiency, damp-heat, liver constraint transforming into liver-fire, blood stasis, kidney yang deficiency, heart-spleen paired deficiency, qi-yin paired deficiency, and phlegm-damp. Each of these syndrome etiologies exhibited its own specific distribution patterns. Of the total number of cases studied, 51.52% had 2 or 3 core syndromic etiologies and 36.03% had only one.

CONCLUSIONIn the early stage of ED, its syndromic etiologies are usually liver constraint with qi stagnation, kidney yin deficiency, damp-heat, liver constraint transforming into liver-fire, and blood stasis. With the natural progres- sion of the disease, its syndromic etiologies gradually evolve into kidney yang deficiency, heart-spleen paired deficiency, qi-yin paired deficiency, phlegm-damp, and blood stasis, and finally into yin-yang deficiency of the heart, spleen and kidneys, combined with phlegm-damp and blood stasis.

Objective To explore Chongqing migrant workers Suiqian children′s mental health status and related factors .Meth-ods In this study 740 children from grade 7 to grade 9 in 3 schools which specify recruit migrant workers′children ,including the 399 migration children of migrant workers and 341 urban household registration students were involved .They were investigated with symptom rating scale(SCL-90) and self-made general questionnaire .Results There were no significant differences in SCL-90 scores between the migrant workers migration children group and urban household registration students group (P>0 .05) .Conclu-sion Generally speaking ,Chongqing migrant workers Suiqian children′s mental health status is good ,but there are still some prob-lems .We need do some further study on the mode of psychological intervention to maintain their physical and mental health .

ABSTRACT:OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training on neurological func-tion and athletic ability in patients with apoplexy sequela.METHODS 134 cases of apoplexy sequela were randomly divided in-to the study group and control group,with 67 cases in each group.Patients in the study group were given acupuncture com-bined with rehabilitation training,while those in the control group were given pure acupuncture,with the treatment course lasting for 8 weeks.Then changes of the neurological function,activity of daily living(ADL)and athletic ability of the affected extremity were compared between the two groups to evaluate the curative effects.RESULTS NIHSS scores of both groups went down notably,whereas Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer scores went up evidently,with a statistical significance when com-pared to the situation before treatment(P <0.05~0.01).The changes of the study group was more evident,with a statistical significance when compared to the control group(P <0.05).The total curative rate of the study group was 92.54%(62∕67), which was superior to 71.64% (48∕67) of the control group with a statistical significance(P <0.01).CONCULSION Acu-puncture combined with rehabilitation training is able to improve both neurological function and athletic ability in patients with apoplexy sequela.

Objective To investigate the value of serum microRNA (miRNA)-184 and miR-451a expression in predicting recurrent metastasis after radical resection of stage Ⅰ to ⅡA non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods A total of 203 patients with radical resection of stage Ⅰ to ⅡA NSCLC in the hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as NSCLC group. According to the recurrence and metastasis status during the 2-year follow-up, they were divided into recurrence and metastasis group with 30 cases and non-recurrence and metastasis group with 173 cases. Additionally, 87 healthy volunteers with physical examinations in the same period were selected as control group. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect serum expression of miR-184 and miR-451a. Multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the factors affecting recurrence and metastasis after radical resection of stage Ⅰ to ⅡA NSCLC. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the value of serum miR-184 and miR-451a expression in predicting recurrence and metastasis. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of serum miR-184 and miR-451a in the NSCLC group decreased significantly (P < 0.05). After 2 years of follow-up, the recurrence and metastasis rate of 203 patients with stage Ⅰ to ⅡA NSCLC was 14.78% (30/203). Compared with the non-recurrence and metastasis group, the expression of serum miR-184 and miR-451a in the recurrence and metastasis group decreased significantly (P < 0.05). The independent risk factors for recurrence and metastasis after radical resection of stage Ⅰ to ⅡA NSCLC were stage ⅡA, poor differentiation and postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, while the independent protective factors were increased miR-184 and miR-451a expression (P < 0.05). The area under the curve (AUC) of the combined prediction of serum miR-184 and miR-451a expression for recurrence and metastasis after radical resection of stage Ⅰ to ⅡA NSCLC was 0.868, which was greater than 0.784 and 0.781 of serum miR-184 and miR-451a expression alone (P < 0.05). Conclusion The serum miR-184 and miR-451a expression in patients with stage Ⅰ to ⅡA NSCLC is low and closely related to recurrence and metastasis after radical resection. The combined detection of serum miR-184 and miR-451a has a high predictive value for recurrence and metastasis after radical resection of stage Ⅰ to ⅡA NSCLC.
