Objective:To analyse the coronary lesion of patients with rheumatic heart disease.Methods:Selective coronary arteriography in comparison with ECG,ECT and ultrasonography were performed on 66 cases with rheumatic heart disease from Aprll,1995 to April 1999.Results:Single or multiple stenosises of coronary artery were found in 10 cases (15.2%).Unsmooth lumen and multipl atherosclerosis plaques were found in 12 cases (18.2%),58 cases had atrial fibrillation.44 cases had ST-T changed or abnormal Q wave(66.7%).Mitral valve was demaged in all cases with ultrasonography.Conclusion:It is essential that patients with rheumatic heart disease to have valve replacement should have coronary arteriography. Objective To explore the mechanism of cerebral infarction caused by hyperhomocystinemia.Methods A hundred and nineteen paitents with acute cerebral infarction were chosen for case group.According to their levels of plasm total homocystine,they were divided into two groups: hyperhomocystinemia group and nonhyperhomocystinemia group.Forty patents without cerebrovascular disease,hepatophy,nephrosis and thyroid gland disease were chosen as control subjects.Plasm levels of total homocystine,serum levels of MDA and IL-8 were measured respectively,their correlations were also studied.Results Plasma levels of tHcy(?mol/L)and serum levels of MDA(nmol/L)and IL-8 (ng/ml)showed a significant increase in case group(19.97,4.41?0.84,0.23?0.08)in comparison with control subjects(9.83,3.24?0.64,0.12?0.08),t values were 8.139,8.021,7.767 respectively(P

Objective To explore the age related decline in spine muscle volume and fat content in healthy elderly males . Methods Totally 88 males aged 50-79 years were selected from the patients who underwent quantitative CT (QCT) exam of lum‐bar spine .They were subgrouped by 50- <60 years ,60- <70 years and 70-79 years .The muscle fat area ,skeletal muscular area , muscle fat infiltration (MFI) ,abdominal visceral fat volume and subcutaneous fat volume ,abdominal total fat volume were measured by the QCT software .Statistical analysis was performed using intraclass correlation coefficient ,ANOVA with post hoc Bonferroni correction ,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis .Results Compared to other two groups ,subjects in 70-79 years subgroup had highest muscle fat area/MFI and least skeletal muscular mass(P<0 .05) .Age‐dependent correlation was found in muscle fat mass(r=0 .381 ,P<0 .05) and MFI(r=0 .358 ,P=0 .001) ,but no obvious correlation was found between age and skeletal muscular mass .Age was the only factor entered into the all three paravertebral muscle composition regression equations , meaning age may had an important influence on paravertebral muscle degeneration .Conclusion Lumbar paravertebral muscle de‐generation in elderly men is correlated with the aging and MFI ,which may play a important role in the normative age‐related decline of skeletal muscle .

Objective To investigate the relationship between cross‐sectional area (CSA) and average CT value of posterior vertebral extensor group and bone mineral density(BMD) in postmenopausal women .Methods Totally 114 postmenopausal women being eligible for inclusion were enrolled .All the subjects ,ages range from 55 to 87 years old ,underwent quantitative computed tomography(QCT) scans from December 2015 to December 2016 in Beijing Jishuitan Hospital .The original image was transmitted to the image postprocessing workstation ,using Mindways QCT Pro software ,vertebral bone mineral density of L2-L4 were meas‐ured .CSA and average CT value of bilateral posterior vertebral muscles were measured by 2 diagnostic physicians in the L4 verte‐bral body horizontal axis CT images ,and analyzed respectively .Results Average CT values of posterior vertebral muscles between the left and the right side had a significant difference (P<0 .01) .The average CT value of bilateral posterior vertebral muscles was positively correlated with lumbar bone mineral density measured by QCT(P<0 .01) .There was no significant correlation between the CSA of posterior vertebral extensor group and BMD .Conclusion The loss of posterior vertebral muscle mass may be an impor‐tant risk factor for osteoporosis .The average CT value of posterior vertebral extensor group is more promising than CSA in the e‐valuation of the degenerative muscles .

Objective:To study the effect of bronchoscope lavage on the inflammatory mediators and pulmonary function of patients with refractory pneumonia.Methods:100 cases of patients with refractory pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine clinical treatment,and the observation group was treated with bronchoscope lavage.The curative effect and the changes of inflammatory mediators and pulmonary function of the two groups after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of observation group was 90.00％(45/50),which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.00％,38/50) (P＜0.05);the levels of endotoxin,IL-6,TNF-2 and LPO in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of both groups were significantly decreased (P＜0.05),which were decreased more significantly in the observation group (P＜0.05),the pulmonary function of both groups were significantly improved(P＜0.05),which improved more significantly in the observation group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Bronchoscope lavage had good therapeutic effect on the patients with refractory pneumonia,it could effectively reduce the level of inflammatory mediators and improve the lung function.

Objective To study how to reduce the incidence rate of skin flap necrosis after the eradicative resection of breast cancer. Methods 45 patients with breast cancer underwent eradicative operation with new methods to prevent the necrosis of skin flap,and they were studied and compared with 1210 cases treated by traditional ways. Results With the new methods adopted, the necrosis rate of skin flap following eradicative operation of breast cancer was reduced from 45%(original)to 2%(present).Statistic analysis showed that there was outstanding difference between them. Conclusion In the eradicative operation of breast cancer,the key to prevent the necrosis rate of skin flap is:prevention of subaxillary lymphatic fistula, two tubular drainage set individually in subcostalis and subaxillaris, appropriate force of chest bandaging, proper thickness of skin flap and perfect suture without tension.

Objective To investigate dexamethasone on airway inflammation and CD4+ CD25 + regulatory T cells (CD4+ CD25 +Tr) of asthmatic rats,and elucidate the possible mechanism of dexamethasone in treatment of asthma.Methods 30 Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,asthma group and dexamethasone-treated group.Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was collected,and cytology study was conducted.The lung tissue was obtained and pathologic analysis was done through HE stain.Flow eytometry was used to detect the CD4+ CD25 +Tr ratio in PBMCs.Results Total cells number,the percentage of lymphocytes,neutrophils and eosinophils (Eos)in BALF of dexamethasone-treated group were lower than that of asthma group (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).Compared with the asthma group,less infiltration of inflammatory cells in lung tissues was observed in the dexamethasone-treated group.CD4+ CD25 + Tr of asthma group was lower than that of control and dexamethasone-treated group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Dexamethasone could suppress airway inflammation of asthmatic rats,which probably be due to increasing the number of CD4+ CD25 + Tr.

Objective To investigate the immunological mechanism of inhibitory effect of Danshen injection combined with dexamethasone(DXM) on asthmatic airway inflammation.Methods 50 Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control(NC),asthma,Danshen,DXM and Danshen+DXM group.Cytology study of Bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) was conducted.Pathology of lung tissue was done through HE.Flow eytometry was used to detect CD4+CD25+ regulatory T Cells(CD4+CD25+ Treg) ratio in peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs).IL-4 and IL-5 levels in BALF were detected by ELISA.Results Total cells number,percentage of lymphocytes,neutrophils and eosinophils(Eos) in BALF of the three treated groups were lower than that in asthma group(P<0.05,P<0.01),particularly in Danshen+DXM group,which showed significant difference as compared with the other two treated groups(P<0.05).There was severe inflammation in lung tissue of asthma group,moderate inflammation in Danshen group and DXM group,and no inflammation of Danshen+DXM group.CD4+CD25+ Treg/CD4+ T ratio in the three treated groups were higher than that in asthma group,and the levels of IL-4 and IL-5 were lower than those in asthma group(P<0.05).In Dansben+DXM group,it showed significant difference on the change of CD4+CD25+ Treg,IL-4 and IL-5 as compared with other treated groups(P<0.05).Conclision Danshen injection combined with DXM could suppress airway inflammation in asthmatic rats,which may be through increasing the expression of CD4+CD25+ Treg,decreasing the levels of IL-4 and IL-5 and resuming the balance of Th1/Th2.

Objective To observe the effect of Latexin treatment on the chemoresistance in gemcitabine-resistant pancreatic cancer cell line SW1990, and explore the potential mechanism.Methods Gemcitabine-resistant pancreatic cancer cell line SWl990/GZ was induced and established by increasing gemcitabine dosage intermittently.IC50 of gemcitabine in SW1990 cells and SWl990/GZ cells pre and post Latexin treatment at the dosage of 10, 20 and 40 ng/μl for 48 h was evaluated using CCK-8 assay.The mRNA and protein expression of Latexin gene in SW1990 and SW1990/GZ cells were evaluated using qRT-PCR and Western blot, and the expression of Shh and Gli1 in 40 ng/μl Latexin treated SW1990 and SW1990/GZ cells for 48 h.Results A gemcitabine-resistant pancreatic cancer cell line SWl990/GZ was obtained successfully, which can grow stably and passage in the media containing 150 μmol/L gemcitabine.The IC50 values of gemcitabine in SW1990 cells and SWl990/GZ cells were (3.8±0.4)μmol/L and(226.52±13.61)μmol/L, respectively, and the later was greatly higher than the former, which was statistically different (P=0.000).The drug resistance indexes (RI) was 59.6.After treated with different concentrations of Latexin(10,20,40 ng/μl), the IC50 of SW1990 cells was (3.0±0.4)μmol/L, (2.5±0.3)μmol/L and (1.8±0.3)μmol/L, respectively,and the IC50 of SW1990/GZ cells was(113.08±5.01)μmol/L,(70.26±2.31)μmol/L and (42.12±1.31)μmol/L, respectively.Compared with the untreated cells,the IC50 of gemcitabine in 20,40 ng/μl Latexin treated cells was obviously decreased, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the SW1990 cells,the expression of Latexin in SW1990/GZ cells was obviously decreased.RI were 37.7, 28.1 and 23.1,respectively.mRNA relative expression of Latexin in SW1990 and SW1990/GZ cells were 0.85±0.08 and 0.31±0.07, and protein relative expression were 0.49±0.09 and 0.13±0.05, and Latexin expression in SW1990/GZ was obviously lower than that in SW1990 cells and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After being treated by 40 ng/μl Latexin, SHH mRNA in SW1990/GZ cells decreased from 0.89±0.09 (control cells) to 0.53±0.06, Gli1 mRNA decreased from 0.58±0.06 to 0.35±0.05, Shh protein decreased from 0.72±0.09 to 0.35±0.06,Gli1 protein level decreased from 0.78±0.08 to 0.28±0.03, and all the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions Latexin can significantly improve the chemosensitivity in gemcitabine-resistant pancreatic cancer cells, and the potential mechanism may be related to the inhibition of sonic hedgehog pathway activation.

Objective To explore the relationship between psychological problems in middle school students and parental rearing behaviors.Methods It was a cross-sectional study.By means of cluster sampling,2700 students selected from 7 middle schools in Nanning were investigated with Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90),the Egna Minnen Barndoms Uppfostran(EMBU) scale and the General Information Questionnair.Results The prevalence of psychological problems was 14.5%.Correlation analysis showed that the total score and factor-scores of SCL-90 had positive correlation with parental punishment,rejection,preference and overprotection.The total score and factor-scores of SCL-90 was negatively related to parental emotional concern.Conclusions Psychological problems in middle school students are closely related to parental rearing behaviors,and incorrect parental rearing behavior is one risk factor of psychological problems in the middle school students.
