1.Study progress of autoimmune hepatitis in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(20):1598-1600
Autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) is a chronic and progressive inflammation of liver caused by the disorder of immunoregulation, and characterized by the presence of autoantibodies, elevated level of immunoglobulin G,and interface hepatitis histologically. As its clinical feature is not particular and the international diagnosis criteria is rarely applied in children, the diagnosis of pediatric AIH is difficult to make. It's essential for the good prognosis to recognize and diagnose the disease in early stage,as well as to treat it promptly and maintain regular follow-up.Now,the recent progress of pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria and management of AIH in children were summarized.

Fudan University Journal of Medical Sciences 2010;37(1):71-75
Objective To determine the protein and mRNA levels of interleukin-17 (IL-17) in the peripheral blood of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and to analyze the relationship between IL-17 and disease activity. Methods Twenty-six hospitalized SLE patients and twenty-one normal controls were studied. Plasma protein and mRNA of IL-17 in peripheral blood were measured by ELISA and Real-time RT-PCR respectively. Results IL-17 level and its mRNA level increased in SLE patients compared with that in normal controls. Plasma concentration of IL-17 showed a significant positive correlation with SLEDAI score and anti-dsDNA antibody level, and a significant negative correlation with serum C3 level. Conclusions Plasma IL-17 protein and mRNA expression level in SLE patients increased significantly and had close relationship with disease activity, which might suggest that IL-17 play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE.

[Objective]To review the antitumor progress of Raddeanin A in nearly 10 years. [Method] Col ecting the antitumor research literature about Raddeanin A for nearly 10 years, describing its antitumor research mechanism, such as inducting of cellapoptosis blocking the cellcycle, blocking STATs signaling pathways and inhibiting the tumor angiogenesis. [Result] Raddeanin A could induce the H460 cellapoptosis, block LoVo cellcycle and STATs signaling pathways of LoVo cells, and inhibit HepG-2 cellangiogenesis. [Conclusion] The antitumor mechanism of Raddeanin A could be inducting of cellapoptosis, blocking the cellcycle, blocking STATs signaling pathways and inhibiting the tumor angiogenesis.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(8):160-165
Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) is a commonly used technology in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedure. It has higher resolution and repeatability, and more importantly, it can make the vascular structure visiable which shows the plaque morphology and component, compared with traditional coronary angiography. Most researches indicated that IVUS can help doctors find out the optimized stent size, stent malapposition, stent disexpansion, and procedure complication, thus reduce the incidence of restenosis and stent thrombosis. IVUS has been widely applied in research about the predictors of PCI complication, these results benefit us to make better decision on PCI procedure. In this article, we reviewed the studies based on IVUS technology during the last 10 years and summrized according to restenosiss and stent thrombosis with BMS (bare metal stent) and DES (drug eluting stent) .

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(12):-
Objective To explore the best way to deal with infection of expanded skin flap during auricle reconstruction. Methods 12 cases (12 ears) of expanded skin flap infection was analyzed and treated with the method of stretching the expanded skin flap during auricle reconstruction during Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2005. Results In 12 cases (12 ears) the infection was controlled well, auricles were reconstructed smoothly and no obvious difference was detected between the infected and normal skin flaps after the reconstruction of auricles. Conclusion Stretching the expanded skin flap is a good method to deal with its infection during auricle reconstruction.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
Existing antidepressants exhibit delayed onset of action, which can decrease the compliance of the patients and enhance the risk of suicide. How to produce early-onset antidepressants with higher efficacy and lower adverse reactions has become a crucial point in the research of antidepressants. It has been demonstrated that selective 5-HT1Aantagonist,?2 antagonist and 5-HT2Aantagonist can accelerate the response of classic antidepressants.Furthermore,5-HT/NE dual reuptake inhibitor and 5-HT/NE/DA triple reuptake inhibitor can also produce early onset of action. Here, several reasons for the delayed onset of action and the progress in the development of early-onset antidepressants are reviewed.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the best way for the operation of congenital microtia with deformities of external auditory meatus (EAM) and middle ear. Method To analyze retrospectively 305 cases (332 ears) of auricle reconstruction operated in the Plastic Department of Auricle, Plastic Surgery Hospital, PUMC, CAMS during June to October 2005, and 49 cases (58 ears) of reconstructions of EAM and middle ear operated in the Otolaryngology Department, General hospital of PLA from December 1988 to July 2002. Results The patients/families rested content with the reconstructed auricles operated with the 3-stage way. The hearing was improved obviously after reconstruction of the EAM and ossicle for the patients with normal stapes footplate. In those patients, for whom EAM was reconstructed first, the scar developed around the orifice which affected the skin flap for auricle reconstruction later, while in those patients, for whom the auricle was reconstructed first, wrong location of the EAM orifice happened easily. Conclusions For the patients with congenital deformities of EAM and middle ear and with the requirement of recovering the appearance and hearing function, the EAM orifice should be located first according to the results of temporal CT, then the auricle reconstruction was conducted with 3-stage method. A simultaneous reconstruction of EAM and ossicle at the third stage may ensure the improvement of both outward appearance and hearing function.

ObjectiveTo investigate the molecular response of adult and neonate ovine articular cartilage to acute mechanical injury.MethodsAn established in vitro model was used to compare gene expression difference of ovine articular cartilage explants at different developmental stages 24 hours after mechanical injury and the gene expression was compared between these models and that of the uninjured controls by microarray analysis.Total RNA was isolated from the tissue samples, linearly amplified, and applied to a 15 208 Ovine probes cDNA microarray(Agilent).Validation for selected genes(PPARγ,GRO TNC and LDHA) was obtained by real-time polymerase chain reaction.Comparisons between groups were performed by variance analysis.ResultsThere was significant difference in gene expression in adult and neonatal ovine articular cartilage after mechanical injury.Eighty-six genes were significantly manipulated at least 2-fold following mechanical injury for neonate sheep and 83 genes for adult sheep (P<0.05).Conclusion Our findings indicate that mechanical injury to adult and neonatal ovine articular cartilage results in the activation of a series of signaling responses. We could identify four significant genes that are up or downregulated in response to acute mechanical injury.Significant functional clusters including genes associated with wound healing, articular protection, repair integration, and energy metabolism.Of these,PPARG could be specifically identified as novel target molecules and potential chondroprotective agent involved in traumatic cartilage injury and cartilage integrated repair.
