1.The role of matrix metalloproteinases in vascular inflammation
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(3):253-256
Matrix metalloproteinases (MMP),which are secreted by a variety of cell types, have the function of degrading extracellular matrix.Based on the substrate specificity,MMP can be assigned to five subgroups:interstitial collagenases,gelatinases,stromelysins,membrane-type MMP and others.MMP have been implicated in the pathophysiologic processes of tumor invasion and metastasis, angiogenesis, cardiovascular disease, etc. And emerging evidences have shown that MMP play important roles in vascular inflammation.
2.Molecular targeted drug therapy of cervical cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(7):548-551
Advanced and recurrent cervical cancer has a poor prognosis and few effective therapeutic option. With the development of molecular biology, the targeted drugs for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer continuously appear, such as inhibiting human papillomavirus, targeting angiogenesis, epidermal growth factor receptor, mammalian target of rapamycin,cyclooxygenase-2,sarcoma gene, proteasome inhibitor,DNA methylation, etc. With the development of new molecular targeted therapy, more effective or even treatment measures of cervical cancer might be found, which can provid a new approach for the individualized treatment of cervical cancer.
3.Advance in DNA tumor vaccine
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(3):214-216
DNA vaccine is one of the hot spot in the research of vaccine now. DNA tumor vaccines mainly include tumor-associated-antigens-based completed, epitope, idiotope determinants DNA vaccine, fusion DNA vaccines, RNA self-replicating vaccines, dendritic cell-based tumor vaccines etc. The recent developments are discussed.
4.Clinical characteristics and genetic researches of CHD2 myoclonus encephalopathy
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2016;31(24):1848-1850
In recent years, with the improvement of the genetic inspection techniques, some of the epileptic en-cephalopathy whose causes were unknown are associated with genetic factor. The result shows that one kind of epileptic encephalopathy may be associated with a variety of genetic mutations or copy number variation (CNV),one gene muta-tion or CNV also may lead to a lot of epileptic encephalopathy. In addition, the new clinical features and genetic poly-morphism were discovered increased. So that epileptic encephalopathy which named from the disease -causing gene was also increased. This article will summarize the clinical phenotype characteristics, genetic studies and future of the newly discovered CHD2 myoclonus encephalopathy.
5.Study of optimization nutrition support in critically ill patients
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(32):4329-4331,4342
Objective To assess whether the delivery of 100% of the nutritional target from days 4 to 8 in the ICU with enteral nutrition plus supplemental parenteral nutrition(SPN) could optimize clinical outcome .Methods A total of 300 critically ill patients who had received less than 60% of their energy target from enteral nutrition(EN) were randomized to treatment group(n=150) and control group (n=150) .After using the stochastic indicator method after day 3 of admission to the ICU ,one received EN and the other received EN plus SPN during days 4 to 8 ,then we calculated energy targets with indirect calorimetry repeatedly .Results The mean energy delivery between day 4 and 8 was 28 kcal? kg -1 ? d-1 for the EN plus SPN group ,compared with 20 kcal?kg -1 ?d-1 for the EN group .Between days 9 and 28 ,the EN plus SPN group had a lower incidence of nosocomial infection com‐pared with EN group (P<0 .05) ,the mechanical ventilation time of the patients without nosocomial infection in EN plus SPN group was significantly lower than that of the EN group (P<0 .05) .The in-hospital mortality and the in-ICU mortality were similar in the two groups(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Individually optimized nutritional supplementation with enteral nutrition plus supplemen‐tal parenteral nutrition starting 4 days after ICU admission could reduce nosocomial infections and should be considered as a strate‐gy to improve clinical outcome in patients in the ICU for whom EN is insufficient .

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1992;0(12):-
Twenty—two cases were treated with 5 cases markedly effective,9 cases fairly effective.6 cases improved.2 cases ineffective. The efficacy was stable, with nountoward reactions upon follow—up exam. All theimmunologic indexes and marrow megakaryocyteswere markedly improved.
