Objective To investigate the correlation between job stressors, resilience and turnover intention among nurses in Beijing. Methods A total of 419 nurses from top three hospitals in Beijing were investigated with the Job Pressure Scale, Resilience Scale and Turnover Intention Questionnaire from April to May 2015. Results The major job stressors in clinical nurses were as follows: problems of the nursing profession and work, time allocation and workload, patient care, working conditions and environment, management and interpersonal relationship. The total score of job stressors was 2.15 ± 0.38. Job stressors of nurses was negatively correlated with resilience (r =-0.222, P < 0.01), positively correlated with turnover intention (r=0.221, P<0.01). Conclusions Resilience plays an important role in releasing pressure of nurses. Enhancement of resilience in nurses is an important way to relieve job stress of nurses as it can reduce the turnover intention.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(04):-
According to the characteristic of the practice in the outpatient dentofacial surgery,we analyzed the prominent contradiction in the process. With the progress of the medical service law and the innovation of the medical treatment mode,we must pay more attention to the ethics problems on the medical education. Before practice,we must strengthen the students' training in stimulator, the concept of legal, ethics, communication skill and so on.Teachers and hospitals should take the responsibility. The relevant laws and regulations ought to be modified step by step to ensure the practice.

Objective To investigate the relationship between eosinophil and in-stent restenosis in acute coronary syndrome patients. Methods One hundred and fifity-one ACS cases werenenrolled in this study. According to the results of coronary angiography (the stented segment lumen loss over 50% was judged to be ISR), patients were divided into the restenosis group and the non-restenosis group. Results Based on the logistic analysis, no significant association was found between eosinophil and ISR, and even after adjustment of related risk factors (P > 0.05). The stratification analysis showed that the high level of eosinophil might increase the risk of ISR in ACS patients with history of hypertension (P = 0.038) and myocardial infarction (P = 0.032). Conclusion Eosinophil may be associated with the risk of ISR in ACS patients with history of hypertension and myocardial infarction. The underlying mechanisms need to be elucidated in further study.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of different doses of methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with severe hand foot mouth disease research and analysis. Methods 100 patients in our hospital from January 2014 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group were treated with small doses of methylprednisolone, 2 mg/ (kg?d), intravenous injection. The experimental group was treated with large dose of methylprednisolone, 10~15 mg/(kg?d) intravenous infusion. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results after the corresponding treatment, the number of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 31, the adverse reaction rate was 62.0%, and the adverse reaction rate in the control group was 60.0%. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. The upper respiratory rate and critical illness in the experimental group were 26.0% and 32.0%, significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The average remission time of the patients in the experimental group was (2.19±1.01) days. The symptomatic remission time in the control group was (4.19±1.89) days. The remission time of the control group was significantly longer than that of the experimental group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The short term large dose of methylprednisolone in treatment of children with severe HFMD clinical effect is ideal, can be reduced to critical illness rate, less symptom remission time, with the further promotion of the clinical significance.

Objective To investigate the expression and importance of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in renal tissue of doxorubicin-induced nephropathy rats, and discuss its possible role in minimal change nephrotic syndrome(MCNS).Methods Fifty male Wistar rats were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into normal group(n=10)and nephropathic group(n=40).The nephropathic group was established by a single intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin 5 mg/kg.The rats of nephropathic group were killed on the 3rd,7th,14th and 28th day and 24 h urinary protein of all rats was measured.Normal group rats were killed on the 28th day.bFGF level in renal tissue was determined with immunohistochemistry assays, and was quantitatively analyzed with color image analysis system. The SPSS 10.0 software was used to obtain t-test of various groups and correlation analysis of 2 variables. Results 1.The 24 h urinary protein of nephropathy rats increased gradually on the 7th,14th and 28th day,and it was greatly higher than that in control group(Pa

ObjectiveTo study the effect of Shuanglong pill on expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on aortic atherosclerotic plaque.MethodsAs atherosclerotic(AS) models of rabbits were made by immune injury plus hyperlipid diet, all rabbits were divided into blank control group(group Ⅰ,6), experimental control group(group Ⅱ, 6), captopril control group(group Ⅲ, 6; 10 mg/kg·d,12 weeks), and Shuanglong pill group(group Ⅳ, 6; 2.52 g/kg·d,12 weeks). Quantitive and qualitative analysis of expression of VEGF and BFGF on aortic atherosclerotic plaque were performed.ResultsExpressive area, density and density index of VEGF and bFGF on aortic atherosclerotic plaques were significantly decreased in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ than in group Ⅱ(P<0.01). There were significant decrease for VEGF expression in group Ⅳ than in group Ⅲ(P<0.01).Pathologic staining showed that there were no foam cells formation and no stained yellow in group Ⅰ, but mass foam cells formation and widespread stained yellow in group Ⅱ. There were a small quantity of foam cells formation and little stained yellow in group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ.ConclusionShuanglong pill can delay/reverse AS progression by inhibiting VEGF and bFGF expression in atherosclerotic plaque as well as captopril.

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Shuanglong pill which can vivid blood and relax thread pulse on cardial morphology and haemodynamics in experimental myocardial infarction (MI) rats.Methods66 rats ligated left coronary artery were randomly divided into large dose group of Shuanglong pill (LDG), small dose group of Shuanglong pill (SDG), the normal control (NC) and the control group of MI. Half in each group received 2 week treatment and the other received 4 week treatment, and were spiled in femoral and common carotid artery respectively. Parameters of cardiac haemodynamics were monitored by eight lead physiological recorder. ResultsLeft ventricular systolic maximum velocity in LDG, SDG and DC was more significantly elevated than in MI, after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment, but it was lower than NC. There were no significant differences among LDG, SDG and DC. Ventricular systolic maximum velocity in LDG was more significantly elevated than in MI after 2 week treatment.ConclusionTreating MI with Shuanglong pill can improve left ventricular systolic maximum velocity, and diastolic phase function of left ventricular also elevate during the acute stage of MI by using large dose.
