People′s misunderstandings about the radiological check in health examination: Equalize the price of the medical check equipment with the accuracy of the check .The health examinees′misunderstanding about the harm which X-Ray can cause , thinking that low dose chest CT only can do very little harm to human body .The health examination unit makes the rate of finding out early lung tumor a main basis of assessing a medical personnel ′s achievement , which caused medical staff go against epidemiological laws when diagnosing tiny nodules .Misun-derstandings about some biological features such as the scale or the growing speed of the nidus , and laying exces-sive importance on the check accuracy , which caused some examinees received excessive X -Ray, overdiagnosis and overtreatment .So, people must treat radiological check in health examination rationally and dialectically , in order to further realize the legitimation and rationalization of radiological check .

A series of medical equipment question is introduced including currency use, combination, digital function and whole efficiency. By using system theory, the thought and viewpoint were put forward that how to solve equipment classification, "three turn" design (generalization, modularization, serialization), informationization alteration and affixation etc. Some thoughs on development strategy of medical equipment and creative information condition of field battle can be referred and provided.

Objective To explore diagnosis and operative treatment of primary cholecy stocarcinoma. Methods One hundred and thirty-six cases of biliary carcinoma were analysed for their clinical and pathological data and selection of the method of operation.Results The prognosis of late-staged cases was very bad.B-US and CT are still the most helpful means for clinical diagnosis.Conclusion The early diagnosis and treatment of primary cholecystocarcinoma are of utmost importance.

104 cases of children with malignant lymphoma in our hospital from June 1966 to June 1986 are reported. 84 were males and 20 females. Their ages ranged 6 to 12. These patients were 33 HD, 71 NHL. 9 in stage Ⅰ, 29 in stage Ⅱ, 37 in stage Ⅲ and 29 in stage Ⅳ. In this series B group was 55% (57/104). The clinical primary site of intranodular was 75% (78/104) and extranodular 25%(26/104). The treatment methods include rrdiotherapy alone 16, chemotherapy alone 27 and combination 61. The complete remission (CR) was 30% (31/104), partial remission (PR) 58% (60/104). Total repose rate was 88%. The overall 3 and 5 year survival rates were 26.3%(24/91) and 18%(15/83). Survivals of 10 years were 6 cases (no evidence of disease). It is indicated that the primary sites, clinical stages, pathology types, treatment methods and complete remission are the prognostic factors in children with malignant lymphoma. Errly diagnosis, clinical stage and treatment have been discussed briefly. It is emphasized that after treatment, follow-up and maitaining chemotherapy may prolong the life of the patients.

Eighteen adult rabbits(0 9and 0 9, body weights 1.5～2kg) were selected for the present study. A solution of 5～15% HRP(RZ=2.9) 10% EB (Evans Blue) and 7% TY (Titan Yellow)was respectively injected into the subserosa of genital glands in fourteen rabbits and a solution of 35% HRP into the tibial nerves of the Sanyinchiao regions in other four rabbits. The uptake and retrograde transmission of HRP and of EB and TY in the afferent fibres of both the somatic and visceral nerves were traced to the spinal ganglia. In addition, anterograde transport were verified by using ARG method in two cats. The range of segments where the neurons give off these two afferent fibres overlap each other. The results were as follows: 1. The labelled sensory neurons from the region of the testis where HRP was injected were observed more concentrated in the spinal ganglia T11～L4, and the ovary in the spinal ganglia T10～L14. 2. The labelled neurons from the region of Sanyinchial were found more concentratedly in the spinal ganglia L_4～S_3. 3. The ranges of distribution of labelled neurons from the two groups of afferent fibres overlap in segment T7～L7.

Cell adhesion activity of CEA on tumor cell lines was studied in the experiment.Single cell suspension of CEA positive ceils LoVo and HeLa aggregated respectively in RPMI1640 completemedium at 37℃ to form cell aggregates in different size.The cell aggregation could be specificly inhibited by anti-CEA polyclonal antibodies and purified CEA antigen.Similar results were obtained using cell adhesion assay.The experiment indicated that CEA is one of cell adhesion molecules.

Our previous experiment demonstrated that CEA is a cell adhesion molecule.The mechanism of cell adhesion activity of CEA was studied in this experiment using CEA positive cells line LoVo.Electron—micrographys study showed that LoVo cells adhered by cross contact of microvilli on the cell surface,and formation of gap junction and desomosomal junction were also observed.Cell adhesion activity of CEA was apperently influenced by emperature,NaN3,EDTA and cytochalasin B,showing that cell adhesion is an energy-consuming process depending on bivalent cation and movement of microfilament.A model of CEA on cell membrane was put forward.

AIM: To investigate the effects of iptakalim hydrohloride on K_(ATP) mRNA expression in renal tissues of spontaneously hypertensive rats. METHODS: SHRs at the age of 12-week-old were treated with Ipt 1, 3, and 9 (mg?kg~(-1)?d~(-1)), benazepril 3 (mg?kg~(-1)?d~(-1)) once a day for 12 weeks, respectively. The same aged WKY rats were used as normal control. The effects of Ipt on BP and renal K_(ATP) mRNA expression were detected by RT-PCR. RESULTS: mRNA expression level of SUR2?Kir6.1 and Kir1.1 increased in SHR. After administration of 1, 3, and 9 (mg?kg~(-1)?d~(-1)) Ipt,the levels of BP were decreased,and the mRNA expression of Kir6.1 and Kir1.1 were decreased. But there was no change in mRNA expression of SUR2. In addition, there was no significantly difference of mRNA expression of Kir6.2 among the SHR groups and the WKY group. CONCLUSION: The renal protective effects of Ipt may be related to regulation of genes expression of Kir6.1 and Kir1.1.
