Objective To explore diagnosis and operative treatment of primary cholecy stocarcinoma. Methods One hundred and thirty-six cases of biliary carcinoma were analysed for their clinical and pathological data and selection of the method of operation.Results The prognosis of late-staged cases was very bad.B-US and CT are still the most helpful means for clinical diagnosis.Conclusion The early diagnosis and treatment of primary cholecystocarcinoma are of utmost importance.

The effects of alcoholic extract of Gekko gecko L. on the activities of SOL), GSH-Px, CAT and the level of GSH and LPO in the rat gut were investigated. The data presented in this paper indicated that the clcrance of free radical was accelerated, LPO was decreased, the activities of SOD, GSH-Px and CAT was elevated, and, the content of GSH was increased. The extract from the tail part of the Gekko gecko L. was more active than the extract from the body. These results and our other results together indicate that Gekko gecko L. has an obvious antiaging effect

Five kinds of probiotic bacteria are immobilized and cultured continuously in simulated intestinal systems with corn fiber as the carrier.The biomass and the colonization in biofilm are investigated by selective culture methods and scanning electron microscope.Bifidobacteriurn longum TQ21-2-2,Lactobacillus acidophile CICC06005,Clostridum butyric TO-A,Bacillus mesentericus TO-A and Enterococcus faecalis T-110 can coexist stably.The biomass of five probiotics in the immobilized phase is greater than that of liquid in the continuous shake flask reactor.Five kinds of probiotic bacteria formed biofilm on corn fiber which be observed by SEM.Continuous culture of immobilized cells could be used better model than that of liquid, the model can be used to study for microecology and microecologocal agent.
