Objective] To assess the clinical efficiency of psychological care on the lumbar disc herniation in the early stage. [Methods] Patients of lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Psychological care was used in experiment group and routine nursing was used in control group. Then through comparing the score of JOA with VAS to evaluate effect. [Result] After treatment, the scores of anxiety and depression were decreased more than control group(P<0.05), the score of JOA in experiment group was statistically significant higher than control group(P<0.05); the score of VAS was decreased, compared with control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The clinical efficiency of Psychological care on the patient of lumbar disc herniation in the early stage is effective and it is worthy of promotion and application for the future.

Objective To discuss the expression characteristic of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in coronary heart disease.Methods 115 patients of coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography were randomly recruited, including 42 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI),34 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and 39 cases of stable angina pectoris(SAP). Another 50 patients of healthy persons were recruited as control group. Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) is a commonly used technology in percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) procedure. It has higher resolution and repeatability, and more importantly, it can make the vascular structure visiable which shows the plaque morphology and component, compared with traditional coronary angiography. Most researches indicated that IVUS can help doctors find out the optimized stent size, stent malapposition,stent disexpansion,and procedure complication, thus reduce the incidence of restenosis and stent thrombosis. IVUS has been widely applied in research about the predictors of PCI complication, these results benefit us to make better decision on PCI procedure. In this article, we reviewed the studies based on IVUS technology during the last 10 years and summrized according to restenosiss and stent thrombosis with BMS (bare metal stent) and DES (drug eluting stent) .

Aim To explore the effects of depression on tumors, as well as its molecular mechanisms. Methods The chronic unpredictable mild stress model (CUMS) was constructed. Tumor was inoculated after behavioral test, and the differences in serum norepinephrine and tumor volume between groups were detected. Breast cancer cells were stimulated by administration and invasion, migration, proliferation and cell cycle distribution were detected. Western blot and immunofluorescence were utilized to detect cell surface receptors and intracellular signaling pathways. Results Depression up-regulated the level of norepinephrine (N E) and increased the phosphorylation of p38 MAPK, resulting in increased malignancy of breast cancer cells. Conclusions Depression may increase the malignancy of breast cancer through norepinephrine-induced p38 MAPK signaling pathway, thus increasing the malignant degree of breast cancer.

Objective • To investigate the current status of self-perceived burden of the patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) and analyze the related factors. Methods • A total of 169 NHL patients who were hospitalized in Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from Jan. to Oct., 2019, and their caregivers were enrolled by convenience sampling method. The general information questionnaire, Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview (ZBI) and Self-perceived Burden Scale (SPBS) were used to investigate, and the factors related to the score of SPBS were analyzed. Results • The average score of SPBS was 28.95±11.27, while the score of economic burden was the highest (3.13±1.37). Multiple regression analysis suggested that the family income per month per person (P=0.001), Karnofsky performance status (KPS) (P=0.027), SDS score (P=0.006) and ZBI score (P=0.000) were associated with the SPBS score in the NHL patients. Conclusion • The overall selfperceived burden in the patients with NHL is mild-to-moderate, but the economic burden is not neglectable. Low monthly income, poor ability of self-care, depressive symptoms and heavy burden of caregivers can aggravate the self-perceived burden of the patients with NHL.

Objective　To approach the relationship betwe en glycosaminoglycan metabolism in cartilages and pathogenesis of KBD.Methods　Rhesus monkey was fed with grains and water from KBD endemic area for 18 months to produce the animal model with KBD . The glyc osaminoglycans in the monkey cartilage were extracted by the improved Dish method of Bitter. Purified glycosaminoglycans were digested with chondroitinaseABC, and the enzymatic digests were analyzed by HPLC. Results　Comparing with those of the control, the glycos aminoglycans in the head of femur, tibia plateau and costal cartilage from the Rhesus monkey fed with grains and water from KBD endemic area were undersulfated . Decreased unsaturated 4-sulphated disaccharide (△Di-4S) from the glycosa minoglycans in the head of femur and tibia plateau and decreased unsaturated 6- sulphated disaccharide (△Di-6S) from the glycosaminoglycans in the costal cart ilage were discovered.Conclusions　Detrimental factors in grains and water from KBD endemic area cause undersulfate of the cartilages glycosaminoglycans from Rhesus monkey. The glycosaminoglycans changes have a direct bearing on the patho logical alterations in morphology on the cartilages from the animal model with K BD.

Objective To investigate the case of left-semicolon cancer with intestinal obstruction for the methods of one-stage resection and anastomosis.Methods The clinical data of ten patients with left-semicolon can- cer with intestinal obstruction treated by transanus ilues tube,were restrospectively analyzed from October 2004 to December 2006.Results No postoperative anastormotic leakage was found and the patients were clinically cured. Conclusion The technical problem that left-semicolon cancer with obstruction for one-stage resection and anastomo- sis was resolved by the application of transanus ilues tube.
